Good but ordering service at the counter is very slow

Im not 100% happy about the service, we have waited for about 20min to receive our order during peak 7 pm hours. Overall I hope the stuff can be quicker in delivery orders. I thank you

McDonalds Hartfield is horrible , I bought an orange juice it was horrible it tasted like water, the burger was horrible the patty was undercooked , I ended up throwing up the food .

I was given a wrong order, i told the manager and I was told to wait while its getting fixed.. I sat for over 10 minutes with no one letting me know whats going and when I went to the counter for progress i found the staff taking pictures of their Heritage day outfits 🤦🏾‍♀️

Use to be on of my favorites but Id rather go hungry than order there again. The customer service is nauseating. Its just a no for me.

Always slow, burger king gets orders out within 10 minutes, where as macdonalds you have to wait until your lunch break ends

Twice Ive received no fries in the medium meal packet. They covered the inside of the packet with a serviette so when you check quickly, you dont see the missing fries. Last time Ill be spending money there.

Great new Mall and mostly upgraded shop versions like the Checkers Hyper.

Staff looked like they didnt get enough sleep, no smiles and i had to clean the table before i could sit and eat while the staff looked and laughed at me saying atleast she can clean for herself, and she was busy on her phone not worried about her job.. Pathetic staff you have there.

How terrible they made my hot chocolate, was quite disappointed as it was also already cold by the time it was served. The hot chocolate you make at home will be better than this.

Double quarter pounder w cheese ... great staff fast food

Burgers seem to be getting smaller and the new chilli cheese fries should be called chilli fries as the cheese was minimal. An idea would be to crush or chop the jalapenos and mix with the cheese and the put that concoction over the fries.

Please teach your staff how to wear face mask, we r not safe at McDonalds Mall Of Africa

The place is crowded always and one has to wait for their number to be called rather than the number to be displayed. No social distancing whatsoever.

Would give 5 stars, but why does McDonalds South Africa give such small cold drinks? Was just in the states and $1 gets you any size drink and free refills! Burger King South Africa gives free refills. Whats wrong with McDonalds??

I live in Carlswald but my mcdelivery order gets allocated to Mall of Africa. Food is cold when it arrives. Will not use mcdelivery again.
