We were standing second in line to order at the counter and one of the employees literally forced us to go and place our order via self ordering kiosk. When we tried to place our order, the kiosk didnt have the item we wanted. We were then told that we have to order at the counter, placing us right at the back of the line. We ordered 2 buckets for one with drumsticks and 2 Wrapsta box meals, also requesting drumsticks. The buckets for one came with the drumsticks as requested, but the Wrapsta box meals did not come with our requested drumsticks. The chicken on the wrapsta was not very flavourful and the wrapsta itself was dry as there was not enough sauce. After we finished our meal I took my kids to use the restroom and it was filthy, stank and there was no toilet paper at all. VERY disappointing service and will NOT be returning to KFC Green Point and will be advising others not to do so as well.

I remember the grl who was sanitising me she was very polite and assisted me she asked if I had placed an online order and if I am picking up and I said no and she showed me where to stand and I was then served by the cashier who was so cheerful and very friendly and she assisted me and helped me place my order Nomfundo was her name.The person Xolo who gave out orders was so polite and she repeates my order and asked me. If i needed anything else and she was very helpful full of smiles and i was impressed and it made my day.I would like to thank the team and the management who were so polite and friendly and the food was out of this work tasty and was not disappointed at all. And service was great fast and quick they were busy but they were doing there best and i was not complaining.Well done guys keep up the great service

Poor customer service with lazy,slowly and arrogant staffhad to wait the whole 20min to get my order because they couldnt see it had to but i paid for it online had to go back to the office to fetch my phone login to my banking app to show i paid and finally got after 20 min they couldnt even apologiseonly to be given a crispy crunch salty piece

I bought 2 Tuesday specials. I distinctly asked the assistant not for many thighs as it is usually very fatty. I get home and see one box filled with thighs. I phoned the store to complain, a guy answered and said the manager would call me back in ten minutes. Up until today I am still waiting for that phonecall. Bad service, staff needs training and needs to brush up on their listening skills. Very disappointing...

This outlet has gotten my order wrong on UberEats now on four sequential occasions over the last 2 months. On the latter two occasions, I included special instructions in all caps asking them to please pay special attention to the drinks order. Still got it wrong. I have tried to phone them but their listed number is incorrect. I have tried to email them but I received an automated response. I get a refund but I am hypersensative to caffine so when they send the wrong drink I have to just throw it away.

I take it PLANNING wasnt well thought out for New Years day trade having to wait over 20 minutes for chicken to be prepared at 18h18.... Im ok with the wait because it has been years since I tasted freshly prepped chicken.

A KFC is a KFC is a KFC. Nothing more - nothing less. however consistently great tasting chicken. The entrance area outside can be cleaned - not conducive to a place that sells food.

This is the worst ever Kentucky we went to buy food wow what a horrible experience we waited 1hour and 20 min for our food. The order they gave it to the uber eats drivers while we in the store must wait this is so disturbing and unexpectable. I mean really since when does chicken take that long to cook.

I probably have KFC once a year as its cholesterol at its purest formThis branch being quite close, whenever I want to indulge, I phoned them to place the order. The young lady advised that it should be ready in 15 minutes.Upon arrival she couldnt find my order and a colleague told her that she sold it to someone else.She asked to wait 7 minutes.I was not inconvenienced as we accept that as humans err.What was shocking that when I got home to open the barrel, the chicken was black.We started eating. This chicken must have been fried in very old oil, that I think I drank a container of Enos.Avoid it

Service is always efficient here, and the food is fresh and hot, the portions are quite decent and the staff is friendly and helpful. They give you enough Serviettes and Sauces, so you dont have to get up and ask for me. Highly recommended.

The manager argued with us about how we cant request specific pieces of chicken. The chicken we did get was probably soaked too long in buttermilk or something that the texture was gelatinous. All in all, never going back again.

Ahead of me there was a guy who ordered just SW 1 waited for more than 30 minutes and the staff is just playing games, Card Machi honed always offline so when you go there be prepared to be delayed..... Serving an upmarket area, this KFC is rather busy due to the many offices in the area. Large seating facility and being close to the Soccer stadium and tourist accommodation area means this store is often packed.Selling the normal KFC fare but open 24 hours makes this a very attractive feature.

Very poor. Placed an order for 10 dunked wings and 1 x piece chicken ( drumstick masala) at 13:24 / 25.11.2019 and was told it would take 10 minutes.At 13:37 I was called to the counter and was told it would take another 6 minutes.I finally received my meal at 13:46 and was advised that there is no Masala for my drumstick.Im not a person that nags about food but that was not acceptable.

When we asked for the key, both cashiers looked at us but ignored my husband and didnt bother to answer. So i also asked and the one said with ATTITUDE We dont give the key, we open ourselves. Arguebly the worst service I have ever experienced at any KFC in Cape Town.The fact that they are open 24/7 seemingly according to staff, is sufficient reason to disregard good customer service.Yet that said, some staff members are friendly. Literally only a handful however.Quality of the food is also, depending on what time you frequent this KFC, very much sub standard.

Wow what an experience.. unfortunately they are not what we expected and they decided we are not what they want to serve, not sure if it was because we were the only western people in the place but they even said we will not serve you..I have never experienced this In antother country before , and Ive been places , more than once ..and this has really dissappointed me.. did not think this is what its like in my own home country .. this just shows what its really about.. what a sad sad place , u cant be yourself anymore, I have friends from many colours and races and I would never do that to anyone .. would you do that to someones mother , farher, grandmother , grandfather, the fact that some ppl think this is fine is the sad point .
