No issues with the order. I actually got what I ordered for a change. That was a pleasant surprise. Friendly staff. Overall a smooth process. If only the process didnt take almost 25 minutes to get 2 burger meals -drive-thru- I suppose during busy hours its to be expected.

Their service is fast.They have a MccAfe but that doesnt mean you will always get a frappe Latte to cool you off as they hardly ever have Ice.

Staff are very helpful and love the Grand chicken spicy from here never disappoints

Wait was extremely long for our order even though it was just a couple happy meals for our kids and a burger. We had our kids with us an went into the restaurant this time instead of drive through. We were the only seated customers as it was wednesday afternoon around 5pm. After about 10min someone came to us and asked for our slip and it seems like they only started preparing the items then. It took about another 10 min or so before we received the order. Wont bother ever goin into the restaurant again after this experience.

4 stars for my sons favourite toy store 😁staff is very child friendly - they happy to play with the kids always deliver with a smile even though we don’t eat much the coffee shop offering was great. Cappuccino was very welcome in this rain! Today the music in store was on repeat we heard the same song over and over and over and no one seemed to notice! The worst part is that it was a singing love song lullaby with quite a bit of high pitched wailing really wasn’t nice music for a kids restaurant! On the plus side the staff are great and the manager lady tried her best to change it but it’s the small things that could sometimes the music the staff like are not appropriate for a kids place...

Ritshi went out of her way to make sure that I was able to order and that my order was correct. Her customer service was out of this world, she is brilliant

Terrible service using the drive thru, the lady was not even communicating while taking my order and kept quiet, when I got to pay she got half of my order wrong. She then expected me to pay for the wrong order. I understand it’s been a long day 8pm everyone just wants to be home already but honestly she could’ve just communicated with me and fixed my order everyone makes mistakes. But nope she didn’t!!

Today was the 3rd time that my hash brown was not added to my meal. I only have ever had issues with orders at this McDonalds. In store and uber eats. They either forget to add an item or just completely give me the wrong order. Today was the last time I will support them

Nice and clean venue, Covid regulations are respected. Same food quality as any other McDonalds. A little play area for the little ones. Clean bathrooms as well & good interior decor. Staff are really friendly. Overall, a very well put together & well kept McDonalds 👍🏾

McDonalds is McDonalds is McDonalds.Well the food was good and space where we sit and eat was clean , the only thing that was not bad was just that the staff seem like they are not able to handle the amount of admin passing through, it was relatively busy and we were patient but there was nobody by the tills and the Uber eats people had more attention then the walk in customers they had 2 people attending to them.The lady was lovely and kept saying she is coming. We ordered eat in but she came with everything packed, no sweat ... we went to get a tray and it was not dirty but also not clean.The bathrooms where not clean there were tissues in all 3 cubicles that had not been cleaned. It’s not the end of the world yet it just makes you wonder if the toilets are been checked hourly considering it’s a busy place, otherwise kids had a ball and the food was why we came.

Pathetic!!!I cannot emphasis on how many times they have messed up my orders!Contact number does not even work!I urge that management be replaced as soon as possible

The slowest drive through service Ive ever experienced at a McD. Rather jump out your car and order from self service inside.

Too long waiting in drive through and at the collection window and even after the wait still had to wait in the parking lot due to incomplete items

This restaurant used to be fast but now, its slow to the extent that you wait for your order 50+ minutes , the staff is arrogant all just showing off as if we are visitors who came to visit them, its not worth waiting for an hour...

Neat, nice, modern and quiet.

They couldnt give me the extra onions rings I ordered with my burger, so they bumped up the size of my meal to a large for free. Food was served fresh too.

Fast and reliable. Its only drawback is that their system is offline and theres no way to know before having to drive through the entire drive through. Would appreciate a board or notice prior to getting to the order window

Everytime a different reason why they cannot assist you. Tonight 2 March 2020: 20:00 the card machine is not working. Wonder if the owners know this. They are showing away customers in droves.

Bought two happy meals,one chicken nugget and one with cheese hamburger,only to find that the hamburger has no patty when arrived at home.Ridiculous service!

We went inside the restaurant, and the staff were super friendly and very helpful.It was also one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have seen in a long time.The burger that I got was 90c, after redeeming a coupon from their app, and it was super quality, especially since we, my other half and I got one each, paid R2 and got 20c change!The quality from their normal burgers and the coupon burger was exactly the same.

The cuppuccinos are good and affordable.

The staff here are always rude, they never adhere to their own operating hours. All this after numerous calls with the manager and nothing gets done. its almost as if they just do not care.....

Not into their food anymore. Wonder why they advertise their food just how people want it, but serve something completely different. They even tell you that the food will not be like the pictures. Maybe they should make their food like it is in the adverts and pics

I always have a terrible experience at this McDonald’s. Items are either missing or incorrect. They don’t even tell you when order items are not available, you get a surprise when you get home/upon delivery. This is disappointing!!! Never wasting my money there again.
