This KFC in Mandalay should not be.. or have the Name of KFC... AFC will be good for that branch, No test at all of KFC on the chicken ... and very poor services after order online still have wait 15m in store.... sometimes have to wait on the parking bay for the chicken.. its not the first these is happening look at the chicken that have just bought this afternoon. If you can come collect the chicken PLEASE bring my R 120.90 + R70 UBER fee.

It seems like they dont understand the concept of buying food online. I bought food online more than twice and I had to wait a while to get my parcel when I was there to collect. I believe buying food online its because you dont want to wait or sit at the store but at Mandalay they made me wait like everyone else (those who didnt buy online)

We were at KFC Mandalay yesterday afternoon and bought a 15 piece bucket, 10 zinger wings, 9 nuggets and 4 mini loaves. When we got home there were no mini loaves, no tomato sauce, no spices and no serviettes and this after they made us wait for our order at the drive thru! What kind of service is this?!?

I find the food to be more freshly made here than the KFC closest to me (KFC Promenade Drive-Thru).

So disappointing its the second time today when we have done an order online and when we get there to fetch the order is not ready and it takes longer to even get the order.

I wasnt served a Tuesday special. I was told they dont serve the special at night. The time was 20:50. I argued asking a notice to support what they saying. Unfortunately theres nothing they replied. I asked for manager, she was just as rude as her untrained staff. Iam so sick of KFC I hardly think Id ever stomach that meat again. You lost a loyal customer. Oh to add to that, the 10 min wasted on at 9pm I was told we no longer operating the store is closed. And that was it.

My husband bought the all in one plus today at KFC manday,when he got home there were 2pieces short and no serviettes even spice nothing.A Ngceni was the assistant, horrible customer service.

This place is absolutely horrible. Worst KFC in South Africa. There is always a waiting time and they stock no Zinger Burgers and Creme Soda. We are constantly told to wait on the parking area due to waiting.

The staff at Mandalay KFC are always at the top of their game and will go the extra smile to ensure one has a positive experience in the outlet all the time.

I wasn’t too impressed at the fact that they only checked my online order when I arrived there for collection, which was an hour after I made the order! That meant I had to wait a bit for my meal, and it cost me more for my Bolt ride!

Wasnt impressed! Bought a 6 piece meal, and when I checked it, 2 pieces of meat were bitten! On top of that, staff laughed about it like there was nothing wrong. Bad serivce

I always buy there whenever Im at home. Their services are good and they always deliver the food like the other places. Their closing time is very convenient for people like me whore always home late, and sometimes crave for KFC late at night.

Staff friendly even if they cant speak properly in English. They actually made a recommendation which was nice. Toilets clean compared to other branches. Staff in kitchen is too loud. For some reason shouting in a tiny kitchen is a must. Burger was very saucy. The bbq crunch burger was spicy. Which was odd I just hope they didnt make an error and covering it up with extra sauce. As in the picture you can see the wings arent crispy I was pulling a sticky soft piece of something and it should be crispy. The wings were tasteless but omg was the gravy filled with pepper I actually enjoyed it. They cleaned the ice cream machine during a lunch time. Who does that. You dont even want to see a woman taking her hands and trying to move the hardened ice cream out the front port. It should have been done early in the morning. Late evening or after hours. But in the lunch rush they cleaning the machine and taking just under ten minutes an order. With so many staff clearly organisation is lacking at the branch. I suppose this is why the drive through is popular even though the inside of the store is pretty neat and tidy.

Stuff there is beautiful, they communicate well with people and they have a beautiful smile

This morning I went to KFC Mandalay to buy 2 streetwise 3 with both of the 2 pieces crispy and hot and 1 piece normal firstly to get my order it took them time but the shop was empty I took my order went straight to church without checking when I got to church I was about to eat when I noticed that they gave me 5 pieces not what I asked for had to wait until I finish at church to go and complain when I got there they didnt take Mr serious after so much inconvience this is totally unacceptable

The waiting was too much. Whats worse while waiting for my food, people who came after me got theirs first, I had to ask for my order number..then after I finally got my food, I have to wait again for my cooldrink... Someone poured my drink and left it on the machine, what a wow! I never experienced this when I buy at drive tru.. Probably they care about drive tru only!

KFC Mandalay visit was a desaster I ordered from the drive through I was told meat would be ready in 7 minutes I must wait in the parking somebody will brink my food I waited from past 8 to past 10 they were closed when I went to inquire through the window I told meat was finish i should come back the following day. I took my money and left,Id hate to see myself at that shop again
