What a weird drive through situation! And then if you manage to navigate that maze without any injuries you have to try and understand what this crazy woman is screaming at you through a very distorted speaker! A bit peculiar

Food is prepared on par with KFc international standards the streetwise 2 meal is great for that lunchtime quick bite,staff is friendly and service is quick.

I was very disappointed one of the food servers was serving fries with her hands ,and when i tried to ask why they where doing that the lady giving out orders on the drive through just totally denied when I saw what her mate did. She even glared at me . And that one star is that they where the only one open when everywhere else was closed.but I wont be buying there again

The staff were friendly, efficient and communicated with me all the time about my order unlike N1 and Plattekloof. I was aware of why I was waiting a bit longer but they made up for that with their warmth. I will happily drive there despite it being a bit further from home for my KFC fix. Thank you ladies! My kids Krushers were also sealed so that they wouldnt spill and I wouldnt steal sips before getting home. Great experience overall.No photos unfortunately...we ate it all! Next time.

Always having bad experience here. Staff in drive tru rude & always get that feeling they annoyed when you other a bunch of items. Was there yesterday(7/8) and was standing by the drive tru other machine for 5 mins before being told go order at the window in a rude way.I understand if you busy but have some customer relations.Yesterday was just one of many bad experience there. I rather drive a bit futher from now on.

Used the drive-thru, staff was pleasant and courteous. Wouldve given 5 five stars but the wait was bit long. Maybe I expected it to be quicker because I ordered online and just came to collect, but no luck...still waited in a queue...but otherwise wonderful service.

Oh what a surprise we got when we ordered the new nachos crunch cheese burger - the advert is totally misleading and such a led down. The McDonalds junior chicken burger is bigger than this new nachos burger BUT judge for yourself. Here is the proof. I will never buy this burger ever again, waste of money

The COVID protocols taken here are legit top notch. You don’t order without sanitizing your hands and you certainly won’t enter the building without your mask on. The staff always ensures a 2m distance between customers is maintained. Given the smallness of the area, this kinda slows down the serving process. All in all, great job for keeping everyone apart and safe

Apparently you cannot choose pieces, there is a certain make up, you are then told there is only one wing in your meal only to get home and find 2 wings plus the smallest ever thigh

Good customer service and friendly staff. Travel from work everyday for lunch to eat KFC. Milkshakes are really great and some of the best I have had, as well as the Twisters. The only let down is everytime we go in a group, one of our orders has a problem which causes us to wait a little longer as expected. Drive-Thru is after all the best option.

Awesome staff at the drive-through tills. Friendly, communicates your order through as you make a small request 💯. The supervisor checks the order which are prepared by two staff members = super quick and excellent service. Dont seem to run out of stock on anything 👋🙏 anytime of day. Ordered family meal from this KFC, for delivery via uber eats, order was delivered, minus a side and with ice cold chips which looked like yesterdays . I called to complain, the lady who answered intelligible and put the phone down on me twice. Will never support this branch of KFC ever again. Disgusting service

Quick and professional service

On the Sunday the 28/03/21 I order kfc 9 pieces via Mr. Delivery @Goodwood kfc. I received my order and few pieces from it and left the rest in the refrigerator. On Monday morning I placed one piece of the kfc in my lunch box with salads to work. Got at work placed my lunch box in the refrigerator and during my lunch as I was sitting outside enjoying lunch with my colleagues. As I lift up the drumstick I saw something moving on it and I told my colleagues. We all looked very closely to a point of opening up the drumstick and there were small maggots crawling up and down the meat. My colleagues to video and also took a picture of the meat portion from KFC in Goodwood. I am so disgusted by the power service that KFC is giving its customers and clearly from the time the meat was being prepared it was already spoilt hence the are maggots and a bad smell. My nerves is still playing back on the ones that I ate the previous night and having a lot what if. This is food poisoning to its core as how do you serve us rotten food. I pay my money for the meal that I order and expecting to be served rubbish. I still have the proof of payment reflecting on my phone and the order itself. I need this matter to be dealt with urgently and inspectors should go to the KFC in Goodwood. Clearly the management and its stuff dont value the lives of others and are not passionate about their work. I need feedback regarding the matter. I dont want to give them any star as they dont deserve it with this kind of service. Waiting time is long during pick hour, manager on duty must always be there to assist.

On Saturday 18th December we went to Kentucky in N1 city Goodwood.It is understandable that they are busy this time of year.However, they had No plan.People were waiting up to 30 minutes!Thats how long my order took.People were complaining because their children were crying.To add insult to injury, my order was ice cold.Kentucky is a great brand.Don’t mess with it.

This afternoon We bought R199 8 piece family feast. What a disappointment😣the chicken was so dry tasted like a day old fried chicken.The chips were also dry. No KFC salt and tomato sauce. The staff member atvtge drive through was the most unfriendly ; irritated and miserable person. We feel like we were a nuisance to her. We made a decision to never go there again. I live in Thornton. I ordered and paid for dunged wings 10+4 and was given zinger wings. I was very cross because it wasnt worthwhile to go back to Goodwood to argue for a fault made by a packer. My time, my petrol and the fact that I was hungry and wanted to share with my family

We where a kfc goodwood voortrekker 19.08 where as usual im in no rush. Zenande and her casher friend Kaylen served me,as usual I requested my meals hot and fresh. Kaylen took my order made it right first time from start to finish without error. I received all my things zinger meals chips wings hot and as requested . Well done and thanks to her and the team on duty. Enjoyed the meal THANK YOU

Worst KFC!! Had to wait outside for a online pick up in store because of covid regulations, tho they could had structured the queue better as there were about 5 people instore, I mentioned that I ordered online and the lady in charge said I must stand in the queue, whilst in the queue uber eats guys just come in to the counter on the left(4 collections before I received my online order) and collect their online order!! While standing there I noticed there are flies buzzing in the KFC and straw papers laying around, thanks for giving me the time to observe that. The hot wings was bland as well!

I just bought something via drive-thru at KFC Goodwood.. The lady (Ngeniswa)that was taking orders was very extremely rude, I have ordered one chicken piece and a crusher, I saw how my crusher was made she was not wearing any gloves the lemon slices were like half a lemon with too many ice cubes. The posture she was at like someone giving free food to a nobody, food that I had paid for, instead of her to correct it she carried on with life someone that is no manager had to come and apologize for her unacceptable behavior. Screaming at the customers like someone whos selling food at a tarven... Very disappointed!!!
