I am disappointed at this KFC...Firstly I ask for a twister meal with zinger fillets inside the twister which is R44,90,they say ok, I ask can they change my cooldrink to a powerade rather then I get told I can not change my cooldrink I must purchase the powerade separately and the powerade is R21,00, I left the cooldrink....I drive away to go and eat, I open my twister only to find some lettuce and sauce and a tiny piece of fillet which was cold and rock hard and the chips was all soggy....Ended up throwing it away whole appetite was gone!
Today i got brilliant service through the drive thru.Got served by a well spoken young African gentleman that knows what customer service is. Hope he gets recognition for hes service.The service was super quick today too.

Poor services... I specifically asked for my burgers with no garnish, or sauce. Its a good thing I checked it before leaving the store because then everything Ive asked not to be added was in the burgers. When I got home... no salt, tomatoe sauce or serviettes were packed in my take-away.
Card machine not working at the drive thru but no sign at the drive thru entrance. KFC card machine is like McDonalds ice cream machine, never working 😒

Ive only been there 3 times, the first 2 was amazing and really tasty burgers. The 3rd not so great, I feel this happens when 1 cook is great and the other not so much. Think i need to find out who was cooking when it was the best and only go when theyre around😅
Always a nightmare . The staff doesnt know about the specials . Every time they either dont give you what you paid for . I have never had the need to complain about much in my life before. I have never been happy with KFCs bad service

Absolutely pathetic service. Waited more than 20 minutes at the last window in the drive-thru just to receive a messed up order. No one came to the window to give us an update on our food until we started calling for someone. The chips were soggy and undercooked. Go to any other KFC but this poor excuse for a fast food restaurant.

What a mess! Sanitizing person was missing at the door and chatting obnoxiously loud with the delivery people. I could hardly hear the lady at the counter because of the noise. The food took forever and when it came, it tasted horrible. Chips where old and stale, chicken was more oil than chicken and the burger buns where dry. The counter wasnt very clean where one gets your order.

Easily accessible from N1 via okovango junction. Stone throw away from cape gate mall.Parking available however is limited.Stuff: some friendly at drive thru. Others unmannerd.Menu: always crowded at nocte especially drive thru. Preferably when you not rushing anywhere.Others : wrong takeaways mistakenly served can be easily returned or changed without a hussle.
I would have rated this place a 1 star BUT thanx to Thabo ( I hope I got the name right, I think he is a manager & if not he should be made one. )My order was not satisfactory & some of the staff members was very rude & nevermonded.I went to this gentleman. Who greeted me so friendly that I could almost see his smile thru his mask. He listened to me moaning and he just apologized & still with a smile told me he will be right back.He sorted me out with my complaint & actually treated my food with respect.Thabo thank you. I hope KFC looks after you the way you look after their name.Respect my man.

KFC send me an SMS: 9 Pieces of KFC for R62-45. KFC Cape Gate Convenience Centre point blank refuses to sell it to me! The Manager referred my to Michael in the store and Michael also refused. I phoned KFC Head Office, around 15:20, speaking to a gent (didnt get his name). He promised to phone me back... He never did.HOW CAN I BUY WHAT KFC ADVERTISES?
Had me wait for 30 mins, we asked whether we would still be able to order and when they eventually responded it was to say they only have 16 pieces of chicken left and we cant order anything else. By then all other restaurants were closing as well, and loadshedding was about to start. They should have just told us from the beginning, then we would have been able to make alternative plans.
Drive thru used to be super slow but now they have improves. Service is always excellent

Food came 30 minutes later customers who came after us were served and left long time ago. The box master took for ever I consoled myself bu telling myself that they were still making the box aswell. The lady at the door was supper rude to the Uber eats and Mr delivery drivers shouting at them infornt of customers😒.

I bought myself a streetwise 3 and the chicken i recieved was still raw ... worst experiance ever ... i would never recommend kfc untill this matter has been resolved ... and to make sure people see this i will post this review once a week ... sort this out kfc

Staff behind the counter is useless. I assumed they could do a simple job but had to drive back there and had to use my phone to show them that their online promotions have extra things in them. They werent even aware! Its shocking what passes for service these days.
I cant fault KFC on their actual meals, but the online ordering system is terrible. Definitely not a quicker option, because once you arrive to collect you might as well have ordered in store because you have to wait just as long as everyone else.
Not a pleasant experience. Ordered online to avoid standing in a queue but that did not go as plan. So ironic since the sign said avoid the standing in the queue, order online. There were six other customers before me, who both received their orders, while I am still waiting for mine to get processed and made. I placed my order at 20:30, afterwards checked in via the SMS, and got a second e-mail 20:40 to state my order is ready for collection. Clearly not. Not sure if it was the system that is to blame but I wont order online again since it would have been faster to just stand in the queue.

Would not make use of this KFC. Stood in line at the drive thru for 10min just to hear that the card machine is broken. No sign upfront, only at the point where there is no turning back. Forcing you to waste your time in the line.

Placed a very simple order with basic instructions. Zinger sauce on zinger burger and no lettuce on kids burgers. Made sure they they understood, but at home none of these were met. Possibly the worst KFC around. Getting orders wrong every single time.

Waited 1 hour for 2 all-star meals which did not take long to make at all other branches. The food (that we could all see) was sitting under the heater for 30 minutes. Not only that, but but when we asked the packer where our food might b , we we ALL had really bad attitude from her Agnes (saw 3 people trying to ask for the manager and she would be like do it then. I do it) manager took her away for maybe 4 minutes (of which no one was packing at this time at some point there wasnt a single person in the front of house and there was a line waiting to order food) where he would pack the complainers food and then bring her back. She would someones go away for about 5 minutes to come back with two serviettes and and touching all our food with no gloves. Not only is that had this, there were people that were waiting there even longer than us which is ridiculous. I thought maybe it was because of the drive through being considered first l for those people to get their food first but there was only two cars there.So all in all bad food, but the we couldnt really eat, rude workers and just good face management. They are not recommended dont waste your time.

Stood in the Line in Drive-Thru for 30min had to call the store to speak to Manger who informed me that they were closed already and they can’t assist me with food.The Manger said someone was at the Drive Thru entrance at closing time to advise customer but left thereafter shortly.All 6 cars behind me had to reverse through Drive Thru.
The drive thru entrance is not so obvious and its easy to take the wrong turn.The card machine was not working and instead of putting a notice for drive through customers one only got to find out just before ordering. I would not have minded had the queue not been very long!The staff were friendly

It is KFC, nothing more and nothing less. The cashier was very friendly and helpful but the security guard was bored out of his mind sitting in the corner, charging his phone while reading messages.If you like the Colonels recipe you cant go wrong.
Quality of the food was good. The wings are always crispy which is brilliant. The drive through takes a while even when you r the only person in the line. And beggers are a bother.
