I would like to give a big thanks for the shift that was working last night. I was the last order for the night before the shop closed. The kitchen staff that prepared my food, especially the full chicken it was a dream to eat such tasty chicken with the magical sauce. Everything was done perfectly for my liking even the rice,chips and rolls. Good service delivery to the last minute!!

Neat joint that creates a great atmosphere and enjoyable food. Perfect for families or even an individual looking for a quick bite. Also love the additional facilities such as a basin for washing hands. And of course the array of sauces, never forget that!

Good chicken always great no long que friendly staff

It was my worse experience dealing with a take-out franchise. I placed my order and paid for it. When I got home, I found my order to be incomplete. When calling the store I was told that the manager would call me back immediately. After 30mins I had to call them to ask for a solution. The manager, Thabo, said that I could drive back to them then, or the next day, to collect my savoury rice which they neglected to include in my order. PATHETIC!!! This experience has turned me completely off the Nandos Franchise as a whole and will also share my experience with ALL my aquaintances who even have a thought of going there. These people have no clue as to what Customer Service means. Again, PATHETIC!!!

My Mom was in hospital she called to ask me to get her Nandos. I bought her what she requested. I dropped her at the hospital, she was in Karl Bremer by the time I got home she called to say her chips was terrible it was like they fried the chips twice it was oily and horrible. That to me was very sad, as she had a heart attack.

The place is nice and cosy. It has free WiFi but there are no plugs including the ones with USB port to charge phones. Unless it is a strategy to keep clients for a short time

I havent been to a Nandos in a while. I was pleasantly surprised to see the chickens have graduated from little chics to a full grown adult chicken now.

Amazing food as always! Nandos never disappoints but I think this one is extra special. The staff are super friendly and helpful and they tell you about the specials right away. That was a huge help because when I walked in there I wasnt too sure what I was gonna get. I wouldnt recommend getting the livers though, its a bit too sour

When my family and I are in Parow , we always eat at Parow .We never had a problem with the meals until today.We ordered 2 perinaise ,avo and caramilised onion wraps and we ordered bougee bowl too , it was so little and dry.The perinaise potatoes sharing portion were so dry .My 11yr old granddaughter were very disappointed by with her meal.When our order came their were no caramilised onions on,we could count the lettuce pieces on it and the filling /contents were so little for the price.The manager collected it and still the filling were pathetic , hardly any salad ,avo or onions on it.I will never go back to Parow Nandos .I will rather drive to Belgravia branch or Ottery branch ,where my I get value for my money.One disappointed customer

An on the go Nandos, you order you take & you go, otherwise the store is a cornershop & very little can be done around it anyway & the store inner is totally not inviting neither warm decor needs a relook furniture is falling apart especially the waiting area benches (sofas) the seat part is sliding to the floor so sitting on them you slide off the cheap (pleather) covers. The parking area is also dodgy in the evenings as it is in a poorly lit side slip street with a smaller tuckshop/solely owned shop that attracts characters who are always begging or pretend car guards. One has to be careful parking, getting out & coming back.

This is sorry excuse as a family eatery. A family meal which consists of a whole chicken and 4 sides is a pathetic joke. Its more like the size to feed two people. The chicken was so small Nandos should be charged for chicknapping small chicken and selling it to the public. Im utterly disgusted and to think it cost me almost R300.

Chicken was burnt and tasteless.Our flavour was lemon and herb but there was no hint of that, not even a slight bit in the chicken.Service was good but not the food.Over priced for bad quality. Will not visit or order from them again.

Nandos is not the same anymore. I mean if i wanted my food to taste like nandos sauce then all it takes is to buy a bottle of nandos sauce and pour it over my food.

Service was good. It chicken was not nice at all did explain how we need and they was not even busy so we could think may be in rush they didnt add sauce at all etc. But very disappointed was very hungry and teird and food wasnt good. Makes me upset.

The staff is far to slow and there is nobody at the door to let customers sanatize and fill in the register. The stuff is there, but nobody is manning it. Very disappointing to say the least.

I visited Parow Nandos with my family. The chicken was not nice and fresh, the gravy was runny and had an off taste. Im very disappointed.

Fine. I waited to order at the counter marked for ordering, but no one came to aid me. So I moved to the delivery counter to make my order, where somebody was standing doing nothing. Why did that person let me waste my time? The cranberries in my feta cranberry salad looked dodgy. However, their potato wedges were delicious. The air quality along Voortrekker Road is really poor so they should close their doors and turn on an aircon.

The set up and all the work done to the place is quite awesome however the chicken is tasteless I meant to write this a while back and instead decided to back again after tasting a huge difference in their chicken in fact I saw them taking out a chicken that was pre-cooked and just thrown on the grill and added some sauce.I understand that this couldve been how it was done all along but now it seems the meat is boiled in just salt water and sauce is added. As result I will not be returning for their chicken, change is not always good especially to a franchise
