Quick service and delicious food everytime.

The service is good. And when the drive through takes too long, the staff ask you to wait in the parking area and they personally bring you the food you ordered 👍🏽

Not fast and very unfriendly staff. Looks like you own them something. Will not recommend if you are in a hurry. Waited 13 minutes before got food. Will not go back.

This place first of all didnt have any tomato sauce at all, then they didnt have the large size meals and gave us small buns with our burgers, the fries were cold and tasted old, it was just unpleasant, the staff were rude nad very dismissing of the matter. For just a good restaurant nothing about the place were good at all. The whole experience was a disaster. Never buying there again, weve been supporting the place for so long and this experience was the worst.

Horrible service. They need to put someone who understands basic English at the drive through. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Management was M.I.A

They staff are rude and unprofessional. Thi Ie lady who prepared the cones was not wearing gloves and when i asked her why she just said sorry. I had to discard both cones because she didnt follow protocols and i didnt see her sanitising her hands either.

They have a sign up to wear a mask but no detail how it must fit, they spray gel sanitizer on you hands with you must eat the buger they dont clean the counter nor the tables in your presence, in short they say we caring the germs and their premises is germ free 😡

Great place to grab a snack or meal with or without the family. My son enjoyed there Happy meal.

When I go there, I always want to go inside to buy my food because there is this very nice lady sanitizing our hands

Im a very unhappy client. Mc Donalds Avonwood service is pathetic. If one dont get bad attitude from employees, they rather get you order wrong or miss something. Like today my fiance bought us meals together with a happy meal for our kiddo. When fiance gt home with our meals I saw theres no toy with happy meal.

Drive thru but we must always wait in the parking lot

New trend nowadays. They take very long with serving u creating a long lane of customers. Most people dont like long lines so they go somewhere else. Ive experienced this a few times b4. They dont let customers with long orders stand in the waiting parking section anymore which also creates long waiting times.

The worst McDonalds u can get. Customer service is pathetic. Waiting up to 10 /15 minutes in the drive through is common and that is if u lucky enough for them to get your order correct.

Always get my order wrong... Opening time is 7clock in the morning they only open at 7:21

They are often out of things or waitong for the truck to come and you often get cold chips and watery cooldrinks.

This is by far the worst McDonalds ever besides waiting long its supposed to be a 24 hour but its not the service is bad when asking a question. Take there own time to serve customers I definitely would not recommend this McDonalds sloppy 😑

Ordering machine was busted but they did state how to go about ordering but there was nobody at the first service widow cause us to head to the last window wondering if we should here but the worker was confused why our order wasnt taken yet

We were reminded so much that we had to leave we cant sit during just stirring sugar in hot beverage. On want in to leave the beverage still fell out of my hand the ultimate experience was just not relaxed enough and the staff are just unfriendly I understand its hard times to be at work and I have sympathy with all workers. But I was the only customer in the shop buying so Id expect better general service. I was just at the place due to a quick business meeting with a colleague but I will never ever make use of this Mc Donalds this was my first and last visit. Disgusting. Your staff are clearly not happy with somthing so the customers are getting a very poor service. Keep the money I didnt even want another drink you can have it as a tip...

Horrible _ stood an hour in the drive thru to come to the till where an indication that there is no cooldrinks due to no gas in the machine (not my problem) the alternative proposed was to take the meal and take a juice at extra cost (my problem) requested the manager, Leavit appears to explain and my question is: Is it rational that I have to spend extra money due to McDonalds shortcomings _ I find it absurd that no compromisation came from the manager but yet more ridiculous propositions be presented to me. Management needs to be relooked at the client is always right and at the moment I am hungry. I hope that this comment finds the higher superior as I would like to contacted for a response!

Their hot chips is either cold or burned.Sometimes they dont have ice cream.A person must always wait long at the drive thru collecting point.

Very neat and spacious facility. Order was processed quickly and the food freshly prepared and delicious. Only drawback was the music that was a bit to loud for my liking.All in all I will recommend highly.

I ordered food from the drive thru i order a spicy cajun and a single jalapeño meal and a strawberry shake , instead i got a normal burger not spicy at all , the jalapeño burger had no sauce on it , last one was the milkshake tasted like chocolate and vanilla mixed so im completely upset about it , id like to take the matter father because we work hard for our money and they cabt even give you your proper food you ordered so yes im not leaving it like that , i couldnt come back because im from the southern suburbs

Fairly fast efficient service ay Avonwood McDs and its close to home. Security is a bit of an issue because of the location of the mall but its OK if you are vigilant and can keep an eye on your vehicle. I personally dont like McDs food except maybe their coffee and muffins are fine for me, but its alright to take someone there who likes McDs just to grab them a quick bite or to have a quick chat over coffee.

Efficient service from the friendly staff. The drive thru is a bit small so you may have a bit longer in the queue but then you can go inside and receive efficient service.

This Macdonald might not look like it can be effecient from the outside maybe because of the area its in but I take my Hat of to Sunday Evening Staff. They were super friendly and 100% effecient. I didnt have to repeat my order, and on pickup window there was reassurance that Im receiving the right order. The Food was nice and Hot. Enough sauce on their burger. I was really impressed.

Worst ever. Wait 30mins for a Happy Meal and when I got home my child was disappointed cause it was and old toy from a few months back.

I ordered from breakfast menu the x2 sausage mcmuffins but it was so dry and bun ova toasted and tuff. I also order 2 extra x10 piece mcbites but all was stuffed in 1 little box. I called the manager to complain and he just brushed me off in saying I can give u an extra box if u want it. My order was for 2 but received 1 box. The manager on duty was not very helpful at all. If I pay for 2 things I expect to receive 2 not 1. Not a McDonalds I would recommend any to go to. Although its the closest 1 to me.
