Worst KFC experience. One person taking orders while others are walking around. Staff confused the two orders before mine. Food was okay but they could really improve their service with better management

On saturday morning 18/02/2017 i purchased a deluxe am burger, one of my favourite things i get from kfc almost weekly. In my state of hunger i opened the box and took a bite only to experience a disgusting taste that is probably unforgettable . I immediately spat it out and discovered the piece i had bit was mouldy and a section of the roll was mouldy too. I was livid. i rushed over to the store where i had to compose myself and spoke to the manager who thyen handled the query. She asked me what i wanted but in my angry state i opted for lunch. On returning to the office i called the KFC helpline where i was assisted by a consultant . I advised the consultant that pics were taken of my food and it could possibly appear on social networks and also adviseed her that my traumatic experience does not compare to the 3pc streetwise that i took at the store as i was angry and was not thinking clear. She then advised the store would call me. I then received a call from the store manager whom was not impressed with me at all as she was under the impression this was sorted an i felt she was patronizing me. i advised her that the 3pc streetwise does not compensate for my traumatic experience and she advised the customer care line would calll me back. Today she calls me and once again she ponders on our conversation of saturday on the fact that she thought it was sorted....i then advised her that i got NO call from the customer care line after our conversation. I feel like i want to give back the 3pc as it does not compensate for that mouldy taste i keep tasting and sadly i have been a KFC supporter for over 20yrs and did not ever think i would be treated like this.I am deeply disappointed-im appalled at the horrific service received from guy called Given, a supervisor at the KFC customer care line.....who 1stly spoke over me and had an abrupt tone of voice. If that is customer care at a managerial level then im shocked. i had to explain myself all over again as Lesley the cusrtomer care line agent did not update on the account that i wanted to speak to the Area manager/coach. She obviously did not want to speak to me and he took the call with his bad attitude. He pondered on the 3pc compensation and he feels its enough for me. I am disgusted-i was advised on the 21st February that an Area coach would call me ...today is the 24th February and still no call........

Service is quick and the food is fresh and super tasty.

I am so disappointed in the quality of my food!!!! the letter are slimy of oldness. I spend over R60 for a meal that is not even worth eating

Worst kfc ever. Food was taking forever. Staff have an attitude. Ordered nuggets thats were cold and dry. tasted old. Didnt even get the dips that are meant to come with it. Dont recommend this branch to anyone!

Well located for people wanting a quick sit down meal, or wanting to grab something to eat on the go.

Good food and neat place

Kfc has always been the haven for the hungry person looking for something a bit fattening. Chicken always nice and filling. For those a bit more traditional, theres the pap and chicken. Nice.

It depends on different days, sometimes the food is really great, hot and fresh, sometimes it tastes like it was fried the day before and heated that day. But the staff is always amazing

Every time when I buy there its always nice

Good place to grab some to eat in the busy Wynberg main road.Parking can be a bit of an issue depending on the time but the place is always clean and service is moderate.

I dont go to kfc alot but they have good service

Good to buy food to go, not so spacious for sit-ins. If they dont have ice crime try the shop opposite them.

For a quick breakfast on the go get it from them its tasty

The service is good and fast but the food is tiny

Not the best place to sit down and eat. There are always beggars disturbing u with staff doing nothing no make sure u can eat undisturbed. If there are no beggars around then the staff are bothering u to fill out a survey.

I had the most awful fried chicken , the meat was full of water inside , and the bones were black , I will never buy their chicken ever , it was so bad , it was awful I had to throw it away . I love kfc but what I had on the 2nd of February was not kfc it was so bad .

Your breakfast tasted horrible. The chicken was dry and tasted old and your hasbrown was not fresh at all it was dark brown if thats supposed to be normal why does it takes Kak.Definitely wont go again should I be in the area.Your hot chocolate was very mediocre as my wife makes nestle hot chocolate at home waaaaay better than you guys why must I get takeaway and pay an overpriced amount for something I can do at home at a fraction of the cost.Service was okay just not much of a smile hope the R2 went to the right organization though as not a lot of KFCs actually ask you for the R2.
