I dont always do this but the was not a fun experience. I order a kiddies meal and when the boy took a bite his mouth started to burn this is a six-year-old boy and he told me it is hot after I took a bit I was devastated it was hot like the chilly cheese fries this is not acceptable

McDs is a favorite, but not the store at Waterstone Village.Staff are unfriendly, have mixed up my order on more than one occasion and don’t take responsibility.

Absolutely shocking! They cant advertise this branch as a fast food place. I felt really sorry for all the people in the very slow moving drive through queue who were hoping to get a meal, they couldnt, because McDonalds ran out of fries!! Hahaha! When does McDonalds ever run out of fries!!?... Luckily I went for the 10 piece chicken nuggets..unfortunately the staff cant count here for some reason, so I ended up with an 8 piece to my surprise when I opened the box at home.Will definitely support Burger King going forward!

This Was My Favorite McDonalds And WHEN I say Favorite, I Mean Im Literally There Atleast Twice Every Single Week! But Unfortunately Not Anymore. The First Incident Was When They Got My Order Wrong As I Specifically Asked For No Pickles As My Fiance Is Allergic To It. Secondly, I Ordered 5 Big Mac Meals & When I Got Home It Was Only 4 And Was Charged For 5. Thirdly Was Today, I Ordered 4 Big Mac Meals But They Said They Do Not Have Cool drinks Because They Dont Have Water. I Understood That So I Asked, Whats My Alternative Option And Thats When They Said Juice But You Have To Pay R15 Extra! I Dont Mind But If Its Not The Customers Fault, Why Should We Pay R15 Extra Because YOU Dont Have Cool drinks!? I Think That Is Ridiculous.

As far as MC Donalds go the restaurant isnt bad. Its clean and the food is as good as it is at any MC Donalds. Service can be a little slow sometimes but the staff are friendly and on point

Service is super slow. Waited 15mins for 2breakfasts. Then they forgot to give a straw and sugar. Customer who came in after us had to ask the cleaner to call someone who could assist him. Expected more from the branch. Get 2 stars due to the Cleanliness and appearance.

I went there last night and told the lady I want two regular cheese burger meals when I got to the first widow she took 5 minutes before she opened the window and allowed me to pay, normally when I order two cheeseburger meals its R60 and last night I paid R62 but I didnt find anything wrong it I just thought to myself maybe the price went up then when I got to the last window the lady gave me 1 coke so I asked where the other cooldrink is then she told me I only get 1 cooldrink then I told her but I ordered 2 cheeseburger meals so Im suppose to get two cooldrinks then she got impatient with me and just walked away, a guy then came to the window and I explained to him what happened then he also refused to fix my order. I then left with 2 burgers, 1 chips and 1 cooldrink for R62 and when I go there I always order 2 cheeseburger meals with coke zero which consists of 2 burgers, 2 chips and 2 cooldrinks then i pay R60 so I dont understand why they just couldnt fix my order because its the same price. I was really upset and disappointed when I left , because Mac Donalds is one of my favorite restaurants and it always cheers me up when I have a bad day and yesterday I had a bad day.

I wish i can give a minus rating. Overcharging customers.when bringing under their attention do the teller argue, I had to get out my car go verify the price and ask them to come and look,was then told i was a honest mistake. Ask for no cheese on a burger,guess what comes with cheese

One of best places to be when the temperature sour above 28 degrees. Beautifully layed out seating area with enough tables. Sanitizing protocols are in place and the seating areas are clean.I still dont think that the service levels and quality of food is om par with international franchise standards though.

Was just at your branch at Somerset west waterstone. Your time open say 6am to 8pm. Was 7pm I went there, and staff including manager says you closed. So either your staff lying or your Google listing needs updating. Please let me know what is truth? Unacceptable. Service is super fast during busy hours from breakfast to supper. The after hours service for people who work at night can be sometimes a bit slow. Still this fast food service are still good. Just be sure to check your order for tamato sauce. The menu can also be viewed on line and they have an excellent delivery service. Give it a try.

Not the best experience. Food cold, got the order wrong and it took forever. As if they started with our food, and then halfway through decided other orders were more important and neglected ours. I was overcharged R10 on a breakfast promotion by being charged for individual products instead of the promotion. I reported it over the phone and the manager handled it poorly- In pursuit of justice I used McDonalds contact us service to demand a refund (it is a violation of the Consumer Provision Act). The same manager remediated the issue by contacting me the next day- this time with sincere and professional conduct.What Im trying to report here is that this McDonalds isnt perfect every-time, but its heart is in the right place. I did eventually get my R10 refunded at my convenience.
