Bought a chicken wrap that my daughter was so looking forward to....until she noted the raw chicken fillet! Total disappointment and waste of money

The meat was burnt and very dry, couldnt even eat it. The relish rice was uncooked as well..I expected to feed my cravings but I got a disappointment instead

I thought my burger box was empty. This is what I got as a burger tonight. Pathetic! Update - I bit into the burger and hurt my teeth on the rock hard stale roll!

The food was oddly more spicier than usual, the mild tasted like hot and burnt my mouth but ceased after a while, and the hot was so hectic that my partner was huffing and puffing lol i found it hillarious but she did not as she wasnt able to eat her meal, we had chicken livers which had a load of sauce for the amount of livers and roll, the spicy rice was good, just enough chicken for me and it was soft and tender, the pulled chicekn burger wasnt good at all, the rolls and not nice and then the amount of food on the burger was enough for my three year old if we added snacks, the chips i ordered had wedges mixed in lol i just hope it was clean and not some used box. but i suppse thats not the worse idea of having a moxed wedge and chips side. honestly i will only go back for the spicy rice, the rest wasnt worth the effort

Food is good but service is complete chaos you wait forever and end up getting the wrong orders and people serving are completely unhelpful.

When we arrived at Nandoes there was quite a line and only one cashier who seemed very slow. The food was generally good. The salad however was mostly lettuce than anything else. The wait for the food wasnt too bad considering the amount of people. I tired their new Grandilla slush. It was really good just avoid to drink it very fast as it give brain freeze. They had a good family special with a full chicken and 4 sides for R219.

Been there twice, cashiers were lazy on both occasions. Had to wait for them to use the second till when the queue was long (even though the cashier was just standing there looking around!)

Worst branch in SA - messing up orders, wasting customers time, disregard for fixing problems caused and lack of empathy for inconveniences caused. 👎🏽

Worst service and poor quality for Nandos. Soo very disappointed and note the quarter chicken and chips is more like quarter pigeon and chips. . I wont be back.

My partner and I received flavourless and not so fresh meals yesterday which was truly upsetting.

I ordered a full chicken with 3 sides--chips, salad and spinach. I clearly specified that my chicken to be cut in 4 but in was cut in 8 and one breast was missing! Its totally unacceptable! Its the second time Im being ripped off by this particular Nandos, the first time it happens was 1 month ago. Disgusting!!!

Long wait 4 food. But food was tasty. The 10 wings with chips is actually 5 full wings which are split in to 2 making it 10 half wings. The chicken burger is a roll wirh shredded chicken, probably from a leg as it was a very small portion. 4 the high prices they could do better with there portions

Consistently good food. There is usually a waiting time for food, and you have to listen for your order number, which usually means there are quite a few people standing around. That system is old and outdated, should be replaced by the buzzer/pager system

Always a great experience and nice food. Pity the sit down service is not due to the food court set up. I still prefer the private type of set up like the other restuarants

Always love nandos and this branch does the job. You dont need to wait too long and the food is good. Would recommend it as one of the better options within canal walk as i have had pretty bad experiences at other places here.

Better provision must be made for sitting customers as the utensils do not assist customers to eat their products.

For a nandos no man there food prep is just messy and they had my order wrong for the 4th time I bought food there.

Its pot luck sometimes food is really good and other times really bad. Eg dried out chicken strips or old rice which they soak in extra sauce to hide it...

Fiesta fries, bar one milkshake, churros.The fries were undercooked, the milkshake was watery with little flavour, no suace for the churros.Honestly, thats absolutely shocking.Staff was friendly though...

You wait 10 years in the que but I love their staff very friendly and engaging you with small talk as you wait.

A very mediocre Nandos. You wont get any sachets of sauce with your meal. The food at this branch is fresh, but Taste is just about average. Extra sauce requested seems to be watered down.

Gets busy at paydays so lots of patience to be applied, otherwise the staff is friendly and quite helpful.

We visit South Africa once a year and always have to have Nandos 😊 This year (Jan 2019) we were disappointed by the small portions. I understand the increase in price every year but to shrink the portions 😮 We probably will not be eating at Nandos again next year....

The cashiers should work in the kitchen because then the friendly counter service would be matched by what is supposed to be sold,well done is met by a medium rare grill,lemon and herb flavouring was hot and spicy,lack of tomato sauce,salt sachets pathetic i mean if your prices go up dont start giving less, chicken quarters were possibly 2 week old chicks! not chickens! Poor things.... , But then again im just a single customer so what does a big poultry conglomerate care ....Somerset Mall branch beats you half wits hands down!

Food is always great at nandos however this branch needs to become more streamlined, it took 35mins for my order 2 be prepared, at the sanddrift drive thru nandos the same order takes 5-10mins and the quality is alot better

Lovely fresh salad

I phoned in now to place an order for 7 meals (business lunch). Oh my gosh, what a headache. I dealt with Pam at the Canal Walk Century City branch. She speaks over you, sounds abrupt and is impatient, and when I tell her to please give me a chance to finish talking (the customer) before she continues talking, she doesnt even apologise and just carries on talking. Really, it was a real frustrating conversation.

Doesnt even deserve the star.. sharing sides for R30 each are enough for a mouse(box of roasted veg and rice filled only a quarter), found a hair partially inside one of the side boxes. In the hopes that the chicken would be an up side, I thought I took a mouthful of rubber. Quite frankly just had the worst chicken Ive ever had. Wow never supporting Nandos again.
