All is good good, vibes nice service

This is the third time something has gone wrong with my order. This time I ordered one thing - Oreo krusher - and it had two issues. Nothing worse than not getting a straw and then having to eat a sour Oreo Krusher with a spoon.

The service was fast, the surrounding area is dirty. I was only there once but they forgot to give me sauces and spices. Had to eat chip without tomatoe sauce or spice. I was kinda disappointed but i liked the quick service since we were in a hurry.

Ive ordered food from KFC Gardens through Mr Delivery 3 times over the last 2 months and the first time they messed up the order. The second time was fine and now the food did not arrive at all....It is really pathetic and this was definitely the last time...

Good service from staff. However their chips are known to be sloppy, or hard or just so oily.

Slow. Service is extremely slow with ubereats/mrd orders prioritized over walk in clients. Staff not very engaging or happy.

KFC Gardens is not consistent. One week they disappoint . The other week its okay. With two pieces of chicken 🍗 One will cooked with old oil . The other piece fresh. That was my experience.

This is THE best place to get the perfect Zinger Wing. I have tried The Wing in various parts of Cape Town. Somehow, it is not standardized and can vary in spiciness, freshness and crispness from store to store. This is the only KFC in the City Bowl I am willing to buy my Zinger from.

My sister and friend visited over the weekend and were served by incredibly friendly staff. The service was fast as can be expected from most KFCs. Just a heads up to the vegetarians out the--they unfortunately dont have vegetarian burgers at this chain. But their fries were pretty good

I ordered from this specific KFC twice in this week, and the food arrived warm! I was very surprised, and it was fresh and tasted so good. My mouth waters thinking about it, but I need to check myself and my diet, lol. But honestly, I will recommend, I ordered from Mr Delivery, and I dont regret it at all

Waited abit for fresh chicken to come outta oven but enjoyed every part of the meal on Signal hill with moms.

Very disappointed, been a KFC customer for decades. Just got the smallest, driest, overcooked colonel burger ever. Chicken pieces overcooked, burnt and dry. Well thats taken care of that craving. Will not be eating it again. The quality has now gone from my favourite fast food to my worst. Staff slow, unfriendly and seem to be doing you a favour by taking your order.

Ive placed an order via Uber eat my order was wrong. I use my patrol to drive up to go tell them Ive got the wrong order. I called the manager that was so rude Ive explained to her what happen so Ive ask her can you call the Uber driver her words she cant phone him Ive ask for my order and tell me that she cant give my food. KFC gardens dont go there

Staff were friendly and on it, the food was fresh and hot, but the zinger wings had no flavour.

One of the best KFCs Ive been to. Honestly the staff were super friendly, their chicken actually tasted like KFC should taste and not salt and pepper chicken. Their place of business was also very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend going here for some fast food

Great i ordered fried camel and it had some hair in it but i was still good it also was very pink inside of the camel, I thought it was cotton candy so i still ate it and got something called food poisoning? idk what that is

Slow service. I left there and went to a KFC that was 10 times fuller than them and got served in the time I was waiting in line there

The time I was there, they didnt care about the people in the queue which even older people were in the queue for assistant, all they were focusing was Mr delivery and uber eats.. The staff management was poor and lack of communication. I even told them that they could use one person to deal with the queue and the two can deal with uber and Mr delivery but no. I stood in the queue for more then an hour till I gave up and instead had to order a pizza.

This KFC doesnt even deserve 1 star! I have been there a couple of times and yes the staff is absolutely rude and super unfriendly and it is an absolute struggle for them to take your order and you always wait foreverrrrrr for your food! They always have excuses and not enough stock and tonight they didnt even have CHICKEN!!! You are Kentucky fried CHICKEN and you dont have CHICKEN!!!!! Seriously????? This KFC will NEVER see me again! Shocking!!! Management and KFC SA should seriously look into this problem!! You are losing customers by the minute!!!

This place has the best emplacement just right under the bridge ,does not have the drive thrubut the services quicker inside.

I waited 50 min for an online order, which was zinger burgers and crunch burgers. The crunch burgers was cold. Not impressed at all.

I dont understand how people can actually get a written order so wrong.If KFC doesnt want to share their recipe with us, the least they can do is give us Quality good.This branch is the worst! cant believe its STILL in operation.

Ive been to this kfc a couple of times over the years and the service has been going no where but down hill. Today Ive had enough. The staff members are always moody and when you ask them for assistance youd swear you bothering them. Today I ordered streetwise three with pap and gravy... What I got was 2 small pieces and a big one instead of 2 big pieces with a small one. I also got the worst pap with more of a liquid consistency. There was no gravy! how the hack am I going to eat wet pap without any gravy. Saying Im disappointed is an understatement to say the least. Before this I got 5 Burnt wings when I had ordered 8.

Very disappointed in their service. Previouslyplaced an order for Saturday the 4th for 100 learners,for lunch,because learners were on an Educational trip. When collecting the food,we were informed that they do not have enough boxes for the variety boxes.Items were packed separately in bags, but they were helping other customers with the same order with the proper packaging. Customers deserve the best service, it doesnt matter if they are children.

Waiting for food here is extremely long. Waits for food have gone up to 45 minutes where 3-4 people who came after you left before you with their food. Not the best. However, the staff are doing a good job and KFC just needs to train them regarding efficiency and proper customer service and etiquette

They have the nerve to send us stale/hard chicken that looks like it was cooked from used and reused oil just because we ordered from Mr D. They dont do this when you buy yourself but if you use UberEats or Mr D they give you terrible chicken. Scams.

After waiting for my food for long time after l ordered from keep sending msg on app that they are packing the food how long does it take to pack. After all this wait my meal was short with 1 box of streetwise 2 and called customer service they didnt care just to say call Uber eats this is not a service l expect from a big company like KFC

Food was average at best. Poor service. Long wait. And the worst is, part of my order was missing. Missed 4 dunked wings. Thought I would give them a try even though that had a poor rating to start with. Not impressed at all.

My order for Masala chicken was processed promptly and the meal was super delicious.
