2nd time in a row that I ordered sprinkle pops and niggets that were delivered without the sprinkles and sauce that is supposed to come with it. Complained yesterday and received voucher from Mr D, but it is not their fault. Why must they look bad becuase of Kentucky Spin streets bad service.

My family and I had great time, the food was nice, good customer service.but there is not toilet for customers that was my regret

Average... Patron was friendly. Chips was old, burger bun was hard but chicken pieces was crispy although a little bit tough. Was okay. But generally Ive noticed all KFCs standards dropping. The one yesterday in Edgemead was not bad. This one in the CBD just needs to improve here and there. The wings was perfect.

Its faster to slaughter your own chicken and defeather it and cook it yourself than to come here for fast food I wont even bother with everything else wrong with this place.

Worse place to buy KFC. Firstly they never have stock. Secondly there food comes cold an thirdly they always get the order wrong. Last I was there the card machines wasnt working an then I had to miss my lunch because they took to long to warm my food. Not happy at all.

There was no queue it was empty but waited atleast 10 minutes for my ice cream the staff took their own time To assist and didnt show any excitement towards their job. Being in the cbd I expected better service

Its very small coz of the cramped up space in Cape Town but the food wuality is outstanding,KFC is marketed amongst major other food brands ,hence the food quality aspect .very nice cozy place .

Its a kfc so dont expect anything else. But every time I go there, its fast and the food is hot and fresh.

It was packed. After waiting so long in the queue I even got the wrong order! I was so hungry I continued to eat anyway coz I just couldnt wait a second longer!

I ordered dunked wings i must say its the worst wings i have ever had! They were old wings dunked in a sauce. I am very disappointed I! dont recommend this particular KFC (KFC spin street).

Its pretty small and the dunked wings arent consistent, sometimes theres isnt enough soy sauce, sometimes theres too much, sometimes the wings are too spicy for you to taste the soy sauce.
