Friendly service, ample seating (but still the correct distance apart), extremely fast service an that great Nandos taste you expect.No liquor license so no alcohol is available and the portion size is still too small to warrant the price. Great meal, but unfortunately it still isnt good value.

Glad to see the Nandos open for business again after the fire earlier in the year. Staff have always been great and friendly and that has continued again since the reopening. Service was good and waiting time was not too long either, despite quite a queue both inside and at the drive-through. The in-store eating has also opened up once again for those who dont want the takeaway option.

This must be the laziest Nando’s I’ve been too, every time I order veggie boujee bowl via Mr D they don’t even make and effort to roast the halloumi cheese they serve is as it’s straight from the packaging, the rice is so moist even with our requesting extra sauce , this would be my 4th horrible experience with them

Front line service good but the food order was ALL wrong, when we got home, everything was hot, not mild or lemon&herb as we ordered - even the kids food... and instead of a wrap, I got a pita... Disappointing

The drive thru is too small for a mere double Cab vehicle. Scratches on the directing wall is probably of it being very tiny

Bought food at this place today via drive through. Not only did i not get my full order they also over charged me as well. Had to drive back to get the rest of the order. Only when i looked at the bill properly at home, realised they overcharged me on one line item. Customer service was also useless. Im off Nandos for now. So angry right now. Not a great experience at all!

I had a very unpleasant meal yesterday afternoon that I bought from Nandos drive-thru. The spinach and extra sauce were watery and the chips were very dry, tasted a bit stale. The food was definitely not well prepared.

Ordered the Chicken Livers at the drive through. Was great. Food came fast. Service couldve smiled at least but it wasnt bad...

I had unpleasant meal today from Nandos drive-thru, dry chicken with no extra sauce I have asked for. Come guys! It’s just 1 or 2 scoops of extra sauce...don’t be stingy with that extra sauce because you’re making our meals unpleasant!!

The most horrific experience. I ordered online and went to the store to collect. The lady made me stand in the queue with people that were ordering food. I was bewildered cos I had already ordered. I approached her after a good few minutes. She then removed me from the queue and checked if my order was ready. She assured me my order was ready and all in order. I insisted that the order be checked. She then realised the rolls were not packed. I had to wait for the rolls. I went to my car with my supposedly complete order when my daughter realised the 1/4 chicken was missing. I had to go back to the store. The lady that served me was apparently a manager who was too busy to sort out the stuff up. I waited again for the missing item. I will never go back. I wasted 1 hour of family time trying to rectify Sandridge Nandos unprofessional and unacceptable service. So so disappointed cos Nandos was my fav chicken place...😏☹

Food is usually good however the staff is not very accommodating.. I prefer my meals with extra sauce.. And their definition of extra sauce is about an extra tablespoon thrown in with a full chicken. They refuse to add more.. If you ask for extra sauce thats apparently it you cannot even pay for more. Other Nandos are more accommodating.

Their service is disgusting! Yesterday I bought their 3/4 chicken. The sauce on my chicken was 80% diluted of water. It was runny and my chicken was dry! The worst meal Ive ever had! Yuck🤮

Great food and desserts. Staff is okay. The drive through is the slowest in the country. Lines here get extremely long! Dont bother asking for feta cheese, they will give you Cheddar and insist its Feta. Nonetheless Ive been coming here for years and Im still alive lol

Always good outlet to eat grilled chicken. This particular outlet is big and tons of space, even when there is a lot of people it still feels airy and open. Love it.

The food is rather inconsistent at this branch. I initially followed the drive through line which did not move & had to walk in. Service is excellent. But the burger that I ordered was over cooked. The Xtra hot tasted mild. Definitely not the best in the area.

Good day.I had a bad experience, Nandos chicken is supposed to be marinated for 24hours and hence it will soft tender and juicier with the various flavours but unfortunately I had a tuff hard body that felt like it just left a deep freezer, I was in a hurry to complain and didnt even finish the food.Order number 188 today.Extremely disappointed because someone somewhere knew about the standard of todays chicken and decided to serve it anyway.

Nandos Sanridge is situated among other food sources like KFC and News Cafe. They share ample public parking space and cars park and move on without trouble. It has a smoking and a nonsmoking sections. Its definitely spacious but has no outside sitting.
