Theres no words for how I feel about this KFC got home and half my stuff isnt in that I ordered and they kept my slip.Not ver impressed with this service Id rate them 3 out of 10.1 is for taking my slip2 is for making me wait.3 Im never going back there again and I wouldnt let any other person to.Thank you

P? I had a very bad experience, Its close to my place and its convenient but I dont buy there any more, I rather buy at the garage in Airport industrial. Look at the pictures and tell me which picture from your advertised boards have you seen this is suppose to be a streetwise 3, look at the other wing eaten and served to me, look at the breast portion also eaten. 2wings and drumstick on the one box. I waisted petrol, time, for waiting 30min at the drive through with no one to serve and finnaly got to be served this. Is it right? 🤔

I live nearby and have gone there a lot of times. They put no effort in maintaining quality. Their breakkie crunch rap is just soggy chicken and tons of tomato source. Management please do more training with the staff.

Why do they always only give 2 chilli salt seasoning packets no howmuch food you buy...

Placed an order for curbside collection food was never delivered to the car. Had to go inside to enquire just to be told that they got the order but cashier just ignored it.

Food was decent. They made a slight mistake with my order, giving me 2 regular instead of large mash and gravy. In their defence I ordered 5 street wise ones with mash and gravy. Other than that the only complaint I had was the oiliness of the chicken which some may like. Otherwise they are fairly quick with their service.

Food always well prepared and warm. At times they are a bit slow, some of the staff always have a smile, but would help if they can smile when serving customers.

I think it will be unfair if I dont say anything after I had experienced bad service yesterday @KFC Watergate. When I got home I called to speak to the manager, she was so nice and even apologized for the service. So today I went back, they fixed the problem and the lady that was on the first window was also nice. I couldnt believe it based on what I experienced yesterday. Thank you Pakamisa and the lady that helped with streetwise 3. Love KFC!

Although it was month end and take out places are generally very full, this KFC wasnt. It was pleasant. Whilst waiting for our meal, we could hear them shout that they are out of their SLA time to deliver the meals which was amazing as it shows that they take pride in their work and in service delivery. Really impressed

Went through the drive thru as was rushed. Purchased a very basic 8pc meal. After paying I was asked to park as chicken will take +-5mins to fry. 20 minutes passed & I decided to go inside. I summoned the manager, Anele & told her theres no point in having a drive thru when there is a 20 minute wait after paying. Frying of chicken is your core business - so something is amiss. She apolgised for the wait but claimed that they have a continous problem of being short staffed. Come now KFC heirachy. Lets see you fix this!!!!!

I waited 20mins in the drivethrough que. My order was taken, only for me to repeat it when i had to pay for it, as I was told that the person who took my order was no longer at the till. Then my order was multiplied by 4, which I had to pay and then get cash back. Service needs much improvement. The food was satisfactory.

Cashier was friendly but card machine was not wrking nd after waiting so long to be helped I wasnt very happy. There was also no mash nd gravy nd I had to choose something else.

The staff is very unhelpful. Used drive thru and waited 25min for incorrect order. And then staff still argue and speak in their language to offend the customers. They need people skills.

Bought online wings an wanted another set an the cashier said its the same an buying it over the counter ...when the order came it had no chips ...an when i asked where is the chips the manager made a issue saying they dont no how the online works an buying over the counter it not the same ...she wanted me to buy online again an refund my money from the other wings ....i refused after having this big fuss ..i said im not leaving without chips ...her reply whatever the chips is only R10...she gave the chips but her attitude stinks for a manager ...Sorry to say ...

The cashier took our order and we paid. She Did not inform us the chicken must still be fried and the waiting period. Only on enquiry did she say the chicken just went in.
