Ordered through Uber eats and included a happy meal for my son. His burger came with 2 bottom buns, half a patty falling out of the burger, no salad just kethup. Also no toy came with the meal. They dont answer the telephone when trying to call them to complain.

I ordered a meal for my family and received a completely different order, I took the drivers details and he advise me he would get the store to contact me and left with the food. Ive tried to contact the store and it seems it I get to the wrong store consistently.

Very annoyed with this branch!! They ALWAYS getting my order wrong! A few weeks ago I ordered the Big Mac as its my goto with spicy hot sauces on the burger I always pay for the spicy hot sauce and Ill even verify when getting my meal that the sauce is on and they will say yes just for me to get ready to eat to see theres nothing on. This always happens at this branch! Then this morning after telling myself a millions times never to go back to this branch I go again and order a chilli cheese double burger just to leave with a chicken snack burger!! What is wrong with this branch?? I never have this problem when I go to ottery or Kenilworth branch. Its really annoying now. I even emailed McDonalds complaints a while ago about this branch and still no response.

Popped in for a quick bite and cuppa coffee after a long working period on this side of town just to be told theres No milk (what?!)They cant hear you even though you are basically shouting through the micThen they dont even select what you say so it doesnt appear on the screen.

The meal was good and fresh!. The restaurant was clean and tidy. I do have to point out there was a coloured security guard lady that was very friendly she kept the restaurant clean by wiping tables and sanitizing she was more friendly than the staff.

After a horrible experience with food and dealing with a manager who called me and said when Im in the area again it will be rectified..so when I was in the area I popped in looking for the manager that called but he wasnt at work so I dealt with a different manager by the name of chuma I hope I wrote it correctly he was such a great pleasure to deal with he is the type of person that should be running that store he is leadership metarial..I cant be more impressed with how he handled the whole situation..so I asked him if I can take a picture just to write a review about how awesome he his.he handled everything so perfect. By the way he handled it changed my mind of buying food from this McDonalds again. Give this man a promotion he knows what his doing I was very happy and pleased with the service I got from him. Management in your organisation can learn alot from him. Keep up the great work 💯 👌👌👌he just made my day really it was a pleasure speaking to him aswell

Slowest McDonalds in the world!!!! Had to wait 30 minutes for my meal, completely unacceptable! Not to mention the pathetic customer service. They should shut down.

I gave this store multiple chances to redeem themselves but upon ever visit there is a problem, from incorrect pricing to no gas for there cold drink machine. The final straw was waiting 15 minutes in the drive through and receiving the smallest chips ever.

The food was good but the reception was worse.....i asked one of the workers to clean my table before we sit down guess what.....this person just come with the spray bottle and started spraying the whole table including me and the kids spraying us with whatever she was using to clean the table and she didnt even say sorry

HiAt about 8pm I ordered 2xHappy meals and a large fries at your drive through. I only had a R100 and some coins in my pocket (forgot wallet at home) for the purchase. The lady Ms Miche mentioned that the fries are more expensive, and hastely called me to her window. She advised me that the large fries are about R 27, and mins ago I saw it on display in the drive through for R19, 90. I even took a photo of that area on the board for her to see . Then she excused herself to get the manager. He the manager which was identified to be called Mr Wele then listened to my query and then went to check the price himself. He came back and told me that he cannot override the price to the advertised amount from the branches drive through, and there is nothing I can do... Atleast Ms Miche said sorry to me before I drive off.At this stage I was appalled at how he handled this situation which was not at all a huge deal. I dont think my rights as a consumer was respected. I rather kept my money in my pocket than to spend it at your establishment. Dont think Id be going back anytime soon.

We got the incorrect food and the manager argued that we as customers wasnt corrected attached is an image of what was ordered instead we only got the chips and it was said we can never pay that price

Honestly its close to me and i always go to the drive through and just yesterday i got a burger short. Its not the first time they dont put in everything i paid for, i still go but it frustrates me too hungry to argue, just upset when i get home and my order is messed up after i asked them to check and check the slip as well so i trust its right but anyway ....no further comments

I think the batter for the nuggets is a bit too thick, maybe a lighter more crispier batter? Also too much sauce on the cheesy fries, cheese burgers are a classic

They are never consistent with their service also when ever you order a kids meal they never have the right things,its advertised you can either get a book or toy but they never have stock of both

My go-to when the drive-thru line is long at the Ottery branch. Their lines are rarely long.

The place is clean but small inside hardley space & you wait 4ever 4 the meal

I waited in the drive through line for almost an hour.. Only for the person taking our order to get the order wrong.. So we had to go inside and wait in another like for 30 minutes to get what we ordered.Im not happy at all

Extremely slow drive thru, and they werent busy at all.

Always a good branch. Sometimes they take a little long. But my fries were always fresh and hot. My burgers too didnt taste old. So I will be back for more.

Mcdonald proud themselves in consistency of quality, quantity and appearance. Mcdonald Lansdowne is no different. Store is clean and food is delicious. Staff are helpful and friendly. As this is a relatively new store it worth a visit now and again.

Went there only to find out they dont use the code redeem system. Ordered a big mac and they had no coke zero. When i asked the manager to void the R2 extra cost for the coke i now had to take he tells me he will pay the R2 out of his pocket. Get my order and as soon as i get home i find they didnt pack my childs juice in, resulting in me having to go to the shop to buy him a juicebox again.Seriously not impressed. Been trying to call the branch for 30mins now on end without answer.

Unfortunately the cashier wasnt sure on the menu and it took almost 10mins just to place a simple order. Then we had to wait another 20mins for our food and considering we were the only people there it was poor.

Service is a bit slow for a drive through. Two cars only, turned into a 10 min wait to placing order and collecting. Friendly staff.

Received mouldy burgers and when I spoke to the manager she was rude and raised her voice. Her and her staff tatted speaking a different language in front of me ensuring that I dont understand what they are saying. She wasnt even wearing a name tag and when asked for her name she walked away and all of them ignored me. Called customer service and was told that the store owner would call me directly. Ive still been waiting. Wont put my foot down there ever again.
