Serene and friendly, nice food but small place

I love my KFC and cannot complain. Food was nice fresh and warm. Friendly staff

In a corner at a place where parking is a challengeI order Street wise 1 which comes with a coke and they decided to give me ginger juice which Im allergic to. I got an allergic reaction as I just sipped it without double checking.They didnt even communicate why they had changed the drinks and decided on their own menu offering instead of what was advertised and what Id usually order in our JHB KFCs. Let downer.

Bought a street wise pap regreted of wasting my money was feeling hungry but this is a disappointment 😣felt like porridge🤧

They have bad customer service and their staff are not friendly. I bought the 15 piece chicken bucket, 3 times and it only had 13 pieces. They didnt even explain why the 2 other pieces were missing.

Twice I had a bad experience first I placed an order online then when I went to pick up it wss a struggle as no one was awre of the order now on the 27th of april I went to buy cards were offline saved by small cash in my pocket I manage to buy fries were cold and hard as if they have been done long

I placed an order via Uber eats at 6:45pm. Over an hour passed before the store decided to cancel my order.

Perfect people who do not discriminate. Serve everyone equall. I like it when there is order you can estimate when will you be served

Ordered Streetwise 3 and got two TINY drumsticks and basically the bone and ribs of a chicken breast piece without meat on it :(So paid for two golf ball size pieces of chicken and some chips!! NOT GOOD. Returned the product. KFC dont cheat your customers please!GOOD: The store did refund and apologised and gave some extra chips with our new order. Thanks for fixing the problem!!Pls watch your sizes as people may not just be able to come back and get it sorted out if they have started travelling home...

On 2 occasions I ordered and paid online. I checked in 5 minutes before arriving at the store. On each occasion I still had to wait for 15 minutes to have my order processed. So what is the use ordering online?

Amazing but the waiting time at the drive through is ridiculously long, but when I receive my meal it was super hot like it was fried while I waited. It made it worthwhile.

The chicken is great. The workers could be friendlier. The increase in prices keeps hiking. The place is too small.

Woodstock KFC can get quite busy at times, so be patient.Unlike other stores, they seem to run out of stock from time to time. KFC is usually the same quality everywhere and theyre no different. Friendly staff do make a difference, but perhaps they need a little training, or guidance.

Average customer service experience. Food up to standard, most of the time, with the odd mistake here and there. Nothing to run home about.

I did my order online and just jumped to the front and enjoyed my meal like a king.

Order on ubereats, leftout coleslaw and coke zero.... No answer when i called the landline.
