The cashier at the drive through were super friendly. Food was good and up to standard. All and all a great experience.

They Lack customer service and attention to detail. The food quality is good but the let down is on the service and Failure to communicate and create eye contact with the customer.Twice Ive observed the tables filled with dirty plates long after the customers have left. More work is required !

Has always been my favorite Nando’s by far. I grew up in the area and still rated this branch as the best even after moving to the Southern suburbs.Still support it whenever I am in the area though.Sadly lately I have experienced a couple of let downs… items missing from Drive Thru (only realized later and not worth turning back) and portions decreasing (not that I mind as am on a diet).I just hate to see a once proper establishment go off tracks; if I am not the only one experiencing this then it is a matter of concern.Nonetheless, still taste good compared to others. Worst ever is the one in Tokai by BP garage (rated over over a dozen experiences).

Great service from this Nandos.Extremely cautions and makes you feel welcome at the same time.The food is great and coupled with the great service we shall definitely return.

Their salad stays fresh for over 2 fans, something very rare with other nandos. I love my salad fresh, and they offer the best freshness

I bought two prego burger meals at Nandos Milnerton today. The rolls were old and the fillets were underdone. The fillets were half on both burgers even the onions were thick and hard. I am very disappointed as I purchase this meal quite often at other franchises.

Never again !!!!! Order at 12.30 am and get your food at15:00pm cold . It’s so Disappointing how the office blames the driver and the driver blames the office and nobody can take responsibility for messing up.Very disappointed in my R900 purchase very very substandard. More onion then chicken on my over buttered burgers . And how do you expect somebody to eat cold food. . What has happened to you nandos Milnerton??????

Poor, slow service. Poor quality burger. Dont use the App Kerbside collection. Youll grow old waiting for your order to arrive. COVID protocols not good.

Abit slower than other Nandos. Acceptable quality of food and friendly staff.

After asking thrice for extra strong, I got home to find medium strong on my order. The livers I ordered was old and rubbery. After a few bites I had to leave it. I got ill the same night from eating that livers. Sorry never again......disgusting.

I ordered extra hot in the drive through and got lemon and herb. Went back couple days later for a sit-down meal. My food was fine, but two other tables were complaining and the manager didnt seem to be able to control the situation.

We asked for crispy potatoes specifically. Completely ignored. Dont understand why the cashiers at Nandos never transmit the special requests of the clients. Something small can change the entire experience of the person who eats your food...

I had quite a big order, so had to wait a while. Service was quite quick and food was correctly supplied (always a headache with a big order) They have a sanitizing station at the entrance and enough space to social distance. Will visit again

Horrible!!! we were on the road and my baby had to eat, went through the drive through to order and specifically asked the cashier if the veggies has tomato or spice on it. She said, that they dont put anything on the veggies, my son could not eat because it was tomato sauce with braised onions and veggies.Heres a tip, train your cashier in the kitchen so they know what and how the meal is prepared before giving the wrong info

After the revamp of the store I was hoping the quality of the food was going to be as George Nando branch.The chicken and salad was amazing but once again I was disappointed with the rolls. They were not heated up amd when I asked the lady said she will put them in the microwave oven and that you never do..the rolls wont be soft. They must he put in a warming drawer.So if ever you want to experience Nando chicken at its best rake a drive to George branch.

Sadly, stop at the drive thru - lady was sooooo rude. Demanded I put a mask on while I am more than 2 meters away in my car. I then walked inside, wait for this, there was no sanitation, nothing. There was a sanitation station but they did not use it at all. Different rules or maybe the drive thru lady just had Covid on the brain and tooooo lazy to work. Standards not excising. I just again realise how people use Covid as an excuse to work. Lazy, I tell you, lazy and I will never stop at this Nandos again.

The only drive thru in the area that had am operational ice cream machine. Also the best milkshake ever!!!

Fast and efficient service

Staff is very friendly and cooks are really fast keep it up guys. The only issue is that the portions are so small yet so delicious.

I try to avoid the drive in experience with these people.The service is horrible if not a nightmare.You order and get home there is always something missing from your order.By asking for extra sauce on the chicken its like they doing you a favour.The only thing different from other chicken is the sauce.There is always no sauce or very little.When you complain they ask for the till number but they never return your calls.The drive in experience is just horrible and its like this by most of the Nandos Drive through1 No or little sauce on chicken2 Missing items from Order3 They never compensate you for your fuel to get there4 Kids always are inconvenienced due to short items whether its rolls or food items missingHorrible horrible horrible experience

Very poor management and quality control. Our order was wrong - they didnt pack in our salad, yet the bag was sealed with the quality control sticker. Both packs of chips were cold. We requested well done chicken with extra basting sauce and there was no sauce. The staff couldnt keep up with orders... running around like headless chickens, all confused.

Bad service from Consty the store manager. She tells us no sit downs but the store is very empty and her excuse is she is short on staff. The restaurant is open for business, from a paying customer to a Store manager this was so unprofessional. Never coming back and id never want anyone else going through the bad reception. I bought because i love Nandos but this one here never coming back :(

Takeaways are always good. Only had one instance where my order was mixed up out of the many times I had ordered there. Drive through is usually slower than other restaurants but the food is always fresh which makes it worth the wait.

This is not nearly the food or service quality of other Nandos. Nandos fries were always tops but last two occasions we visited were our last.

Ordered 2x 1/2 chicken meals with a coleslaw side. We received 2x leg/thigh portions. What happened to the breast and wing? The coleslaw was dry. You need to up your game.

Great Nandos and it has a drive through but the turn around time is slow.

No sanitizer at entrance sacrificing peoples health for profit. Temperature was later taken when we were already on the till. If this is the way they are treating covid 19, it makes me wonder if the food is even safe

I have a new slogan for Nandos Milnerton sit down store.Come get your BOILED FLAVOURLESS chicken here now at the same original Nandos pricesBecause thats exactly what you get.Ive been to Nandos outlets throughout South Africa and have never had such tasteless chicken EVER!!!Then to add to my miserable meal, such a noisy store - kitchen racket, staff racket.Overall a really bad experience.Looks like this might be the last that Nandos sees my dollar!

What a disaster.After 10 mins I asked about my shake, all the staff at the back ignored the cashier and the other one just pulled her face as its the most hideous thing to do. If they dont want to work, please get people that wants to. This is unacceptable. To say the least. I arrived at 12:33, its now12:53....still no milkshake... Wow. 1pm.. I got my shake, no food yet, my goodness, I always buy here, what on earth happened? You chase customers like this. Here is my order at 13:02

The chicken wrap I had was terrible. Not at all like they used to be. The salad inside was not fresh and the chicken strips were hard and burnt, i nearly broke my tooth on it. Will never order this again.

The customer service was ok, they can do better. The food looked taste at first but the chicken was tasteless, half cooked and watery. If it wasnt for the lemon and herb flavor that gave it tast it would have been bland. We bought the dish drive through and left, by the time we ate we were far from the branche we got it at.

Terrible parking arrangement and the drive- thru is an accident waiting to happen. Looks lovely inside but empty of patrons as the location is dingy and locals just order and leave or collect. Service when walking in was quite quick, correct and the food quality was nice for take-out.

Food is always consistently awesome. Usually wait about 25mins for a huge order which is great. Their kitchen is always spotless and the staff work great together. Always have a good experience whether I go in or order on uber eats.
