The food from this McDonalds is adequate. I cant complain about that aspect, however, the major let down of this chain is the absolutely shocking inability to get your order correct.As I live quite near to this particular restaurant, I order deliveries from it frequently. Or at least I used to. Frankly, it feels like they go out of their way to get at least one item incorrect on every order and I have the receipts and refunds for the incorrect orders to prove it! I can count on one hand the amount of times I have actually received an order as I ordered it and that must be after a hundred or so orders.On the day of posting this I made a very simple order for three items, a Coke, a McFlurry and a muffin. And was given a completely different drink. Now that may seem a little petty, but after so so many mistakes in the past, some of which, I admit, may have been more difficult orders, I at least expected this one to be simple enough to do right. But no. It wasnt. Every time I decide to give this place another chance it lets me down, again and again. Its lucky that its close and convenient. But if you actually want a particular item from their menu its literally a game of chance whether you actually receive it or not, which has disappointed me, family and friends on multiple occasions.

Was impressed. They managed to prepare my big odder of 59 meals in less that 30 minutes. Job well done.

It was extremely hot summers day in the middle of November, the urge for a delicious, soft, decadent Mcflurry sprung to mind. I got up and got dressed and took a drive to my nearest Mcdonalds. As i got to the McDonalds i decided to go through the drive through. I could feel my mouth start to water as i pictured the Mcflurry with the ozing chocolate drizzled over the top and the pieces of oreos tossed in with it. I pulled up to the odering machine thing and stated my order , i was overwhelmed with joy at this point but then i heard the words i had been dreading the whole way there. THE ICE CREAM MACHINE IS BROKEN. I was overcome with anger, sadness and a hint of depression. I slowly made my way through the rest of the drive through like it was a walk of shame. Moral of the story is that this McDonalds ice cream machine is never working and I hope that this is a problem that will be fixed soon as i would not like this horrible, despicable thing to happen to anyone else. :)

Some of the self service machines are not working resulting in unnecessary delays. The venue looks okay, however the bathrooms require better care, the bathroom ventilation must be improved including increased water pressure.

Im not happy at all your service delivery is always disappointing, whenever I order food something is always missing if its not food is the sauces, Friday I called lucky the manager called excellent answered, spoke to him about the issue clearly your stuff doesnt take online customers seriously. Im super disappointed the same thing happened today, I will never order food by you again I would rather wait for food from other McDonalds. This unacceptable!

I ordered a simple nuggets happy meal at 18h40 estimated delivery time was 19h35, its now 19h55, 3 drivers have been allocated and one asked if my order is cash, and i said no, he just disappeared on me. I think drivers are prioritizing customers paying cash n not card customers but this is not fair, we are all paying for this service, next thing my meal will arrive cold n dry😏

I was the only person at the drive through, but still waited 10mins for my order. They had run out of sauce for the nuggets in the happy meals I ordered...no cup holders available. Had to find a way of balancing 4 drinks in the car whilst driving.

This place is usually full except some middays. But afternoons, and more so when there is loadshedding the drive through is traffic galore. Its a good restaurant.

I had a bad experience this time. I tried to change the size of meal and they refused. The teller was very rude and gave me stupid excuse why they couldnt. Worst of all the chips were stale and hard. Almost burnt.

Delivered wrong order through Ubereats. Called the restuarant, they put me on hold and just dropped the call thereafter. I tried to call them back, they ignored all my calls. Horrible service. Never again!

Bad Service, always having missing items when ordering via MrD.

This branch is unprofessional. I ordered chicken burger via MrD & recieved beef burger. This is happening for the second time and is really unacceptable. I am annoyed honestly. If I wanted beef, I was going to order it.

Yesterday they after being in the drive through for approximately 45 min or more they forgot to give us the toys for the kiddies meals. And one of the reasons I buy those meals is because my kids look foward to the toys.So when I got home I had to drive back to go collect the toys. After burning diesel for 45min in drive through. Had to spend more diesel driving there and back😔. Last time system was offline. I was asked to come inside to buy instead of using drive through. Purchase through the self service system. Becouse system was offline there was issue with oder numbers. The was no notice to indicate that after self service purchase you must approach the teller or staff alerting customers to that factor. When the system came back online the sequence of orders was different and you found customers that came in after those that were there getting their orders before those that had been there for over an hour 😔. They must try and manage the busy days of the week and month or inturuptions more efficiently to reduce waiting time and errors. Otherwise they are not so bad as they apologize but it still leaves one feeling annoyed especially if its second time.

To everyone who is reading this, if I were you I would think twice on ordering. The reason being is because I ordered via MrD 3 burgers and 1 of them were a meal, but the 1 with the meal had been missing, I phoned the store(McDonalds Blue hills) I was speaking to Thembeka, she spoke and cut the call whilst me speaking, I phoned back, she put me on hold, My dad then phoned and spoke, this time we were speaking to Rachel, she had said we had to come pick up the order. I asked myself why would I order a delivery and would intend of picking it up. She then continued and she did not know who to blame, she replied saying the person whos at fault is the driver but he did not pack the order, he just picked it up. She then said the packer had been a person name Kgomotso. The workers continued to reply we must come and making it our fault, at this point I was confused, she said she cannot get hold of the driver( I dont see what the driver has to do anything with this) This is a very anoying and poor service to deal with. The lady said she will phone back, she did not, I phoned back after 5 min, she said I must come back tommorow and fetch it. Im not happy

The was very wooow and the manager of it she was asking me me why Im very excited and I said tomorrow its my birthday so thats why Im very excited and I will be turning 40 guess what she did,She bot me a heavy breakfast and I enjoyed it tnx to McDonalds Team ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Drive-thru service was a bit slow, compared to others

When receiving my food on 24th March I was very disappointed and will never go back. All our food was if it was taken out the fridge and just placed on a bun. This mcdonalds is absolutely pathetic. They always dont have items that you only learn once paying. And the wait is so long even if it is quiet... I have experienced this multiple times. More than 40 min wait each time for a drive thru is ridiculous.

They literally ignore store front over the drive through. South no queue there were 6 people waiting for orders. It took 5 minutes before I was served. I wish I hadnt. It was over 20 minutes to get a simple big mac meal. It was chaos behind the desk. The cashier bringing meals without order numbers. It wasnt busy but no one was getting their food. Management needs a proper shakeup

McDonalds Blue Hills gives the worst service I have ever experienced since I started visiting their stores. You will wait forever before you get your food. On top of it the cashier is like she has eaten sour food.I would rather go to San ridge if I want to enjoy spending my money. Never again.

Very filthy and lot of flies. I had to clear the table myself after requesting for several time for staff to clear the table. I had to go and grab spray and tea towel over the counter. I dont understand why this one have uncomfortable chairs.You cant sit comfortable and lean.
