Visited Cape Town for three days and managed to visit Nandos three times as well!! Love it! Nandos in South Africa is the best!!

I loved the customer service. The lady sanitizing your hands and checking temperature as you wait in line. She even offered me a menu and assisted me when my food was ready. I particularly liked the cashier upselling me in my order. It showed me she was a good salesperson. Only thing...the chicken was too pink for me. So when I got home I put the grilled chicken in the oven and cooked it to my liking.

Super long queue and they were crazy busy, I ordered 2 full chicken meals and asked how long it would be. They said 12min and I was doubtful based on numbers of people and orders. Buuuut. Ready exactly 12min later, impressed.

Its a busy food court area but service was good. My experience taught me that you need to double check your order before you leave the restaurant, because the way the were so busy, they missed one of the items in my order, fortunately I turned back before I left the food court. The food was great though I enjoyed my meal.

Good service and food in an excellent location can be busy though worth it. Sit down or take away whichever you prefer

Please ensure the staff know and fully understand the concept of customer service or even just some people skills. I am utterly disgusted by the poor service received and lack of basic respect. This is pathetic. This will be the absolute last time I purchase anything from Nandos V&A.

Missing order, the chicken had no sauce(which we requested), it looked like they washed it. Only thing we enjoyed was the rice and corn

Ordered a meal for four people we decided to sit down to eat they brought our food. Then informed us that the one meal rice is still being prepared. When I said its spicy rice I was told no its plain rice I said but I asked for spicy rice then they charged me for another rice. So we waited and then the quarter chicken got cold then we had to get them to warm the chicken when the rice came. Finally Siya helped me out with organising everything and from there things ran smoothly so thank you Siya you were brilliant!!

Everything was cleaned and sanitized in front of you. Service was good. Food was prepared quickly and tasted great.

Loved this place!!! We stayed at the Table Bay but when the nandos craving hit, we went to the one around the corner at vna waterfront. Friendly staff and the cook came to our table asking if the food was well done and prepared to our liking!!! Hot fresh food and it was delicious. Thank you Cape town for showing us how its supposed to be done.

Great space, and a little quieter to sit there than in the other eatery spaces in the waterfront, which makes it possible to have a conversation (we sat inside in the corner). The food was tasty and fast.

Since my last visit last year .it was horrible. The manager then was worst.than the the staff where service is concerned but they up their game or there s a new manager. So I will go there again.staff was efficient.

Highly and very dissapointed by the service that Ive experienced on Sunday 27/06/21 the chicken was under cooked and the rolls were very hard Im taking this further to head office and to hello Peter..to be specific the lady by the name of Gail was extremely rude and very unwelcoming this sucks Nandos is a big name and prices of the food arent cheap as Well.

Very good nandos, I eat here about 5 times a week, Dilon is a great and helpful worker and is a great asset to the company.

I am a lover of Nandos. However, this branch has disappointed me. My food was Luke warm and not as tasty as I would have hoped. I do hope the quality is improved as well as serving food hot.

They never put salad dressing in my order and I stayed far, how could I have to drive back for salad dressing

I ordered 2 mild hot pots and one was mild and the other was so hot as in Xtra hot I couldnt eat more than 3 bites, they clearly both had the mild stickers on. I brought it back to nandos and the lady at the till looked at me like Im the most annoying customer shes ever met even though nandos messed up, not me.I hate complaining about an incorrect order but the attitude of the 2 ladies behind the counter made the experience 10 times worse.

Everywhere you eat nowadays the portions is small but the prices are still the same..the quarter chicken i ordered was like asking for a frog leg ..very disappointing...

The service was good and they were fast however there was this lady I think shes a manager she was dressed differently one of the waiters sat us down....boom the lady cones and tells us to look for another table because that one was suitable for that other particular family...we had to move with our food around with the poor waiter shame ...I feel the situation could have been handled way better

This is by far the best nandos. Great service and excellent food. The chips were fresh and so was the salad.

Not a very happy experience. In a time of COVID 19 we waited for about 10 minutes for table to cleaned and then we still had to ask for it to be cleaned. The food was nice but the order was not fulfilled by the cashier.

Great service. The rice with sweet corn and pepper is delicious. A good place to eat if you prefer a quick meal. Ample seating space with an uncovered seating area as well. All flavour sauces are available at no extra charge. You can have as much as you like..

Very slow service tonight. Tables were in a poor hygienic condition, and also really untidy. Waited almost 40 minutes for my food, only for the chicken to arrive visibly raw. The guy next to me had the same problem at the same time, having asked for it to come back well done once already.The staff had no luster in them and everyone was just glum. A poor reflection of your brand and it’s location.

Ive been to most Nandos franchises in South Africa and have never had such bad experience because of my skin colour. My husband, my three year old daughter and I were treated so bad by a waitress at the V&A Waterfront Nandos. I guess apartheid is far from being over.

When u on the queu u wonder if they gonna have a table/space for u because wow the place looks very cramped but hey u do find space. I wish Waterfront can renovate the Food court with more space
