Very friendly staff but they got our order a little wrong 😅. We ordered 2 x all star box meals one was supposed to be with coleslaw instead of chips and a sprite zero. Came with chips and normal sprite but because Im not a difficult customer I left it but then the cherry on the cake was the hair in my crunch burger 🤨Come on KFC, shape up. We paying premium prices.One thing I can say is that the food was delicious, well done over there

Wow, man, this space was busy.Especially the drive through.The food was at least OK.Ill skip this place on Sundays, the drive through is not designed to accommodate SUVs, the space is really small.Youll see the marks on the white painted wall all along the drive through.Fix this man, you get enough customers.Thumbs-up if you agree and follow. The worst KFC experience ever !!! . Placed order at the Drive Through. The lady at the fist kiosk was very efficient and the lady at the payment window very friendly ...then it all went pear shaped . We were told that the pops weren’t ready and we had to wait the the parking lot until the food was brought to us that defeats the object of the drive through ...When the order arrived the pops were not even a full cup and there two of my meals had no chips . The Coke Zero buddy that I had been charged for was in the order . I ask the lady who delivered my order to . Please foil up the pops and she replied that the pops had fallen out in the paper bag when I proved her wrong she replied the she did not pack the order with no apology . After several minutes the lady returned with the right amount of chips and pops , sadly did not have the Coke Zero that I had ordered , but a regular Coke . When I asked her to please get me the right drink. This time with no apology she replied that she did not do the order . After several minutes she returned with the correct Coke Zero .and hanged it over with no apology . The whole experience took about 45 minutes .... so much for ‘’fast food ‘’ We will not be going back there again ... bad don’t car attitude , bad service .

Clean. Friendly staff. Chicken tasted like KFC, no surprises. Cherry on top for me was that their 🍦 was available. Sometimes i think that 🍦 cone is what entices me to KFC?

They were very helpful. It was so warm and I had to walk quite a distance before I got to KFC and by the time I got there I was our of breathe and I almost fainted of the heat. The girl behind the counter went to put the aircons on go me and gave me special attention. Thank you very much

Unfriendly staff. Waited five minutes and had to ask to be served. We asked to use the restroom but they refused because head office said so. We make use of several restrooms during the day as we travel a lot and nowhere did they ever refuse us. I would even give them a 0 rating if I could. Wont support them again.

I was very very disappointed . I found a strand of human hair stuck in the chicken batter. I took the Streetwise two back and the girl said it must be from the old rags that is used to wipe the tops in the kitchen area. The manager apologised after I pulled the batter away and a long thin straight strand of hair appeared. They replaced my Streetwise two.No more KFC for me

This used to be the best KFC in the northern suburbs.. How disappointed I was this Saturday, it didnt taste like KFC at all.. 😔

Use the drive through and service is usually quick and food good.

Really bad experience. Firstly trying to place my order, competing with the horrible loud music.But not at any point did anybody even attempt to turn the rubbish down. The cashier struggled to take the order and even when repeating the order i just thought stuff that and just say yes and get out of there.. Counter on the customer side looked like old car oil hands touched everywhere. From one side to the other.At one point i felt like asking a refund. Furthermore, someone wrote dirty in the dust on the brown feature when walking in on your right. I really would not recommend this branch. If you cant keep your storefront clean, cant even imagine what is going on in the kitchen. Im not a person that leaves a negative review, but I feel that this cannot be overlooked.

Drive through: Why would you put 5 orders in one bag. Then tell us to check the order knowing we will have to unpack most out of bag just to see. And then we were still a chips short because we could not unpack whole bag in the car And why, why can they not put bottles coldrink in a packet and when you ask without fail everytime they pretend they dont understand or cant hear what u saying. Its our own fault because we never learn, we always say never again but yet we go back.

Never been a fan of KFC as I got a raw chicken burger from them some years ago, but we went by last week for some nuggets and milkshakes... the milkshakes were mostly milk and might has well been a nesquik and to top it off the cup was half. I pointed it out and the look I got showed immense annoyance. The nuggets however was excellent... suffice it to say, KFC Protea Heights will not see us again...

