Poor service they dont have customer care how can you go and left your laugadge behind customer care is very important. They couldnt even move bags from rain desgusting. Need to be improved

I just bought dunked wings. The worst dunked wings ever. The sauce is not even properly mixed. I wish I could include a picture. The wings are dry. 😭😭😭I so craved dunked wings not this...

Food is great, but I always seem to wait long for my order and they always forget a item with most of my orders...

Bought streetwise 5 a few minutes ago, I vsnt even eat this, its greasy, no taste and looks like boiled chicken.

They completely cancelled our order after realising they accepted too many orders to handle before closing time/curfew. This is not our first bad experience with N1 City KFC, but weve given them grace for the first few times. Would not recommend this restaurant because even when they are at fault - they refuse to acknowledge it.

On Sunday, 31/01/2021, I ordered through Mr. Delivery, a streetwise 3 piece and chips. In the parcel was zinger nuggets and 1 wing and a few chips. This is absolutely disgusting and this is not the first time. Service stinks!

I was yesterday at the kfc branch the afternoon and bought a wrapsta box meal.I was so disappointed my meal was cold and something in my wrap was off cause it had a funny taste..Im assuming a previous customer had probably bought the wrapsta back for whatever reason and they just gave the wrap to the next customer..which unfortunately was me..Ive never experienced problems with my meal at any other kfc branch that Ive been to before.This is a first.Please do not give your customers old meals.One of other customers complained that she was standing wrong side to order and no-one let her know and people that came after her were already ordering..instead of correcting the situation staff members started laughing at her.

I suggest that when you buy drive thru you check your order before you go.i am so disappointed buying 10 pieces and getting 5 wings 2 drumstick 2 small very small thighs and 1 side breast ,the meat is not fresh .if I was not staying far would have taken back but I noticed when was at home already. 😣😣😣

Its fairly average, but month ends its ridiculously full and hardly and Safety measures and there chicken is not that great at times.

The staff was not accepting orders because they were closing so they just said waiting time for chicken was twenty minutes because the staff at the back said no. I heard the question asked and the staff at the back say no its amazing how they think you dont understand the language when your not black .

Was unnecessarily slow, looked like they opened doors when they were not ready for service. Took time to clear 3 cars. Boring. Very unusual for a fast food. They are always fast. However today there was a mistake that can be rectified and put back the house in place.

What a horrible customer care from the Cashiers at your KFC, They are so playful and always talking to each other but not communication with the back staff, i was only told to wait 12 minutes after paying for my food in a jokey manner. I am not impressed and wont recommend people to visit the shop.

The chicken was good.

Poor service, rude cashiers and you have to ask if you want tamato sauce and salt, and then the cashier gives you dirty looks. never going there again.
