I placed an order on Mr Delivery for a wrapsa box,i opened it up and no chips firstly, i paid extra for some extra zinger sauce, boom nothing,i asked if i could have a breast they sent me this disgusting thighi was so hungry i didnt want to make a big ting about it but wow what an unpleasant waste of money not even some saucethe coleslaw is so tastlessvery dissapointed

Its a KFC and they ran out of the spicy salt, thats the reason we eat it for that salt. But this things happens.

Was in a hurry to get to work so I popped in gave my order which I received in about 5mins after entering.Chicken was hot and trademark kfc but the pap was not to well prepped as it was not as I expected pap to be ...That was really bad inwont order pap again I wil stick to chips instead but I will go back to kfc obz again staff was helpful and friendly especially the guy who welcomed me inside.keep up the great service guys

Got drive thru last night, got home, no chips in the all star box. This is really annoying. I did not go back as I was already at home. Second time issues with missing food, previously got 2 x zinger burger meals at drive thru, got home, no chicken in the burgers. That time I did go back obviously. Least I expect is to get the right food in the order. Staff were friendly, was a long queue but moved fairly quick.

The dunked wings are the worst ive ever had, also they need to dunk them more, dont be stingy with the sauce

They have a good and up to standard customer service. They are respectful employees welcoming and greets you with a smile. Shop is clean and tables for one to wat on is clean. My only issue thou are the mens bathroom it needs some TLC inside.

Rating them a 3 because it depends on the time of day you go to any KFC the breakfast items are off the hook and fresh but after lunch their standard tends to drop bought myself a brekky wrap,4 freshly dropped Zinger Wings and boy oh boy.... Yummay!!!! 🥵

May be the most depressing KFC on this beautiful yet cruel worldDrive through was closed at 19:30, so I got out the car, waded through the ocean of loiterers outside in the parking lot, only to be greeted with the fact that pieces could not be specified due to a shortage of fried chicken.What does Kentucky Fried Chicken offer, if not fried chicken?Why was the drive through closed, if there were enough staff for 2 staff members to be operating 1 till at the counter?How, I ask through tears as a lifelong KFC enthusiast, does KFC fail to operate a drive through whilst their direct competitors McDonalds across the road took me in and gave me food in under 2 minutes through their drive through after having been turned away by this restaurant?These are truly the questions we face in these trying times. I pray that this establishment may find its feet again, but sadly, I feel like a spiritual home has been taken from me, and I may need to seek the Fried Chicken I so desire elsewhere until such a day may be upon us.

Always receive great service from this KFC. Its always a pleasure to come have breakfast, lunch or supper. Keep up the good work guys👌🏽

Of advice if you want literally anything else apart from this Id suggest go literally anywhere else as they intentionally get your order wrong and there is just no customer service at all they have that have that attitude of just take what we give you even if I repeat my order over and over.Well done KFC you made me loose all faith in you and will never buy here again

One of the better quality outlets if you looking for fast foods. They are reasonably good compared yo most other branches I have purchased from.

Slow, annoying and have gotten my order wrong before. Staff dont seem to be up for the job at times. The only plus side is they sell the best zinger wings. And no, theres not much consistency with wings across various branches.

KFC is great, just try to avoid waiting in car line for take-away if the line is blocking the exit of the parking. If you order on a counter, you will be out in minutes instead of waiting in the car.

Disappointed by the quality of the food, the amount of oil in chicken and chips was too damn high. My pinkie finger is way bigger that the wing and winglet combined. No the friendliest stuff and attention to detail is something foreign - I requested Coke zero and was given Coke.Disappointed, my advice to you rather go to McDonalds which is opposite the KFC else across the road is Spur

Not one for raining on others parade, but the lady taking our order in the drive thru was really not helpful. She played with her mask while we gave our order and then asked us to repeat it so she cam punch it in. She never asked us what colddrink we would like or what flavor our food must be. She just said thank you and shut her window!The other staff rectified her sloppy behavior and for that I will give 3 stars, they were amazing!

Drive through took very long and thn they ddnt evens give my cooldrink tht I paid for.i was too far out already to turn back for a cooldrink only.

2nd time using the Drive Thru in a space of 2 weeks and the card machine was not working so I had to go queue inside again. The least that could have been done was to sent my order to the front of the queue.

I usually don’t review places but this is the worst kfc in the entire world. On multiple occasions I have received the wrong order, once I got sweet chili sauce on my crunch burger instead of the crunch sauce but today I received BLACK piece of chicken, why it was that colour I have no idea.I want my money back you dogs

I had to wait for over an hour for my order, it was matter of trying to figure out whether the online orders took priority or not. There was a time when everyone who was physically there even via drive through was neglected

Bad service yesterday I went through the drive through and was told I can not get a centre breast as its not part of the streetwise remix promotion I would have totaled a leg although it says 1 piece of original chicken on your promo board I drove down to mowbray kfc where I got my order as I wanted it staff in obs needs to be trained on how to deal with customers

Im so use to kfc staff messing up my order but on this day I was in rush and ordered two large fries only. Only fries becaused Im vegan. Instead when I got home I got one large fries and this cute little box with a piece of chicken Im it and my other chips swimming around it like some sick joke ...look you wanted chips now I made a chicken touch it and stand in your way to get it. Guys I felt so threatened.

The service was quick, I only waited 2 minutes in line but all regulations were observed in the restuarant and the food was good.

This morning as Im buying a streetwise 3..I told the lady that works in front of the horrible experience I had 2weeks ago the Twisters meat tasted like rubber so I had to throw it in the bin at work but then I told my cousin today maybe this time their streetwise would be better cause the meat would be fresh but No luck... Observatory (KFC) WILL NEVER SEE MY FACE AGAIN..and I wont tell anyone to buy there unless they want to buy chicken of the previous night...Goodbye for good..
