Food is great, but you cant pick up the food ordered on the eateries app via the drive through, however the app tells you to pick up food via the drive through... Sending mixed messages to customers

I ordered some burger thing they have on their menu. It was good. I would have given this Nandos 5 stars but the table we were sitting at was sticky and even when we asked for it to be cleaned the patron who brought the food to us insisted that it was clean.

Went there with friends for a sit down meal. Ordering the food was okay. It is the waitress who was bringing our food that not so great. We felt rushed, while we were eating they wanted our glasses because they had run out. Why buy 20 glasses when your capacity is 50(an estimate)? And all she could say when we asked why shes rushing is, you can see the situation, pointing around but the restaurant wasnt even that full.The food was good though and I enjoyed my crushed ice coco pine drink (forgot the name)

Great customer experience...I had placed an order online for collection to avoid the queues because i was with my toddler. Their system was having problems accepting voucher codes. It was using up my vouchers but not reflecting as a deduction. They made calls to get it resolved and because they were taking so long, the manager basically gave me my meal for free instead of turning me away. WATERFALL management team could learn a thing or two from the Blue Hills management team. I will certainly use this branch to make my Nandos purchases. The only reason its not 5 stars is because my chicken werent as well done as i had requested. Either than that. Well done BH team.

I bought half chicken and casa pap yesterday, and the food was terrible. The pap was not cooked well, and the chicken has blood in it. This sucks because it was a takeaway, only saw this when I got to my house. I am not impressed.

Was disappointed that I could not use my R50 Vouchers combined, I was advised that I can only buy R50 meals × 18 imagine 😐 but I was happy that they referred me to the right store where I could use all my Vouchers combined, was thinking of going to Sandridge and they told me no I should go to waterfall rather sandridge is offline and indeed Sanridge was offline went to Boulders where I received super excellent service 👏

Food was dry and not one part of the order was correct. Chicken was dry and overcooked. Livers were not good and 6 for a large portion. Really not worth it for the prices.

The last few times i have ordered here has been a waste of money from the chicken being tasteless after requesting extra hot to being delivered the wrong items the service and quality of food is far from what we expect from nandos

The quality of food was deplorable to say the least.I doubt the kitchen staff had any training what so ever as my familys pita meal, which was supposed to look at least like it was fit for human consumption was put together terribly like a dogs supper. Will never waste my money on Nandos again as the utter disgust runs deep.

Nandos drive throughs always seem to disappoint. The chips were soggy, the veggie burger tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. Think its always better to go inside and get a freshly cooked meal.

So my colleague and I went to buy pap, gravy and chicken but the food was not even presentable. The pap was splashed with water of which its claimed to be gravy. This is totally unacceptable, I wonder who packaged the food seeing it looked like that. Im really furious right now because I dont know whether to throw the food in the trash or what, but that was a total waste of my money

These people need to learn to get orders right, i ordered a full chicken half hot and half tangy tomato cause i have IBS. so i avoid eating hot stuff.. the guy gave me a full hot chicken.. long story short i went to sleep without eating
