Ordered Chicken Strips and Chips through Uber Eats .. what a waste of money. Box was only half full, and on top of that the chicken was badly burnt on one side .. Definitely will NOT be ordering from here again.

Awesome and friendly service. Efficient. Took extra covid precautions with payment method and handling of packaging of food.Only down side is signage. We couldnt find it. It is next to the McDonalds

The worst experience ever, order takes close to an hour and a half to arrive. You try to call to follow up and no one answers. Definitely not placing here again! Even the delivery guy was frustrated.

Just used the drive through to order food and had to wait around 20 minutes at each window, we ordered milkshakes only to find out that they forgot to make it so we asked them to cancel it, we had to go inside to get it sorted. There was no salt in the packet and my wrap was half full. The manager did apologize the staff was very blasé about our issues overall a very disappointing experience.

It was good and efficient. I got home and my quarter chicken was smaller than usual so I wasnt impressed but it was cooked well.

Did a drive through yesterday afternoon. Really so disappointed with the meals. The chicken was looking like it was just steamed no grill to it at all. We had to put it the oven at home to grill. The pita was really not up to standard with the filling. This has happened to us in the past, thought it would improve. But nothing has changed.

Went through this drive through today after having a huge choice of franchises to eat from we settled on Nandos as an option for a meal - wow what a disappointment! As we approached the window asked if they have kids meal options with a toy after all the kids need something to keep entertained while eating and the woman in the window says no toys here we just have food for kids??? So we drive away, I can’t understand why this franchise hasn’t adopted this practice of having something for the kids to do maybe colouring in page or something to win over the heart of the little consumer - can’t tell you how many times we land up at competitors simply because our child has made a connection with the brand through the way their needs are meant in their very own little kingdom of childhood - sad cause their food is great but guess we won’t be back any time soon! Loosing clients with kids guys...

We waited for An 30minto order and another 30min for the wrong order. I order extra hot 🔥 but got Medium🙈 only to find out this when I got Home 20min Ltr 🙆🏽‍♂️😢So sad was not in the mood to go back and correct the order to go thru that same process again🤔

Placed an order at 6pm and kept on saying delayed to 8 now 9pm how pathetic

Been happy so far with my food purchased here. It does get quite busy through the drive thru though.

The only issue I have is that the main doorway was full of motor bike delivery guys blocking the entrance talking to each other not wearing masks. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING AT ALL.

Nandos chicken never disappoints and Ive recently become a fan of their spicy wedges. The service was amazing especially after a stressful day, it lifted my mood after being stuck on the N1 for three hours. I was so pleased that I went back the next. Big ups to Nandos!

The meal I had today does not even deserve a star but I had to at least put one star to write the review. The meal I had was burnt and all I could taste was black ash. The fact that I had to even had to wait over an hour for my online order make me even more furious.

This Nandos is very close to my work and I regularly hit the drive through. The staff are very friendly and already know my order. Some very affordable, filling meals. I am a sucker for their tangy tomato fiesta fries and chic livers on casa pap (also tangy tomato). If you are wondering what to do for lunch give that a go...super yummy!

Really enjoyed my meal, chicken is bigger now and completes with the likes of Mochachos with prize and size. Taste is also much better than previous years

Omg... I stopped buying from them due to them not giving me good quality, but I started again and the 2 times I have gone there have been absolutely amazing. What a turn around. The food is delicious. I want to eat nandos everyday now. Thank you so much for the improvements.

Nandos Kyalami is absolutely horrible at running a drive through. It’s basically a “sit outside” situation -_-

I paid R89 + delivery fee + tip via Mr D for a salad a few days ago. I requested that all onions and tomatoes be left out of the salad. The salad was filled with giant tomatoe slices, onion rings and grilled onions. After removing these from the salad there was hardly anything left to eat. Ordering from this Nandos is a continuous problem and I definitely wont be doing it again

The amount of amnesia at Nandos Kyalami is very concerning. I ordered veggie boujee bowl and lemon and herb leg via Uber eats and received pap and relish with mozam paprika leg.. and this is not the first time they’ve done that with my orders

I can only say 100% all the time when it comes to service and clearness 👌👌👌and I like there SOS especially hot and when your ask for extra SOS they do so as your like. I whish them a good bonus for the year and enjoy Christmas all and stay 💪💪💪

Best service always, even the chicken is cooked well, u can taste the flavours even when eating the breast fillet. I wish ChilliLane, Waterfall on maxwell, Sanridge square can take a leaf from this Nandos.

Waited almost 2 hours for a delivery, with no answer for the last 20min on the phone. Customer service was friendly but ultimately useless as I had to cancel the order after waiting 2 hours and calling multiple times.

Used the drive thru, barely waited 5 min for my order. They really did put the extra sauce. Great stuff

Was served chicken that had gone off. I called them and they said they dont know how it happened and adviced that they would repair the meal. The next day they replaced the meal but I had to keep proving to them that I had bought the meal. Made me feel as if I was the one who was in the wrong. Dont see myself going back there again

They understand what well done with no extra source means. They professional like Midrand but certainly NOT like Nandoz Blue Hills. Reeds Mall also rocks. Oh, they forgot to give me my wedges, I suppose Ill breakfast with them tomorrow.

Food is never ready here on the drive through..Im always asked to park even when their not so busy..this is the second time Im really not happy..rather not have a drive through if you cant meet its expectations.

Recently I ordered a vegetarian wrap. Only to find pieces of chicken in my wrap. I am Hindu, so being vegetarian is of utmost importance to me. Along with you hindering my religious practice, I could have had serious health implications having not eaten meat since birth. I would like action and responsibility to be taken for this. Should you require photographic evidence and receipts, I will provide them.

Amazing food. I always enjoyed the potato wedges, always made to perfection. The only issue is that the chicken breasts are usually dry but the legs are always will cooked.

Though we waited longer than expected, a.lady Violet was very friendly. Shes from Limpopo and as soon as we started chatting her up in our native language, trying to establish were shes from, our order came. Otherwise we couldve been ompatient. The meals were tasty as well.

Ordered via Uber eats app. Waited more than 2 hours before order was cancelled by the outlet without contacting me. Unable to reach them via phone. Poor Uber driver stuck waiting for an order that never happened. Shocking service.