Very disappointed in the Service to be honest, last week I recieved a coupon sticker of pnp, the owner didnt take any ownership and was attacking me although I tried to bring it to there attention.Secondly today we ordered a 3x mixer the one had mixer had a hair on gross, the shift manager was not helpful and expected us to return it and we dont get lunch on a Sunday.Thirdly... Edwina is one of the best people I dealt with a real star and definitely a star on service delivery. THANK YOU Edwina ❤️ for always doing your best you are appreciated.

We went to KFC tonight and bought 2 All Star boxes, coleslaw and 1 ice cream. My daughter told them 4-5 times we only want a side breast in ONE of the meals - with the guy we ordered and where we paid. And...... when we opened the food, both had breast pieces, she does not eat breast at all!!! We could not go back, she had to go to Somerset-west. How difficult can it be....... listen and read the order!!!

Poor service inside. Priority given to food deliveries. Ordered Boxmaster. No lettuce on wrap. Unidentifiable piece of chicken which consist of mainly skin and bones.

Order on line and wait more than 30 minutes in store. First they said I can gone thru the drive tru and then in they send me in store. When I got at home thete was 1 soft drink not in the passel.

Chicken not done and waited almost 15 min outside in car park only to get order wrong only saw this at home. Nothing new.

Inadequate service, especially during covid times - the kitchen staff werent wearing gloves and they werent wearing their masks properly. At one point, the person making my cone took off their mask during the process and spoke to a coworker while holding my cone. I could also see their fingers touching the actual cone and then upon handing the cone over, puts it down on the dirty counter!The tables and chairs were also dirty (we were going to sit down because it was empty, but after santising and wiping it down ourselves, saw how dirty it was) We then left and decided to eat in the car instead. Definitely wont be returning.

3rd time I ordered a zinger wing bucket (24 wings) only to receive 22 wings...Feel like being robbed!!

Their food is great and their staff are friendly, but they do not care about the safety of their customers. Several of the staff members do not wear their mask properly (nose or nose and mouth not covered) and delivery drivers that do not have masks on are allowed in the store. Kfc with a side of covid.

Rather drive 1km further and go to Brackenfell KFC. The food here is dry, cold, takes long and this has been on more than 4 occasions the case.

Ordered a 4 in 1 my order came with only chicken n roll thats all no sides. Called the manager jeremy he informed me he will deliver it. 2 hours later nothing. Called him he told me I must pick it up tomorrow. No come on is this the kind of service we get. U order than half ur order does not get delivered and the managers expects u after u paid in full to drive n pick it up a day later. Will never purchase there again !

After placing my order at the drive through window and paying for my order, I proceeded to the collection window.No staff members were present at the collection window.I waited a full 18 minutes before seeing a single staff member, when the lady opened the Window and shouted out my meal in a incomprehensible version of English. Did not receive a greeting nor an apology for waiting 18 minutes without seeing a single soul. Dont visit this KFC. I have had issues with this KFC every time I have visited them. Rather go the the 24 hour one in Old Paarl road if you really need KFC.

Only got half my order through the drive through and my mash was old and cold 1/10 recommend to go somewhere else. Manager is a bit of a tool... doesnt listen. Staff dont wear masks and dont care for customer safety

Out of stock aint my favourite thing to hear. Whats been going on? Not sure if my timing is bad but this kfc is walking distance, so imagine getting there to find out that part of your meal is out of stock. Been happening too much lately.

Why does it take 10 times longer to do curbside pickup than to go through the drive through???

Never order curb-side pickup....its suppose to take 3min as per KFC app....well it took 36min!! Longer than any other order when visiting a KFC.

Paid for extra sauce, drove away, opened burger, just a tip of sauce, had to drive back and was den given correct sauce but with an attitude. Next time will drive past to another place
