I waited approximately 15-20minutes for the wings to be done for my Kentucky for two meals. That was not a major issue BUT I got 4 drinks with my 2 meals. I asked for 4 Coke Zeros. I got what was supposed to be 2 Coke Zeros and 2 normal cokes. In essence it was ONE Coke Zero that my daughter said tasted like water and 3 soda waters that looked like dirty water. The chicken pieces were dry and hard and only the wings were okay. This must have been the worst meal I have had from KFC!!!!

I ordered online and opted pickup via drive through but made a quick decision to use the walk in option. The experience was great and all I had to do is confirm my order at the cashier. Then the most amazing thing happened, I saw my name on the order status display screen. I wasnt just a 3 digit number, I had a name, I was identifiable. I could see the jealousy and wonder from my fellow KFcinions. I felt special, It felt like the Colonel himself prepped my order.So overall no complaints from me.

Quite efficient at times. I suppose we cant really judge the chicken since, well, they taste same everywhere. Only think I would say is to keep the chicken consistent but on your service, I will say well done. Been there quite alot and service was always good. Its nice seeing people that are smiling and friendly. Compared to a few others in the Mitchells plain area I will Def come here 1st

I always buy here. Since the day they opened their doors, on tha 4 December I have been going there. Supporting them. Today I was really disappointed by the service. I mean Ive seen staff come and go the staff there know me, but whoever that lady was today, I was so Im shock that I didnt even check her name I think she is a manager or something. Giving me all this wings inmy 6piece and then she has the audacity to tell me a chicken has wings. She really doesnt know how to make a customer come back again. KFC Colorado disappointed me today at 15h50. I dont think I will go back there

Bought chicken last night at just after 8pm 26DEC 2020.My mother said neverto gross at food but pardon me. Waited till 21:35 for my meals,all of which RAW deals not COOKED thoroughly , Staff not wearing masque (certain individuals check you Cameras.Long story short I waisted a R200buckketless.) Essentially worse ever KFC Experience.Ill be contacting store apparently its the only store that has no manager. The staff were impolite and attitude i have foreseen only in movies.

Nice place to go for your kfc but not on days of promotions or specials, cos then the wait it a bit over bearing. Other than that, on other days its the best service place to go to.

I called the store to let them know that their online ordering systemnisnt working. Phumeza called me back to say that she has alerted the tech team to the matter. I said I need to place the 12 piece online promotion with her at the online price because its their system thats not working and she put the phone down in my ear. Now when I call back noone picks up. Can someone in management please look into this?

It’s my birthday today and I expected to come home to a lovely meal from this place. I’m disappointed. Totally turned off by KFC. Chips were practically stale and the chicken, don’t even get me started. Even the burger was so dry, like day-old bread. Too embarrassed to even return the food. If I could rate KFC Colorado zero stars, I would.

There food is always fresh.... Keep it up. There staff is friendly. They actually come to you and ask if everything is okay and if you need anything else. Great customer service. The setting is a bit small as people flock in and overcrowding can cause havoc a bit but its understandable.....

I was so utterly disgusted last night! I told my husband to get us kfc on his way home, and I told him to order a mash and gravy for my baby. When he got home, the tub was filled with only gravy and no mash. Then we sat down and had our food, and my husband discovered a hair in his burger! We have already been to the drive thru to see staff not wearing masks or hair nets, and now this. I am not at all impressed with kfc Colorado and I really hope some action will be taken soon.

Yesterday my husband and I gave KFC colorado a try for the first time. And besides we thought we going to get a decent slider as its new on the market, guess I made the worst mistake. We used the drive thru, the moment it was our turn to collect our food.. ALL three orders were wrong. Luckily I checked before we left. Whilst eating I opened up my crunch burger expecting the usual crispy chicken, lettuce and tangy sauce. Instead of the crispy chicken they placed a huge slice of tomato. This is what you call customer service in Cape Town South Africa, they expect you to just take what you get even though you pay for it.
