The restaraunt was busy Sunday Lunch time. However the service was good once I got to be served. Good food and just what was ordered. Ill pick another day to visit again. The only problem was screaming children. Perhaps they should make a childrens section in the store. Good Experiance...

Spur is my favourite place to have spare ribs but I had breakfast there recently and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the bacon was tasty and the chips were also good. Add to this friendly service and a reasonable price and you have an altogether wonderful experience!

Food is great and fresh. The service received from Sibusiso is so amazing especially in ensuring customer satisfaction. Look forward to dining in when the country opens up. The call n collect meals never disappoint in freshness n flavor. Real value for money.

The Spur always provides value for money! The waitress was very friendly but managed to mix up our order. My son ordered coke, and repeated the order twice, but ended up with cream soda! The play area is a bit small and crowded. Other than that, the service was fast and the food tasty.

On finishing my standard meal (full portion buffalo wings) ,the lady serving me was able to inform me i have two vouchers on my family card ,i got a R100 discount on my meal ,and also gave them a R15 tip in return for the good service .

But if you love red meat you will definitely enjoy food here my dad did..the service was slow and we waited for our waiter for a long time the place was not even full, when we asked her she told us she was busy with other customers, she left us without saying a word, she decided to send us another waiter without apologizing...

Lone Creek Spur is a fantastic family restaurant situated in the Mall of Africa. Food and service is top notch.

We ordered 2 portions of the pork belly 400g ribs (1 with baked potato and the other with sweet potato fries).We paid for the order at 19:59 and were told it would take between 15 - 20 minutes. We ended up waiting 45 minutes, until we decided to take up the matter. During this time 3 managers came to ask if we had been attended to and we told them we were waiting for our take away order.None of them followed up on the matter. Only after we had gone to the front desk and complained and asked for a refund did the matter become attended to.The baked potato and sweet potato fries were bought to the front desk and then a few minutes later two open boxes were bought to the front desk. The gentleman had difficulty closing the box, due to the way the ribs were placed into the boxes.After seeing how disappointed we were, the first manager that had taken our order came running after us and had given a voucher to redeem at the next visit. We will not be visiting soon so it will not be redeemed.When we got home to heat up the food as it was cold, we discovered that we were given beef ribs, not pork belly ribs as ordered.There is also minimal sauce and no caramelisation on the ribs as seen in the photos.Very disappointed in the service and the food.

We were so pleasantly surprised and impressed by a recent visit to Spur where, as vegetarians, we discovered that they had revamped their menu to now include a wide and exciting variety of vegetarian dishes to cater for the vegetarian community. They now have vegetarian pizzas, schnitzels, burgers and salads with chicken-style strips and more, some based on Frys products, recognizing the importance of protein in a vegetarian menu option (something alot of other restaurants still fail to do). They all seemed very reasonable priced and the schnitzel was delicious where I could also pour on some vegetarian-friendly sauces ! The place is okay but one of the waiters was bullying the other while I was waiting for my order. I was so disappointed and felt so sorry for the team because it seemed like everyone was scared of this lady who was bullying a a Male waiter.

Probably the best spur I have ever eaten at. We had a lovely young waitress who was efficient, friendly and a great reflection of their brand. The food was great to despite it being an amazingly busy night. Can also recommend the cocktails, so, so yummy!

Spur has changed its veg... spinich not so hot on taste buds but the vibe is okey. Nothing fo go shouting over roof tops for. Spur is Spur most times.

If my boyfriend and I could give 10 stars, we absolutely would!!! We had the best service experience and it was all because of our waiter!!! His name is Dinare and he will brighten your day, have the most positive attitude and is so helpful that your experience will be one to remember!!! The food was perfect but Dinare made it the fantastic experience that we had!!!! Definitely would recommend and if you can ask for a waiter, I suggest asking for Dinare. Feel free to also give him an extra tip as he is working hard to finish of his studies!

Absolutely horrible spur the service is second to none in the sense that this is the worst spur we have ever eaten at. Ordered a burger with hot veggies, the burger arrived uncooked, the Patty was a bright pink and when I had sent it back after having taken a bite and discovered it was not cooked the exact same Patty came back to me in a new bun.i know this because I had taken a bite of the burger I sent back. This is extremely hazardous seeing that were in the midst of a pandemic. The hot veggies arrived cold and the hun of the burger was soggy we could not completely eat the bottom of it. Definitely not recommending this spur.

Average Restaurant with friendly staff.Food was like expected from a Spur.I would recommend eating here if you have small kids. Playground and some ‘tv’ games keep them busy when you need to relax.

She listened to my rants and further offered to give my wife and I a complete and *higher priced meal*, she even helped me carry the food to my car😁. I was invited back to the store and treated wonderfully by Emelly and her stuff.We had agreed to not go back there again, but now knowing the care and respect that management expects from its stuff, I think thats the only place I will eat while visiting Mall of Africa.Please keep this good oversight up, we as customers notice your vigilance and incredible dedication to perfect customer service and experience.

Food serving size was perfect. They didnt take as long as expected with orders even though it was valentines day. We could eat with peace of mind because they have an area for kids with a child minder and you can watch them on the camera while having your meals. I will give this place nothing less than the full rating. Thank you for the wonderful service

Nice and quiet place good for meetings. Waiters are noninvasive, they hover around you like hawks but are within hearing shot should you require assistance. The manager also is attentive to whats going on in the restaurant. Their breakfast menu is filling and affordable. A nice place to rest your tired feet from shopping the biggest mall in the southern tip of Africa.
