Service at Marine Drive is a lot better than other KFC franchises. KFC is KFC, either you love it or hate it. Personally I prefer their wrapster or burgers a lot more than the chicken pieces.

I placed a curbside order at 17h02. After waiting a while I confirmed with an employee that I was at the correct KFC. After 20 minutes of waiting I requested anothers employee to check on the order. He came back to tell me to go in store as they do not have curbside collection. I explained that I have my young child and baby in the car and used curbside as its convenient and I cannot leave them in the car. After 30 minutes my order finally arrived with a third employee who told me that I should come in store or use drive through next time. Again I stated the app has given me a curbside option which I preferred

Gravy was oily had no mini loaves and instead replaced it with a mini burger bun wow. So disappointing. Not to mention the queues

What was once a shining star in the KFC armour is now a rust bucket and one of the worst KFC food restaurants, its a mess behind the counter, the employees are clueless and the manager is running around like a chicken with his head cut off...I have had the pleasure of eating great KFC in Australia, America, the United Kingdom and other countries around the world, I am a fan and I was a fan of this wonderful beach front KFC, I once called it the best KFC on the planet...Today was the last straw, once again their ice cream machine was not working...My favourite KFC, is now a place that I dont recognise anymore...

APPALLING. Customer service doesnt exist here. How is this place still open? I will not recommend this KFC at all. This was my 3rd experience with this KFC and half a star experience everytime. Great location but thats all you get. Dont waste your time. Wont be coming here anymore.

Wasnt too busy and the staff was friendly and the service was good. The seating area was clean with a good view of the ocean. The down side is that they didnt have Ice cream or milkshakes so we had to go to the milkylane for some icecream.

The bathrooms used to be in good shape. It was disgusting. Toilets were dirty and could see it hasnt been cleaned at all in a while.The toilet couldnt flush. The hand dryers doesnt work and neither does the taps. Even that is lose and broken.Pathetic. Sadly wont go again. Decided to buy my family lunch elsewhere.

One toilet for both male and female customers and on occasion the toilets were locked and the staff said the owner dont want people to waste water this statement dont even sound legal as there patrons sit down to eat

The first 2 windows in the drive through was not manned. Everything was done at the last window and then I had to park and wait for my food.... More like a roadhouse than a drive through.... 😂

Most terrible experience at any KFC, EVER!!!! Went through the drive through which was open, only to get to the front and a lady comes to tell me theres no staff and shell find someone to help me. It was 9am and asked about the breakfast menu as it was not up on the boards. The lady tells me that I have to come inside for breakfast menu. Then why have the drive through open during breakfast service????? Went inside, people waiting, getting very irritated. The cashier had no idea about the menu and just had no idea in general. Had to repeat my order 3 times as she kept on getting it wrong. Finally got my order in and went through the drive through to collect it as I had lots of valuables in the car due to moving and now there was a staff member. Gave the lady at the window my slip and she looked at me with disgust. She told me to move my car backwards and she will collect my order, which was about 2 meters away from her. She passes me coffees, which I did not order. She was then getting annoyed. Speaking in another language which I didnt understand, but clearly speaking about us and our order. She gave us our order. I asked for a click of white sauce in a side container. Well. That was the wrong thing to do cause that SERIOUSLY upset her even more. Have no idea why. She then asked if Im going to be paying the R3 with my card. No, I said, itll be cash. I asked her if she was angry and she just looked at me. Finally I was out of there. Went to the beach and opened our food. The dunked wings were tiny and had no sauce in the container. The drumstick had extra coating of batter and it didnt look like a drumstick with extra pieces jotting out. On top of all that, the chips were cold. I will never ever again go to this KFC

Today was the last time i will ever get food from this place again. Waited in a queue for nearly 25 min. The ice cream flake tasted old and funny.

.....This KFC’s location is magical right opposite the Blouberg beach. Now with Level 3 Covid-19 lockdown you can come at almost anytime of the day because the Drive-Thru is open so you purchase your takeaway and drive out onto the beach parking and have the pleasure of both worlds. Good food and awesome Atlantic Ocean sea view. We love coming here as the service is always outstanding with super helpful staff....

The worst KFC Ive been to so far. Staff disinterested in the customer. I ordered online only to wait 30 minutes for our order and then we had to go in to fetch ourselves because it was just standing inside, even though it was a drive thru order and I paid . We got half a box of chips, burgers were dry. Not a place Id ever go back to!

Have to repeat an order 5 times and they still get it wrong. It also wont hurt to smile, staff seems so depressed to work there like they doing you a favour being there. Wont be back

Theres always something I dont get from this kfc (its usually the salt). Also one of the few kfc where theres some kind of discrepancy way too often.

Its the first time i didnt enjoy the chicken, somehow it doesnt taste like it normally no spicyness. No secret herb and spices added. Not sure if they are using other spices. A whole bucket of 24 wings, fully loaded box meal, and double crunch burger meals to was not eaten. Very disappointed. Only thing eaten was the chips.

