This is a mother and daughter run dellightful family resturant which is very good value for your money. We sat outside and had good service and food

Although the ambience and aesthetic of the restaurant are quite pleasing. The coffee I was served was not exactly the standard I expected. The breakfast was undercooked in some parts and overly greasy in others. The dog friendly nature of the restaurant is wonderful however and the waiters were quick and helpful throughout.

Staff helped us out with a huge favor despite being unable to stay for food. The restaurant looked lovely, and well definitely stay for a meal next time were in the area

Ok.. this is one of my favourite places to visit in the bay.Consistantly good food and swift service.I can visit with my dogs. Staff are polite, food great and every time Ive been management have checked all is ok.

Order the white chocolate cheesecake!! As you’ve seen in other reviews, it is decadent and a must.The lox croissant with eggs was exactly what I was looking for - the croissant was fresh and buttery and the eggs were surprisingly amazing (I’m not always a fan of scrambled eggs.)The eggs Benedict was fabulous as well - at least the bite I stole!I want to come back for the nourish bowls that sound amazing! Cute ambiance and a fire place if you’re lucky enough to get the couches near it.

The service wasnt great, they forgot to process my additional order (a slice of toasted bread). I had to remind them 3 times before the owner got it right.

What a wonderful eatery! My friend celebrated her birthday there with us, and we were only a party of 6 people. The staff were attentive and polite. Ill recommended Delish to everyone! Very quaint place with an lovely atmosphere. I must say the thing that I found the most hilarious was the corkage you have to pay for brining your own cake - CAKeAGE. Seems this place is very popular with the Koek en Tee Tannies (cake and tea ladies). My breakfast was dilicious and the cuppucinos ranks around the 80% on my barometer!

Ample seating available both inside and outside, great variety to choose from the menu. We had breakfast but were allowed to choose from the lunch menu as well. Tasty food and friendly staff, well recommended.

A cute place with a lovely varied menu and lots of options, but be careful they say they dont use preservatives but many dishes contain sulphites - such as dishes with pickles or coconut cream/milk

I took my 3 year old niece here for a milkshake. While waiting she had fun on their little outside slide and enjoyed some of the toys on offer. The strawberry shake was a hit!

Always make a trip out to Hout Bay for the whole atmosphere. Family run, excellent variety on the menu. Staff are friendly and professional. Food is cooked to order and it takes time. However it is explained in the menu. Also an opportunity to order a bottle of well priced wine instead of a large glass. A big tick in our box.

Brilliant food and personal service. Fed and watered 30 odd bikers without a booking or notice and they were extremely happy to accommodate us after the establishment we had booked and confirmed a couple of hours before didnt keep out tables. Will definitely be back.

Best breakfast in town

First time visit since the new owners took over and what a pleasant surprise. Co-owner Michelle and her team were attentive and professional. My wife enjoyed the sesame chicken and I had the stuffed chicken breast. Both dishes exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back to try the other dishes.

Had a lovely breakfast there. We sat under the trees on a beautiful Sunday morning. Some of us had lunch and dinner had breakfast. Everything was excellent. Service could have been a little smoother, but all in all, highly commended.

Delicious food. We had the burger and protien bowl. Tasty and healthy. The burger was a bit bland, but good toppings. Im not a fan of non-pure beef patties. The bowl was healthy and tasty. Amazing peanut sauce to go with it!!!

A variety of Delishis fare on offer. Very well priced. Friendly and efficient staff. Even options of lactose free and gluten-free deserts. Will definitely be going back there. Highly recommended

I love going here. The owners take the time to talk and its like home from home. The food is delicious.

The restaurant is very pretty, with lovely decor and plenty of indoor-outdoor seating. The food, however, was pretty average. I had the munch bowl which was underwhelming. Half the bowl was cherry tomatoes and cucumbers slices with a spoonful of quinoa. The steak was cooked well but drowned in a basting sauce. My boyfriend had the grilled calamari which was incredibly salty and the portion was quite small for a man. The green juice was delicious and the best part of the meal. We wouldn’t be in a hurry to return.

If you like cake, they have great selection. One can sit inside or outside, the restaurant is owned and operated by Michelle and her daughter Amber, highly recommended!

Coffee a little strong for me but flat white was lovely regardless. Had kipper and delicious bacon with my fry. My easy over eyes were a little overdone despite me asking for runny. Herself had the eggs benedict which were delicious too. Would come back for sure.

20 out of 10. Most delish breakfast and coffees. As well as very friendly service /waiters and warm and welcoming owner / manager. Had the fruit bowl and Greek yogurt with muesli. I dare to say this is the best place to have a breakfast in Hout Bay area. Very stylish decor and pleasant atmosphere. Might get busy on weekends and holidays, so do not forget to book your table. And definitely do not forget to order the famous white chocolate cheescake! The best cheescake in whole Cape Town, I swear!
