Cleanest and most welcoming branch which i have been to. Their lemon and herb prego rolls are a MUST. A true customer experience. It is fantastic to see staff who take such pride in their work.well done.

Not a good experience...the cashier who took my order was unfriendly and miserable. When I asked her what sides were available with my order she shoved the menu at me and pointed to all the sides instead of telling me herself. We also ordered 2 milkshakes which we took home with us of which the one was made with too much ice which made it taste watery and for R37 I expected much more ice cream than ice. Very disappointing!!!

So far the best service, friendlinest staff, great food, the right portion, feel the other branches give less. Other branches can learn from this branch. Well fone guys 👍👍👍

My go to Nandos. Had to request that the card machine be sanitized before putting in pin as tabbing wasnt available. For a change no burnt cabbage in hotpot.

Nandos nandos nandos you did it again quick fast service. In and out the drive thru in less than 3 minutes. Kudus to the Nandos F1 pit crew that work in the drive thru. The other fast food place should take note hint hint.

Waiting time was almost none existant but cleaning service was a bit slow and we kept having to ask for plates and cutlery multiple times

Not the first time I have been here. I go back because the food is good and the other Nandos in the area does not have a drive through. The only issue here is that 9 out of 10 times I have been there I am asked to park and wait in front they will bring me my order. I dont have to get out of me car, but this is just not the way drive through should work?

Quick Drive through service. I placed my order and got takeaway food within 10minutes. For A Nandos I am very impressed as I am well aware how their food are prepared. Thank you also to the Door keeper Staff Member who guided me out of the parking lot. I am driving quite a big vehicle for the parking area.

Everytime we go to this Nandos, they either forget my food or something is wrong with the food. My friend and I love Nandos, so I would like them to better their service

The food is good, but the mistakes are being made by staff when ordering. We asked for a Carnival Burger with no tomato and extra pineapple instead the basic Burger was prepared. It was eventually rectified, but then they didnt take off the tomato - that was in any case halfway frozen! Upon getting the correct order we were informed we owe R10 for the mistaken Burger they rang up. We counted out some small change in the car to the make up the difference and then were rudely told we still owe 20 cents. I offered the 20 cents, but the lady refused and walked off. I wonder if you had a 20 cents short at cashup last night. There is no need for rudeness when mistakes are made, especially after repeating my order two times.

Just a bit of information for everyone. Nandos full portion livers comes with ONLY 10 LIVERS.so just incase youre wondering why your large box is half empty this is the reason the manager provided me with.

Was good. But asking customers to do a one on one review in the restaurant is not good business practice. You pressurising for a good review and not an honest one. Chips were slightly underdone.

We just went to Nandos, was unable to place an order because we had a fishing rod in the car so my husband proceeded to get out and go order at the speaker box but we received no answer, we then proceeded to the next window to ask if we could manually place our door and tried to explain the fishing rod to the female at the window but she wouldnt even open the window to hear what we had to say further to that while asking her nicely to place the order she blatanly ignored us after making several attempts to explain why we couldnt place our order at the window. The least she could have done was take 5 minutes out of her time to hear what we were saying instead of just flat out ignoring us. You definitely lost customers today. Disappointed that she didnt show basic customer service or did not attempt to accommodate us in anyway whatsoever.

Thank you for a very enjoyable sit down experience. Received our order within 2 min. Everything was on point, however, the only area that I feel could improve is the access control.... On entering there was no dedicated person to do thermal scan and register hence person from behind the counter had to assist. However, very tasty and enjoyable experience

4.1 rating from about 1400+ reviews so I gather I just got a bad day. You know that sloth that stamps in slow motion in that Disney movie? I think he/she works here 🤣. OK, on a serious note, when one orders and even though there is nobody else in the queue, you dont know whether they are preparing for Mr D or not. So it would be nice if an expected ETA of the meal could be advised. Mr D has been great for business but please dont forget the little guy who walks in.

Ordered the chicken liver starter for take away, and as soon as I got home saw that there was hardly any sauce. I have been trying to call them but the phone just keeps ringing. I always buy there and I was disappointed to see how sad the meal looked.

The person never listen to our order at all and got it wrong including the amounts asked for. We then to pay for extra stuff we never ordered as well as park and go into the restaurant to buy what was short.

I ordered food via internet when I arrived at Nandos 17:35 I paid and took a seat waiting for the food. I noticed a packet ready for someone other people where helped. At 17:55 I went to the person that assist me and asked how the internet orders work then she realised that its my order standing. She gave me the order I asked the manager at the time if I must eat the cold food. I had to wait for the food to be placed on the grill. The manager gave me the food without checking if everything was in the bag. Likely I checked and no rolls, she eventually gave it. This was the worse ever serve I received from Nandos N1 city.

Horrible Horrible food!...Ive had Nandos many times before but after todays order and experience I dont think Ill have it again. Ordered nandos delivery from Mr D. Order arrived ahead of time...just after 19:00. Food was cold. ...Flame grilled se voet..The full chicken wasnt even flamed grilled. Oven chicken hacked up into 8 unidentifiable pieces (except for the 2 legs that could of be identified...the other pieces was like it wasnt from the same chicken)..chucked in a bag with lemon and herb sauce. Sauce was very lemony...probably because it was not used to baste the chicken that was not flame grilled. Called the store...Manager was unapologetic and sarcastic. No customer service skills..tried to blame everything on the driver and that I should take my complaint up with Mr D. Money wasted😡

Today, 28 October 2020, I go through the drive through place my order to come home and have no chips placed in my bag and I have 1 piece of chicken, not a quarter like I ordered.
