Rude staff. Unprofessional preparation of the wraps and uneven dressing on the wraps and burgers. Cleaners spraying sanitizers and sweeping dust while we eat. Basically just eat here for convenience since its closer to shops, but quality and service is poor.

The area around it is a bit dangerous at night time so i would suggest after 7 going with someone, but other than that staff is excellent, the restaurant is always in immaculate condition and depending what you order at a specific time, you dont have a long waiting for your food.

I recently visited kfc middestad service was nice except the meat, it tasted very old and the smell was not pleasant, im disappointed I even let kfc customer care about this, they did not even bother to get back to me

Service was friendly and good. Unfortunately the same cant be said about the toasted tomato, cheese & egg that I ordered this morning. The cheese was as thick as a door stop, egg was over fried and rubbery. The toasted sandwich wasnt cut thru proper and by gently attempting to pry the sandwich apart all the filling feel apart. I guess they should rather rename their toasties to a deconstructed toasted tomato, cheese & egg:(

Fast services, and enough space for everyone to seat. . . .the access to the bathroom is challenging especially to those who cant read. . .because its written the code to access is at the bottom of your slip. . .so it would be better if they write Access Code to Toilet : ............ at the bottom so that we dont do guess work.

Your chicken was HORRIBLE last week on the 27/12/2019. Me and my co-workers went there for a quick take away for the office. I dont know if the chicken was re-heated or the oil was old but it was TERRIBLE. I will never ever go the KFC in Middestad again, Id rather drive to Tygervalley. I couldnt send it back because i was already @ the office.Please maan, just improve & send inspectors to check whats going on there. Youre going to poison people, white meat is a very delicate thing to be given to people just like that!!!

I gave five star because I love dunked wings and lunchbox, but actually this place does get full sometimes and to tell the truth I wait like crazy 20mins(I know some restaurants take this time but hey its KFC we talking about here)...And also the other time the screen that shows menu had some problems and so people had to show their orders to the cashiers to get a meal...So the least thing that should be done is update the store to the latest KFC setting...☺