The place is getting delapidated. The tills are broken, the staff seem demoralised and as such, the service levels have dropped quite noticeably.

Terrible people skills from the staff. Not the cleanest of places. Upstairs is an eating area that overlooks the beach. It would help if they actually cleaned the windows for one to enjoy the view.

KFC, Thank you for maintaining a comfortable standard of good food, prompt service and that is delivered by friendly and competent staff. Being located in a transit location, its drive thru provides much convinience for in and out service while providing sit in quality.

This franchise has always had some issue whenever I visit. Standing joke with my son. This time the hand sanitiser bottle was empty. They had no cooked chicken available. 15 minute wait. Mr D courier leaning on counter opposite food packing station with mask on/off. Irrate customer canceling order. Think I will give it a permanent miss from now on.

I am not happy about ur food. I bought kfc this morning and the burger roll was hard the wings were not fresh and even the kfc I couldnt eat it. How can u serve people food that you yourselves cant even eat. I am very disappointed and upset

Today is food was at its worse. The zinger & colonel burgers (the fillet) was dry and cold. The chicken pieces dark not golden. This not the first time and I warned them before but this the last time because it end up we give the food away.

Service was prompt, food was tasty and warm.

Only one person working in the drive through at the window taking orders then prepping orders and taking payments. It was a long wait only for ice cream being two cars in line. I would prefer that the person taking cash payments not to touch foodstuffs as well.

Went through the drive through, lady didnt ask if I wanted to contribute to the ad hope, she just added it. Them she said I had to go and park, the food will be ready in 3 minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes I went inside and the food was still not ready, had to wait some more and then I was told the buddy cokes was alreadt given to me when it wasnt. I ordered 2 extra sauces but only received 1. When I queried it, I was told I am only getting 1. Terrible service😡😡😡

Smaller establishment with limited parking space but with Friendly service. Convenient drive thru if ur in a hurry. But its usually busy- especially month end. Its practically on the beachfront which makes for a convenient location if u get the munchies while enjoying the sun & sand. Unfortunately our last visit they had no Mac flurries available.

Ordered an Oreo Krusher and got a facsimile of what an Oreo Krusher should taste like. This thing is filled with more ice then an Eskimo’s home.

Food was done fairly soon after I placed the order and it was very nice as well.

The standards have dropped drastically. There isnt a semblance of customer service. Customers are treated like staff are doing them a favour. Food is fine though. I think the final straw for me was when I couldnt wash my hands as the cleaner was blocking my path and while busy on her phone. Soap dispensers are empty when we are trying to fight a global pandemic that demands cleanliness. Im sure there is plenty of stock but who is going to fill the dispensers if the person in charge is glued to her phone???

Place is getting run into the ground.... Too many things to complain about....

Very bad customer service. I bought my meal but cooldrink was warm and no ice. I asked lady to give me other cooldrink because i cant drink this warm. She replied oh sorry she forgot to tell me machine not working then i said please call the manager to assist and sort this out. Manger never came out to assist me. Anyway i just ate my chicken and left warm drink on refuse bin without drink as you can see in pic. It was very unpleasant which i can not describe. I just wanted to sit and enjoy beachfront view and enjoy my meal which kfc employees ruined. Kfc please focus on you employees attitude and customer care they are utterly rubbish. Im not set in my foot again in this specific branch atleast.

Not bad. But due to the location parking is a nightmare and the drive thru is very narrow, especially if in a SUV or Bakkie. Law enforcement needs to get rid of the vagrants that stand outside the shop and harass patrons as well as the ones who sleep in the bus shelter across the way. These members of society make visiting establishments like this unpleasant with their begging and drug induced taunts and remarks.

Very nice fresh chicken soft and full of flavour. We went upstairs to enjoy our meal while watching the waves running to the shore, breaking like almost right in front of our feet. Great experience will pop in again soon, keep it up guys.

When we ordered our meal, the lady at the window repeated our order to us, which was correct. She then asked us to park in the waiting Bay and that our order would take 5 minutes. Eight minutes later she came out with our order. We were given a coke instead of a ginger beer, and when I called her to say the cooldrink was wrong, she shouted that we had to wait. She never came back, so my son went to the window to get the correct drink. Only to be told that they dont have ginger beer zero. And when he said they can give a coke zero, he was told they dont have that either. Then he said he wants a cream soda, but they had attitude. When she gave him the cream soda, she dropped the coke that was also in her hand and it splashed on my son as well who was standing at the window, staining his t-shirt and wetting his spectacles. She didnt even apologise, and when he brought it to her attention, she said she didnt notice. I was appalled at the attitude of the girls as well as their poor service. I will not visit KFC Blouberg again.

With this kfc branch you have to check your order first before leaving otherwise 2 out of 3 times they forget to put chips into the order or something and then you have to drive back.

5 stars purely because I need to drive past the Sandown branch to get to decent chicken
