Service was very qk today. my grandkids dnt eat mayo so there burger came as I ordered thumps up

This was the second McD that we tried, really wanted ice cream. Was super yummy, not too sweet so I dont feel too guilty. Will definitely be back for more hot Belgian choc sundaes

My only issue is sometimes the first person you speak to at the drive through doesnt listen, so we would order no extras on my sons burgers just to check and see they put it on anyway and thats not the second or third windows fault. So whoever they put at the first window needs some active listening training so they get the order correct the first time around instead of wasting time having to make others wait cause the first window got the order wrong. And this has happened more than once.

Generally a very slow drive-through and somehow always busy. Not always the best drive-through when youre in a hurry but generally pleasant experience.

Always very busy on a Saturday morning, very long wait before and after order. They not using the grill bays to wait for orders so people wait for order at window for almost 10 minutes and theres people in queue behind them.

Pathetic. This stores service has gone from worse to terrible over the last 2years. Bad communication skills, wrong orders, no ice cream, melted ice cream, stupid long waits for very small orders. Dont bother to ask for manager as the store as a team is a failure. They only have customers because of their location. Ask anybody in the Suburb.

Ice cream Sundays are ridiculously small for R20 and I tried the oreo affogato for R24.90 not worth it at all. I think there was some orra crumbs at the bottom. The picture advertised is really misleading.

Okay so another complaint a week later.. I payed for chocolate sauce on my oreo mcflurry.. but none was put on. Received burnt chips as well.. View pictures. Your staffs service is extremely poor.Drive through takes way too long. Ive waited a whole hour in the drive through on a weeks night. Your staff needs some hurry under them. Needs Proper management.

Clean and tidy and the staff works fast. I was struggling to redeem a coupon on the app and one of the staff members assisted me calmly and had so much patience.

2nd time I place a order and there are things missing. I used uber eats on both occasions.Also the things that were missing i paid extra for. How can you not make sure everything is in my bag???And on top of that im trying to call the store and no one picks up. Called 4 times in 20 min.Not happy at all.

Its mcds. Sometimes a little slow, they ask you to move vehicle to waiting position nd then bring your food. But all good. No wow or anything.

Fresh food, kwik service

Same standard as every other Mc Donalds but the staff takes priority to drive thru and uber/Mr D orders and waited around 20 minutes for 2 meals and 2 burgers, also my iced coffee had barely any hazelnut in it and was pretty much a plain coffee with ice.Couldve made myself coffee at home if I wanted to order that.

Third time we order mango frappes only to receive watery drinks with barely any syrup. Trying to call them is hopeless as they never answer their phone.

The food was so delicious. I wish to come back again and enjoy the moment with my friends

Ok but I was there at around 11pm once and the que was so long but when I got my food it wasnt even hot. Nice parking areas available and close to a mall and China town is just there.

Gets the orders wrong most of the time, sometimes service is slow as well. Imagine having to wait so long for your food and its wrong after you repeated your order a few times.

On the 29/03/2021 @14:57:51 we placed our order... With Crew ID 56 - Vena M. Service was good & waiting time wasnt at all long. Commendable service time I must say. Took our order & went our way. My 6yr old daughter asked if she could have her meal in the car, I nodded yes & then she started crying! Asked whats wrong & she wails where is my corn???... Stupid me didnt check the order slip inside didnt feel the need to as I clearly asked for a cheese burger, corn & apple juice. It infact said fries when I clearly ordered corn as she hates fries in general. So I got to have her fries & man was those fries awful. It tasted like it was fries that were refried...terrible terrible it was hard & too crispy no soft centre... Very dissapointing as I love McDs fries

Worst McDonald ever!!! Poor service drive thru is bad you wait super long. Place is dirty literally saw a medium size spider walking in the kitchen if I was fast enough I should have taken a picture I told a lady manager about it she says what must she do? Like seriously?!!!! To top it off they always get my orders wrong even though I stay in the area if I want McDonald’s I will drive past that one to go to a other one. We waited for the food a bit. But a nice tough was the manager who was smartly dressed assisted my wife in bringing the meals to the vehicle.Good work through tough times. Food was a at its general standard as usual. Might not be the best burgers in town. But it sure is the most consistent around.

Ordered from McDelivery today at 6pm. Supper for the whole family. I know that ordering through McDelivery takes up to an hour, and thats okay. But, at 7.30 our Order only went from Order Received to Order being Prepared. We are based in Ottery and I assumed our order was coming from McDonalds Ottery, which is THREE MINUTES AWAY from us. I am a loyal customer, regularly going to McDonalds, but this experience has me never wanting to go there ever again. So, at 7.50 our order only arrived. AND IT WAS WRONG! 🙄 Instead of a Quarter Pounder, there was some weird chicken burger. I was so angry, after waiting nearly 2 hours, that I phoned them immediately, (Our driver confirmed that our order came from Mcds Ottery). I asked to speak to a manager and was put through to a Limene Matebe. (She never said she was the manager, and I only got her name when our driver came back again with the quarter pounder). I told her about my problem, though she kept saying I ordered from Mr. Delivery every time that I said McDelivery, eventually she understood. She apologized for the inconvenience and then said she would send the driver back with the quarter pounder. After this I went to get my food and saw that there was actually a fries missing. We ordered 5 meals and there were only four fries?! I was livid and asked my mom-in-law to phone them back. Eventually, the phone is answered and my mom-in-law tells them there is a fries missing and this woman says Dont lie!.... ARE YOU SERIOUS?! 🙄 We paid for something that we never received and get called a liar?! Absolutely. Disgusting. Customer. Service. The poor driver had to face the brunt of our ire when he came through with the quarter pounder, though we understand it was not his fault at all. Tomorrow I plan to go into Mcds and speak to an actual manager because never before have I been so angry at service. Employees need to be properly trained on dealing with customer issues, and one thing you never do, is have the audacity to call a customer a liar. Stupid woman still said over the phone to my mom-in-law, that she wanted proof there was fries missing, so we sent the four empty fries containers back with the driver. She is more than welcome to come and check our trash too, if its not enough proof for her.🙄 I cannot believe this woman had the nerve to say we were lying, as if we wanted to score a free fries! Like, are you serious? 🙄 I just cant. Absolute worst customer experience of my life. McDonalds just lost some very loyal customers, and I will be sure to tell everyone about this experience. (Also, when you try to press the contact button on support on McDelivery, it says the page is unavailable. Because we initially tried to phone to figure out why the order was taking so long. The worst service, i have ever received in the whole of my life ! You wait in the queue and the staff doesnt show any sense of agency. I wonder if there is a manager on duty, or maybe you are not paying your staff well. They look down and demotivated . I wonder if i can still call it a fast food when waiting for more than any hour in the queue!Very disappointed !!
