We had a complaint which they resolved without any complaints. Abigail and Jill went out of their way to ensure we were seen to. My company and I appreciate the manner in which they handled the matter. Great service and fantastic food the second time round.

Excellent food freshly prepared within minutes. The only issue is that the cashiers need a bit more training on how to take orders more efficiently. Otherwise faultless. I especially love the store design. Good job. Keep it up!

To be fair, this is a chicken outlet, probably one of the best , however i was not impressed with the veg burger, cmon Nandos we have a variety of delicious plant based vegetarian patties available. The crumbly chickpea one that you currently used is outdated..not a good texture.

During this pandemic and working from home, time flies without noticing...before you know it, you dont have time to make supper and rushing to a nearby drive through has become very popular. Thats exactly why I did. Just be mindful of possible long ques because you will not be the only one that wants to grab a quick bite after a long day.

We went there around 18:30 on Sunday 18 July and ordered 3 mild quarter chicken and chips meals via the drive-thru facility. To my surprise when I got home all 3 chickens were burnt and one could hardly tell that there was even a mild basting (if at all there was any). So please make sure you cater well for all your customers including those buying via drive-thru without taking advantage and assuming that we will only see the food upon our arrival at home and will think twice before returning the food considering that it was even almost time for you guys to close up. We love Nandos, help us to continue loving and supporting it.

The drive thru is pretty fast and the food tastes great. But rather do the drive thru. The delivery isnt that great, ordered one of their specials and it was absolutely terrible via delivery

Great place and enjoyed the food..however my rating is about the constant mistake in my others and thia has happened three times in which I always use the drive thru..issues occurred once during loadshedding,week day and a weekend.

Quick service and friendly staff. The setting is great for relaxing. However, brace yourself for drive through traffic on Friday and Saturday evenings. 😉

Received the wrong order from the drive thru - Ordered the quarter chicken meal, mild flavour and to my surprise when I got home and opened the food the chicken had no seasoning and no sauce. Just grilled chicken with no flavour, asked for extra sauce but got none. Very disappointed that I had to eat Nandos chicken with no seasoning, no flavour and no sauce. Do better!

One of the best nandos I ever went

I wasnt too pleased with the quality of food received the other night, I placed an order 30 minutes before closing time and collected it 10 minutes before they closed... turned out to be a big mistake, the food prep was clearly rushed, the food was cold, half cooked and not a good reflection on the usual quality of food this store provides. Happy to say that they fixed the order the next day and made sure that they made it perfectly.

Eventhough it wasnt busy we were informed that their network was done therefore the drive through was not functioning and had to order from inside. It was disappointing in that it was time consuming, one had to find parking and why doesnt the business have a backup process.The menu was delicious and well presented though, kudos for that.

No curbside delivery. No social distancing. No checking of temperature. Order was not full. Pulled chicken sandwich was poor quality burnt chicken and no sauce. Complained. No response for an hour. Had to drive back. Complained again. Still waiting for an area manager to call. Im told this is a company store. Nandos does not care about the safety of its customers.

Cooking staff needs to be trained they giving very little Nandos sauce and dont think how people will eat this dry chicken disappoint comes when you open the package in the home.One small sauce for a half chicken is nothing to do. I have replied over email please check and advise.Thank you for your reply.

I got takeaways only to find the both my orders were wrong the extra hot chicken was dry

Good prompt service, only 10 min wait, chicken was succulent, 3 stars as I asked for extra hot and the packet labeled extra hot but it was more like medium heat, not even hot!! Not sure if they got my order wrong !!!

I had Nandos 6 winglets and chips from Nandos Waterfall and I am suffering food poisoning. I threw up hardly less than an hour later. I cant keep anything down because I am in dire pain. I am at the Doctor as a result of food poisoning. This is not the 1st time Im suffering food poisoning after eating from Nandos Waterfall. I strongly believe that the hygiene is poor at Nandos Waterfall.

Great drive through service

I bet waiting for 25 minutes in a drive through is not standard practice however today were made to wait. Not great experience. It wasnt even busy, think I was the only one on the drive through.

We live at Modderfontein which is +-2km away from nandos behind greenstone mall yet we always love this Nandos at Waterfall.Ordered 2 x full pack1 mild, extra sauce.1 extra hot, extra sauce.Reached home and both full packs was mild and no extra sauce.Driving all that way to swipe R534.00 and was utterly disappointed.

Ordered a pulled chicken pita last night. The smell was a bit weird but I figured it was just my imagination. Also, half of the pita was coleslaw which was rather disgusting. Woke up in the middle of the night with food poisoning symptoms. I will NEVER buy from this Nandos again!

The window where orders are placed is not clearly visible. I drove past it. The guy was apparently sitting inside with the window closed. I only discovered that i had driven past when i got to the collection window. I was told i had to re join the queue. When i went inside to complain, the manager tried very hard to assist. The guy who was supposed to have served me at the window to place an order came and fought with me telling me that he saw me driving past and he was inside and had waived at me. He told me it was not his fault that i had not seen him waiving at me. I think the visibility can do with some improvement. Also the person at the collection window should be able to assist if a customer has missed the window for placing orders. The manager was very helpful though. The guy who takes orders must be trained to deal with customers better.
