Delivery order of over R500, they got the orders wrong completely and some parts of orders were not even delivered. Shocking service, no accountability, no responsibility, its always the customer that suffers your incompetence.

This KFC was very good but thats certainly changed. Ive ordered a lot from this KFC but recently been very disappointed with service and the Food. On 3 occasions Ive orders the 9 piece pack and everytime 90% of the box contained Drumsticks and Thigh pieces (basically chicken leg quarters). Not returning anytime soon.

3 times lucky not to get my full order, ordered online for delivery. So.... I had to go to the store physically to make sure I got my complete order.

This. KFC branch has its days. As am reviewing this, theres only 1 person in front of me but I have been waiting to collect my order for more than 10 minutes already. Other days, it can be quick. Just that Ive had few cases like this.However, their stuff are very friendly

This KFC use to be really good with Service, I stay close to Cape Gate KFC, but because I received bad service I opt to use KFC Pinehurst which for years never disappointed, recently they have made no effort to keep the Great Service above standard.

A bit slow with their online orders. Best click check-in 5-10min before actually arriving.

Food and service was great, but using the drive thru requires skill. I risked a 10k wheel for chicken 😂Little adjustment to the pavement could make a huge difference.. Widen the turning points🤔 .

Done with KFC Pinehurst. Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru to be told I cant order anything on the menu except for chicken. Also only chicken breast and drumsticks. Everything else finished. Why not inform us? Everything closed by that time. Also last 2 times they messed up our order and did not provide mash and gravy we paid for. Done with them.

Worst service I have ever received in any KFC. They absolutely dont care. Get to the window to receive my food and the lady tells me theres a 5min delay on the fillets, I am told to go park and wait for my order in my car. Order never arrives. I finally go into the shop and no-one knows where my order is. Stood there for another 10mins waiting.

Waited 2 hours for our order when we ordered through uber eats. It was completely the restaurants fault. I even called them an hour after ordering and then still waited another 50min. They didnt pick up the phone again.

I have placed a order via the Mr D Foods app and this is now the 3rd time that we did not get our correct order. I called the number 7 times and no answer.Mash and gravy is dry

Great service on one visit . On the last 2 visits we had to wait sn extraordinary long time for chicken. Today took 1/2 hour for 6 pieces . When we got home one piece was still leaking blood 😳😳

They never have any stock of what they advertise... tried to order a Hawaiian twister and they did not have pineapple.... any other fast food wood make a plan as there is a pnp 200m away where they can buy pineapple... and they charger you R1 if you select not to have Ice in your cold drink.

Not pleased at all. Worse off it all is the lockdown creates heavy challenges for the staff. Long waiting queues for walk in clients. The phone in Mr Deliveries make you want to stay away. Such a pitty, as service here was better before.

KFC has the worst telephone manners Ive ever seen. I called then with an order query. The person who answered the phone didnt even announce her name, and the while I was talking, she was talking and shouting to someone in the background. Nevermind the fact that I was trying to explain my situation.This is extremely poor service, asd and left me very unsatisfied. Shame on you KFC.

What a pathetic kfc.Website says it closes at 20h00, get there 19h19 but its closed already. Phone then to find out what time they close. They say due to covid 19h30. When I was there I walked to the door to find out whats up, the staff continues to scream at me behind close doors they are closed with attitude. But still refuse to take orders even tho they re still open when I got there. Manager on Dutys name was Lucas, I then asked him why they showed me away if they are still open and his reply was we dont have what you want even tho I didnt order yet. So once again a kfc ran into the ground by incompetent staff and manager that just wants to go home early it would seem.GIVE THIS ONE A HARD MISS

I am so sick and tired of KFC Pinehurst. Not once have I ever walked out of there happy. They always get your order wrong and when I try call them you can never get through. Today again my order was wrong. I went through the drive through and I ordered 1 All Star box, 4 Zinger wings and a Streetwise 3 and like always when I ask then before I leave is my order correct and like always they say yes and once again when I got home my order was wrong. They charged me for a Streetwise 3 but gave me a Streetwise 2 and to top it off they dont give your slip back so you have nothing to go back with.

This has got to be the most un organised fast food restaurant in the world... place a order for a basic meal like a streetwise 2 and you wait 30 minutes... and to top that off they place your order incorrectly and you end up paying for more than what you ordered if you dont check your slip... really a dissapointing expience... I would not recommend this branch...

If your a on diet but absolutely crave take-away then this is the place , you will most definitely walk away a winner. The menu does not work so you wont be tempted and what you ask for from memory isnt available either. If you even manage to get something, it does not resemble food so... win,win. Go KFC Pinehurst.

This is my go-to KFC. I find that the quality control between branches differ, and this branch definitely has a higher standard.

My favourite KFC...friendly service. Ladies are always looking beautiful. The chicken is ways crispy and not oily. The coleslaw is better than the other stores.

Quality of food was poor. Kfc was stale and Crum was soggy with no flavor. Worst KFC I had in years. My kids didnt even finish their burgers.

Really awesome KFC. Chicken has been of great quality, especially the hot and crispy variety. I once had an issue with my order, and it was efficiently sorted out by the manager on duty. I would definitely go back to this branch.

Went to get take aways on 01/08/2020. Found a long row of MrD drivers waiting outside. Spoke to one while waiting for my food. He told me that the staff are deliberately slowing them down. Their orders get placed online and should be ready by the time they arrive. He told me that I would get my food before any of them get their deliveries. This became true when my number was called and none of them were helped. Why is this?

What great service from the ladies that served us. Smiling the whole time. Wish all the take away places could manage that.I got there and asked them for a family meal. I also mentioned the previous times we got loads of dry meat. Mostly breast pieces and some wings. The lady apologized on behalf of the previous times and said she will help me. When my order was ready she asked me to check it and she had this huge smile on her face. I said its fine I trust her to be a helpful person. Would be nice not to have to complain at all but then again everyone makes mistakes. Thats part of life.Thanks friendly lady at KFC

One of the better KFCs in the uitzicht/durbanville/brackenfell area. If you want to go to CAPE GATE life style center kfc by burger King and steers, do yourself a favour and drive to Pinehurst instead.

Drive through was fast and on the ball. I did however drive off with one burger short and only realised once I got home, I rang them - they apologised and they made note of the error and provided it on my next visit. Great customer service.

Very friendly staff, excellent service and the shop was clean and well run. They informed me, immediately, that the food will take a bit longer (7 minutes) but was ready in 5 min. Will definitely be back and not waste my time and energy on KFC Wellington road, Durbanville.

A long wait. They didnt have the correct sized boxes for the food. Eveything squashed into box too small for the food. Unacceptable!

The staff very unsure looks like they dont know what they are doing. Wont be going back soon. Later maybe if trained better. Will make a turn in two weeks and see if there are changes.

Always get good service from this KFC. Chicken also tastes crisper and fresher than some of the other KFCs around. Waiting times are short, however this does vary a bit on when you get there and the time of the month. My preferred branch to visit.
