Who knew Spur has delicious salads too. The rest of the family had the usual scrumptious Burger. I wasnt that hungry do I opted for the Avo, chicken bacon Salad. Spur also has delicious dressings. Glass of wine, super delicious salad and an amazing view of the sea. Rivals any up-market eatery. The young man at front of house was super attentive and very professional. We came for brunch after our Sunday morning walk on the beach.The food was awesome, from Starters to Dessert as well as our drinks.The service is great. Staffs well trained and friendly. Our waiter was awesome. He knows his thing .All Covid protocols were observed and tables were cleaned and sanitised regularly. Our cutlery also came individually wrapped which I love. ❤️

Good restaurant. It has a really nice view over the ocean if you can find a seat in the small area that allows the view. Staff is friendly and quick to assist. Food is not bad. We had a chicken schnitzel and it was well presented and cooked. Nothing to complain about. Probably the best reason to go is the view.

This Spur is small and have a look out on the beach, but if you want a seat with a view, you must be willing to wait.

Poor service. Take a wrong order the make you wait an hour for the correct order. No apologies. Should do better if the group is struggling. I will rather support local hard working restaurants who want my business.

My breakfast was good. Service generally was okay. Feel the smokers area need better ventilation. I eventually went outside because you trapped in a too groggy environment.

Oh my gosh, stuffed in like sardines in a tin, cramped and stuffy. The front row has a view, the rest has no benefit - the service was slow, the waffle was bready and tough, and after eating the waitress disappeared, we had to get up and go looking for her 🙄

Not many people inside but was alright. What catched my eye was only one waiter who was n trainee did his job properley. I think his name was Levi. Some other people that worked there started watching cricket. And when one of the waiter told the other one that was watching television that its someones birthday he said he forgot the song so just leave it it wouldnt be necessary. It was kinda sad to see that but still good food. Please improve service.

Great food good service

The views are stunning and the play area is wonderful for the kids, but the charred toasted sandwich was a real disappointment, more so the fact that they chose to serve it. The cuppoccino wasnt worth it either. Apart from that the service was friendly and the overall experience quite pleasant.

Spur quality still maintained through the franchise. Very friendly staff and super nice supervisors in the kiddies area. We have a one year old that they take such good care of. Separate tip for them as a gesture is recommended. All worth the smiles on little ones faces.

One would think during these times waiters would atleast give some service. We were the only two people in the restaurant, it took 20 minutes to order a drink, the waiter that was helping us never reappeared. The chicken burger was dry and disgusting frozen patty. Its sad since every other restaurant has made an effort but it seems Spur will be Spur, service will never be a thing, even when they sitting on the edge of bankruptcy

Monday Waffle Special. For R20, get a decent sized waffle that should be delivered within 15 minutes, still warm. Good experience at this Spur, which has a good sea view, if you choose the right booth.
