We arrived late and upstairs was closed, only take aways were allowed. My daughter needed to use the rest room but was closed one of the lovely ladies allowed us. Thanks to her she saved the day

Worst online service ever experienced, after making an online payment, you receive a message station that you should allow 30min to get the food to you, this is a lie. Ive waited 1hr15min for my food and it hasnt even been collected from the store by the delivery person. this KFC store is pathetic with their online service. Note i have not received my food yet after a hour of purchase.

I love how quick they are with their orders and the fact they take caution when it comes to covid19 regulations.

What a bad experience on a Wednesday

What is the point of ordering online when i still have to queue up and wait for the order like walk in orders? They only prepare the food after paying. The option of paying in-store should rather be removed as its not beneficial at all.

Conveniently located in the heart of the mother City.Always busy.Staff always have excuses for their customers not to use the toilet.Parking nearby might be a bit of a problem.This KFC had a nice balcony with tables that would be nice to sit there and have your meal but its always locked.Other seating are available.

This must be one of the oldest (if not the oldest) KFC in the Cape Town CBD. Its been in that same building in Adderley Street for years... Fresh food made fast. Friendly & competent staff. Seating area upstairs. (The balcony seating area not in use).

KFC is like every other KFC... But when youre on the night shift and need a bite to eat, a nice wrap or burger can definitely fill the spot. Havent had any complaints about this one as of yet.

Its not necessarily a bad KFC, OK service and usual food. But there are aggressive beggars in the area who swear and insult if you dont give them money.

No longer value for money. Chicken hasnt got that original taste they say it has. Sometimes you get chicken from the day before which they have just warmed up. And at times they burn the batter

The food was good, but the service was not so good. The workers see you standing in the line and look you in the eye and still dont help you. Out food was ready and we still had to wait for half anf hour because the cashier wanted to talk to the lady that was busy cleaning the equipment.

Please sell us cooked meat. almost everytime I get home and want to eat there is something off with the food. I once ordered with a food delivery company, they didnt get my drinks correctly and I was short of a piece of meat.

This store deserves less than a star due to the poor hygiene. I was there today and the place was filthy all tables dirty and bins full with no1 to empty them. I dont know maybe you are short of staff.

Worst experience I have had at KFC. Compare to the KFC service I always get in Jhb.22:50 myself and my family enter KFC in Adderley Street, wanting to get an ice cream for each one, when I get pushed out of the door by the KFC waiter.Telling me in the rudest, most hostile way to get out, theyre closed.I tell her but its not 11 yet, and she just says I dont care.I tell her ok, but why do you have to be so rude, just talk to me properly. She looks at me like Im a piece of nothing the dog dragged in and forces us out by just closing the door.Our whole watching Christmas lights evening was dented by this disrespected rude treatment.

Its not tidy and neat. The crowd also makes it undesirable.

Always dirty, lines are always super long and the staff always treat you like youre interrupting their day, no manners or smiles. Honestly Id never go back.

All I can say is zinger zinger zinger wings an zinger burgers thats still the best I must say Im still loving it an it must have zinger sauce mmmmmm no complaints from me some people at our work complain however I have not yet received any bad service
