They dont even deserve 1 star... Bad service. I was told NOT ASKED... TOLD to put on my mask but they didnt even sanitize the keypad when I had to make payment. Manager also useless!!! Wouldnt recommend this KFC at all.

I was asked to put on my mask in the drive through or else they wont serve me so I left...bye bye KFC Brackenfell, you will never be seeing me again

After they messed up my order that was ordered through Mr Delivery and me having to drive to get it sorted, the one lady, i take it the manager was rude and just so unhelpful and short with me. Disgusting behavior. Blaming the Mr Delivery driver for not fixing it, but they made the mistake in the first place. If i could u would give it -10 stars. No customer service.

First of all their chicken is very dry. I have ordered the bucket for 1 from a lot of different franchises but never have i ever been deliberately served only the drumstick. I ordered 3 buckets for 1 and all of them had tiny drumsticks.

This is now the second time i got food poisoning from chicken wings at this kfc.My friemd ans i both got sick from this kfc yesterday and its not the first time for him either.It is the worst thing id rather get kfc from a further kfc than ever go through this again.

The place is amazing, poeple working there are kind and caring. Its so amazing, you would wish like you can go there everyday.

The lady that attended me was not so weloming at all that specific day not so sure she is always like that

Me and the fam have this bad (good) habit lol for going there atleast 2 times a week, even if its just for a ice cream, theres glitches all over and at any place, and it doesnt bother me a bit, I just take the good and leave the bad, and move on, so to all kfc staff at Bfell keep up the good work and continue to do what u do best, thumbs up 👍

Nice, clean and quiet place

Friendly, helpful service, good food quality. The only downfall was the nugget box meal was quite misleading with regards to size, we bought it for my son and the picture looks like a big burger and more portions, but its very small, we had to give him some of our food as it wasnt enough for him. Otherwise, very tasty.

I was greeted at the door which a lady in a white coat with a big smile opend and welcomed me with hand sanitizer. To bad thats all whare the good start and stop in your tracks👣 The most rude staff i ever came across are behind the counter. I will rather go to all the other shops wich is practically next to them than going back in thare. I do wave to the friendly lady at the door though😅

Got my order mixed up ..bought 2 zinger box meals but the cashier only rang up 1 where I paid for 2 ..then the manager said that it was my fault that they got my order mixed up .. basically calling me liar and that I only paid for 1 instead of 2 .told her she must go look on her camera seeing Im also in retail and knw customer service ...got my meals Wich was cold n undercooked where came to my Zinger nuggets . She didnt even apologize for the service I was getting seeing at was their fault

Worst crunch burger ever! There was no sauce on it, the bun was old and the patty consisted of half old dry chicken and the other half of only crumbs.

The WORST cappuccino I have ever had in my life at the KFC in Brackenfell. The cappuccino literally tasted like nothing - like lava-hot water... Im INCREDIBLY disappointed, money in the drain. Will never buy it from them again. I always bought cappuccinos from the KFC in Stellenbosch which was always delicious.

Ive tried a few KFCs in the northern suburbs of Cape Town. If you like the Streetwise 2 with pap, this is the place to get it. Their pap is nice and stiff and has enough salt. Other KFCs pap is watery and bland. I drive all the way from Durbanville to get mine here.

This place will never see me again, after confirming me order twice in the Drive Thru, I paid and collected my order, got home not looking in the bag, they got my order completely wrong, wasnt willing to drive all the way back and make a scene so just left it and ate it... But I will never go there again as from now one Im no longer a regular....
