I went to Somerset Mall for some shoppingLots of variety and then needed lunch. The Nandos was really good. The staff were really helpful and friendly and took their time to explain the menu. Then if you eat in they give you a buzzer to alert you when the food is ready but on top of the alert the food is also delivered to your table just after. So cool

Food was warm, takeaway didnt take long and the queue was nice and short. Very convenient if youre hungry.Also killer peri-wedges. Just amazing, but a tad over seasoned though.

Call Nandos to tell them I received the full of black dry wedges. And size of chicken is very small.The manager sounded doesn’t care at all.She tell me she doesn’t have driver .So there is noting she can do. I must drive back myself for new one.Her attitude is very bad. Sounds like no her business at all.

What has happened to Nandos??I cannot believe how Nando’s has sadly slid downhill over the past few years or even decades. From what used to be authentic flame grilled peri peri chicken to now what appears to have been pre boiled, then stuck on the grill for a few seconds to give it a ‘flame grilled’ effect and then afterwards drowned in sauce.Ironically the Nandos in the UK seems to have stuck to its roots and their food is still much closer to the original Nandos. I feel that Nandos SA has lost its way over the years in trying to try and keep up with the fast food epidemic.

The initial order placement went well, but I waited longer than 20 minutes, they seemed to be confused, no system going, I had a take away order for 4 people without serviettes, I asked for salads and wasnt offered coleslaw. So my experience was not that good.

Small fast food outlet selling a variety of delicious Portuguese chicken dishes. It takes about 30 minutes for your meal to be ready but the food is really worth the wait.

1.Made an online order to be delivered at 5pm but nothing happened untill 5：30. I called to check the status but the staff did not even know at all！2.I was asked to sent an email to their customer service to complain about the above bad order experience. However, no one replied yet! Whats was the meaning to do all the follow up with me then! Time and trust all wasted again!

Ordered half chicken. Got home ready so hungry ready to eat and all I got was corn. How on earth do you put corn instead of chicken? I have been so disappointed! Guess I will hto dine with corn tonight and be careful to never return

Thank you for the service recovery after we were disappointed by uber eats by not delivering our order yet on their app it showed delivered. Nandos staff made calls to uber eats to no satisfaction. They gladly did my order again very quick. Very efficient staff

One of the worst Nandos with bad attitude management Malusi and when I called the Owner Lionel Drury he put the phone in my ear down as if they they cant do anything wrong.Serve a peri peri dish instead of Lemon and herbal but had a attached once you take it back.Head office must assist in training as that restaurant is a no go.!!!!!!!!!

Very pleasant experience. Service was friendly at the till and we did not have to wait very long for the food to come. They have a great system, and everyone one knows what they need to do. The food was also great and the portions seemed more than other Nandos branches.

Check to ensure the meal is made to instructions, silly things like extra sources, garlic rolls and extra chilli salt on wedges/fries tends to be forgotten with take aways. Otherwise staff is friendly and food is good.

As always Nandos food is great! Clean and good service although it can get busy at time which tends to slow service.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed! We ordered two half chicken and chips, one lemon and herb and one extra hot, with a garlic roll and a nandos roll. When our order was ready, your lady went through it, checking our slip, before handing it to us. We then opened the bag ourselves and found two with lemon and herb, this AFTER she checked it against our slip. She then took it out, shouted at the cook, who slapped another half chicken on the grill for a minute and then gave it to us. Upon arriving home, we found that the garlic role is a cheese roll. The chicken was also half raw boiled chicken with sauce/water running out of it, this, after I asked her, when I saw your cook just take it out of a dish, slapping it on the grill for a minute and then putting it in a packet, whether it was cooked. She assured me that it was. We will not be buying from you again. Maybe your staff must stop chatting and joking with each other, while customers have to stand and wait to be served. Maybe orders would then be handled correctly. It was an expensive lesson, as the order landed in the dustbin. For shame!

The best,if you put your order they listen to you very well,they dont ring it even before you make a final decision.

Were all crazy about Nandos and used to have it at least once a week, but its become a mission now that you dont use MR Delivery any more. Delivery Xtreme is much too slow. Why have you stopped using MR D?? Also, why have the chickens shrunk so much? Still the tastiest by far though !

They fall a bit short of the Nandos in Cape Town, Sea Point, always an issue: you ask cut in 4, they cut in 8, you ask for hot and you get less potent than mild. No smile or courteousy with the service. This team seriuosly need training. We only go there when the craving for Nandos is too overwhelming and we cant go into Town.
