You need to be prepared to wait for longer. Their orders exceed the 15 minutes sometimes and thats worrisome. Otherwise everything is fine. I was so happy with the final product after all as it matched the value.

Ordered online, my order was delayed as they didnt have the lemons. Got complementary ice cream and was super happy with it. Really great service today and it was really busy. Thank you to the staff!

The problem with Kentucky staff in general dont go there at night time they just dump the stuff in the oil and you will have the worse tastless stuff that staff could not wait to knock off

I ordered and paid waited 15minutes to find out they skipped my order. Another 15minutes later the give me half my order and I complained and they act like its the customers fault. Finally got my order in the end.Worst KFC I have ever seen. My order said I could arrive before 20h30,we arrived at 20h00 and were told it was closed - although I showed the lady my order via the window. Quite disappointed in the manner I was treated.

Been using this KFC for twenty years and its gone through many ups and downs. Since the new renovations Ive been impressed with level of service and quality of food.Will add I only go outside of peak hours and have started to order using their new online collection order system.

My experience here waas quite good for a fast food place. Lots of staff available to help customers. Got greeted with a smile. Informed me that my order might take 4 min and it was still fast. Every one friendly, place was clean, food was hot and fresh and tasted good. All and all, a well deserved rating.

The chicken was freshly cooked and crispy but the experience of being in the store is appalling.There are people begging outside the door, 3 beggars and when I was inside people were begging. It feels very unsafe.The town of somerset west is becoming a drug and beggar den that is ruining businesses.KFC should have security guards to deter these elements as it is having a negative impact on their clientele.

Bad service, multiple times I visited there were no ice cream or card machines not working. They only tell you once youve queued for a long time at the drive through. Even after taking your order, at payment they only tell you cash only. No boards to warn beforehand

Absolutely horrible! Sprinkle pop was so extremely dry and hard I almost broke a tooth. Half of my food wasnt in my bag when I left. The little food that was there was oily. Just really horrible and disappointing.

After buying kfc and eating I need to use the toilet to find that Toilet facilities are broken. Shame guys
