Best experience at a McDs drive through EVER! Great service with a smile and staff waiting for us at every window. Has never happened to me before. Great going guys...keep it up. And of course food was good too.

The food was okay. The new system was a bit if a challange only one person assisted.Separate glass/plastic cubicles would make me feel more comfortable to go back. Especially now with busy season

A perfect place to grab a quick meal via drive thru or inside. Nice seating inside and outside. If you have the Mc Donalds app, you are able to get some good discounted deals. Overall a good place to come and eat or go. Well done.

Staff member at drive through spilled hot coffee all over me when handing it to me through the window, my car seat was messed up, my hands burnt I had ask for ice to put on my burning hands. They gave me a replacement coffee. When I stopped to drink the coffee it was black😁no milk

The drive thru went quick but aster I paid my son decided he wanted nuggets. They told me to go inside to get it. Which I kind of expected but would have been nice if they could if helped me. But when I went inside I waited 20min for just nuggets and they werent full.

This has been the worst experience Ive had at a McDonalds. Weve been coming here for years and the ladies that took the orders on Saturday night (16th October) were very very rude. Its not the first time, as other times we thought maybe they are just tired. But this is the 3rd or 4th time this year that theyve been giving this type of service and even getting the orders wrong and not offering an apology.

Always a good time. The chips are always really hot and the patties are a bit browner than other locations which I love.

This is the second time we buy Mac muffins and end up waiting big really long… why do we bother with drive-through… no explanation for the long wait… feels like other meals get priority 😒

We had a problem with the table sitting next to each other, while eating. We are all well-build, and had an uncomfortable breakfast, because seats are for small figured customers.

Poor service. Placing an order then getting order wrong at the pickup window has happened on multiple occasions now with me. Expecting to order through a drive through then to get out if my car and come inside to rectify order is pathetic service.

Cannot order anything else besides breakfast menu why not ideal for someone that doesnt like breakfsst menus i wanted a good filling meal i was told only to order breakfast i was paying for watever i wanted not what u guys decide.

Its a great place to spend your time, even if the staff sometimes picks them up on their own if they dont want to but they make delicious food...I cant wait to there again having my milk shake with my grandsons .

Service could be faster. I understand it was pretty time on a Saturday when inside dining was prohibited, so the guys and girls were trying their best!

For the drive thru, 2 stars because I wish they would wear their face masks properly and cover their noses as well. They also wearing any type of mask,Mc Donalds should supply standard masks as part of their uniform, PPE is regulation.When going inside, the app hardly works, dsnt want to scan, when you want to swipe inside, so you are forced to pay for what you dont really want to order. Worsted Mac Donald’s I have ever been to!!- Patronizing staff member by the door.- Useless management who isn’t interested in the clients.07/07/2021I ordered food as a “collection” on the MrD app and came 10min late as Mac Donald’s Tokai is always late! They refused to let me in to collect the food and made me wait outside in the cold (The exact reason I was trying to avoid by ordering on the app) I then had to deal with a patronizing woman by the door....I asked to speak to a manager and was told “his not coming out”Now I understand why Mr delivery is always late! I will be informing MrD about the situation and I hope the owners hold the pathetic manager accountable.

This a great place to bring family and have a sit in... Not only are there chairs and tables inside but they have a huge space with chairs and tables outside, it also has shade.Beautiful location too.The service is great, food is prepared real fast and you will eat it got.

I rate the Tokai Mc Donalds the best in Capetown if Im not mistaken they are the first one to open in Capetown the fries are always fresh and the burger layout is right everytime they get it right everytime!!!

Slow service. Incorrect orders early in the morning. Left out my boyfriends coffee and left cheese on despite saying no cheese.Please get SnapScan! I forgot my card the other day and couldn’t pay for my order. You’ll make way more money if you have snapcan.

Hi the line was extremely slow. When we gave our order we had to wait as the person had to go do something else. Then when we finally received our food we had to argue with the lady over the fact that she did not give us the happy meal or toy.

Awesome service, I had a problem with my food that I ordered from Mr. D, I ended up going back to the store in the evening to speak to the manager, the manager was extremely friendly and sorted me out in no time.Wish I took the managers name, the incident took place 2021/04/02 around 10 pm , so that would be the manager that was on duty at that time , you have a star as a manager.WELL DONE MC DONALDS.

Absolutely disgusted in this place , I arrived at the drive through and they were still serving customers When I finally got to the speaker to place my order there was no answer, I eventually drove to the window to find no one sitting there ,no one had the decency to tell me or any of the drivers behind me that they were closed!!!

My experience was really great the service was good. I did not wait long for my food.

We wait longer then 30 minutes for our order when we went to ask why people after us get their orders they gave our order which is standing on the counter long ago and cold already while we wait right opposite the counter and no one called our number.

Peak times they cant cope as you wait up to 40 minutes for your order , and still have to pay full price on your meal. If this was North America they wouldve been closed for poor service

Large facility with play area for kids. Good location - the store had a total revamp which is now nicer than before.Service at times is sloppy and the play area is in need of regular cleaning.Toilets clean but a tad smelly. Ample parking. 24 h drive thru.

I try to only go to McD’s with kiosks where you can order yourself, and this one ticks that box. Inevitably the staff say X thing can’t be substituted, when I do it myself every week via the kiosk, so instead of getting angry over this inanity repeatedly, I just try to go to McD’s where I don’t have to talk to staff who don’t know their own menu/ systems!

All employees at drive through station had their noses exposed when wearing masks.

You know to be honest i was on sunday there for two normal ice creams to go they let me wait in a que for two ice creams if i go to ottery MacDonald they quick and at the one in tokia they use one casher to service ppl in the inside and go help in the kitchen my word

Is this how u serve food last time I am buying there, firstly have to wait in drive through then I get half a container of chips and mind u the burger is all over the show and its not just one meal but both meals where exactly the same half order of chips and messy burger sorry I will buy steers or burger King from now on, quality was always good but going down fast

What a filthy disgusting dump. All of the outside tables had dirt, old coffee and old food on them. When I asked them to clean one table so I could sit there and eat they ignored me point blank. Mcdonalds head office should take the franchise away from that owner.

After waiting for the drive thru to open then only to find out after my order was paid for they dont have any cuppacino and had to wait for eggs to be friedLike I dont understand if its breakfast time what happens prior to the drive thru being opened? I waited 15minutes to place my order only for it to take 10mins for my order which I had to walk into the branch to collect.

Neat and clean. Decor is smart and modern. The music created a nice vibe. Touch screen order was quick and easy. Food was prepared very quickly and was brought to our table.

Well done for being honest and caring!I dropped my wallet when I was there at around 10h00 today and only realised Id lost it at around 13h00. After searching frantically for a while I went back to McD at about 15h00 and they had it... All présent and correct: cards, ID, Drivers Licence.... and even the money (about R6.00 in coins) !THANKS GUYS! If you can let me have the name of the finder I would like to give them a small reward for saving me having to replace my licence and ID.
