McDonalds service has always been good and I cant really complain about McDonalds - but I am slowly moving away from eating there due to seeking more healthier fast food options.

Nice place to be, no delay, clean are smart workers.

Quite big and spacious restaurant which works during these Covid regulation times. Also the person at the door quite friendly while administering Covid protocols for customers. Lots of parking around as well so good for family meal out.

Getting into parking was a bit of an issue due to long queue for drivethru..

The lady that took the order was very impatient, but the food was good.

I was impressed with how they ensured COVID-19 safety regulations but did not like how they would pour drinks before food was ready meaning the ice would dilute the drinks.

Quality of service changes quite often

Waited at the drive thru for nearly an hour last night and there were only 4 cars in front of us. Literally just sat there with our car turned off. This drive thru is not an express service.

Was very disappointed because the drive thru was closed. Missed my burger and loaded fries☹️☹️☹️Was not going to risk going inside and queue with so many people where social distancing was not enforced🙄😷

Shocking experience at drive thru. Wrong order punched in plus extra long wait unlike Mac Ds service level. Ended up having to go inside to purchase goods left off order. Wont go back in a hurry

Excellent meals on the go.Thats the food - consistent.Staff friendly.However theres no are other things that need attention.For Example - probably a new staff member did not offer me a tray for eating in - small issue but still an issue as the Manager on Duty did not pick this up.Other issues - more significant1. The Digital Menu Boards are not working for weeks - 3 Digital Menu Boards in need of repair. Its quite irritating seeing the same issue not sorted for weeks on end.2. The toilets needs urgent attention...- dirty- toilet paper clogging drains- soap dispensers not refilled- dripping taps- taps that are misaligned- flushing not working- toilet cistern running constantly, wasting water- toilet area wet and not mopped up spillage- toilet rolls not replacedManagement get your act together please.

This drive through always takes soo long. Like 30 min waits. And on sundays its worse. Dont get me wrong , the food is great. But somthing needs to be done about the speed of the drive through.

This place follows strict Covid protocol. They even have a contact list. Very clean. Parking is not a problem if you choose not to do the drive through.

Walk in entrance confusing and not clearly sign posted from th main carpark. Had to follow locals in. Otherwise friendly service.

Not Impressed With Customer Service AT This MCDEEs. we were next in line and then couldnt place our order as apparently the customer infront of us had a card issue and so the cashier allowed said customer to go out and fetch another card at which the customer was taking their own sweet time and we had to stand there like dummies after me asking the cashier tewice to serve us and when that customer came back she could serve him but she wouldnt do that told us to just wait...in such a case a sale should be voided and next customer should be helped until the former customer who had the card issue comes back. we decided to leave as the wait was to long. improve your customer service.

Drive through at certain times is slow and like any drive through check your purchases before leaving

I got a voucher from swiping 5 times through the Samsung pay app. When I came to claim my voucher the staff did not know how to use it, suggested I go to another store to use it. They are a Large franchise they should have known about it.

The staff here arent always friendly, they dont seem happy to help customers. Food is of standard and the eating area is clean. Sanitizers and distancing precautions are put in place.

Absolutely disgusting service! Open 24 hours yet drive through is at a stand still because no one knows what the hell is going on! The Manager standing staring into the 40 deep queue of the drive through cars does nothing. In fact, she looks like she ate the entire stock of the store! Drive to Rosmead avenue and they cant serve us due to system update ! No wonder this country is falling apart! Clearly McDonalds no longer needs nor cares for customers! I am NO LONGER LOVING IT! Pathetic!

One of the better McDonalds Ive visited. The food is of a good standard...for takeaways...Can get crazy busy at the end of the month but thats the norm I guess.

Service is always good...only concern I have is that there is no hand sanitizer for there customer and the lady behind the counter didbt wore gloves.... although they do sanitizer there hands....that was a bit of a worry factor for me...

Situated on the corner of Rosmead avenue, Micky Ds is always nice for a quick bite. I simply love the Chicken wraps. There menu is standard as all the other McDonalds. The staff is friendly and efficient.

Had ordered today via the app received my order but not everything I had paid for. I did not receive my apple pie so what should I do about this now?
