Drive through was very fast... Food so fresh and delicious, friendly staff

We bought chicken earlier this evening and the streetwise 3 had no chips in it. My zingerwings are under cook and my husbands chicken was also undercook.

Focus is more on drive throughs and thers less focus on instore/takeaway customers. Food can come out and stay on the rack with no one to call it out.

Always give dry pieces more than they should...never give salt and tomato sauce....what is the point of having a drive through and not working...they force you to go inside .....I think they are poor

Bad service oily food no card machines

Hi me and my fiancé bought 2 streetwise 2s and the experience was not very pleasant .iask for coleslaw put there wasnt any available. I did not receive any tomato sauce the cashier went to look and came back and said that thete werent any .my fiance ate one of her pieces of chichen but when see turn it around we found that it was burn on the other side .i called the manager by the name of Megan and complain by her she really handle the situation well and replace my fiancés chicken but i must be honest i was really disappointed and wouldnt go back to that branch but again wasnt it how Megan handle the situation then Halt road Kentucky will never see me again

Yesterday my boyfriend i went to kfc in halt road . We order 2 snack boxes and when we received our meals it was just unappetising . The food looked like it was thrown in the box and the chicken was just oily af . It was really disappointing .

Waited in drive through for 20 minutes got the order wrong two cars in front of me never ever again

Bad service just bought food there and the cashier took my money was having an inappropriate conversation with a guy and she took 5 just to give my change and slip..i got by the pick up counter and there they tell me they dont have the flavour cooldrink I want...I ask what do they have and they lady just said ha? Ha?ha? Dont have any people skills these people...will never go there again

If there was an option of no stars then I would have chosen that the service at this KFC is terrible I cant even remember the numerous times that there were no ice cream available I was there on Wednesday and the order was wrong and you have to wait long just to get your food the staff is very unprofessional I would not recommend anybody to use their services 😡😒

I love going to KFC haltroad, their chicken is always fresh,tasty and juicy...but...my experience I had lastnight was very unappealing as my order was given to someone else, they told me 15min for chicken to be done I waited 45min and If I did not go back to the drive through window I would have still been waiting there, the staff was so arrogant that when I got there the lady rolled her eyes at me brought me a completely different order, then made it as if it was my fault that the order was wrong, not returning back soon.

They should put up a notice if the drive-thru is inoperable.

Placed order online... Got information that stored got my order.. Checked in that Im on my way but when I got there my order was not ready although the store was empty

This is the worst KFC I have ever been too, I was there yesterday afternoon to order lunch through the drive-thru but we were unable to, there was no one at the windows I had to hoot a few times before the manager came and told us we MUST come in because she does not want to take drive thru orders while the store is empty. We ended up not being served and opted for McDonalds instead.

Paid for Streetwise 3 x2 only to find out I was given only 2 piece on both boxes. Had to drive all the way back to KFC.

When ever one goes for an ice cream the machine is forever broken. Especially on the days when it is scorching hot. The days when its ice cold outside everything works fine.They really need to keep their hands on the ice cream machine. Service it regularly
