After weeks at home eventually ventured out excitedly. Going to Nandos!!!Thoght to try out this branch. Place was empty except for one customer.What a wrong decision. Such a dissapointing experience. No greeting, no thank you..felt like we were intruding...so unwelcoming the lady at the till.Asked for serviettes but had to eventually fetch it ourselves. Couldnt find a tablespoon for the livers...were given plastic forks. No coffee available, the avo was rock hard and mild chicken tasted like hot. Left half unfinished. Never again this branch. :(

Very friendly and helpful staff at this branch.Love the decor and art.Food was great and my portion of potato wedges was more than expected..Havent been to this branch for a few Years but glad that I popped in tonight.

Service was terrible, half the order came and when the other half came the food was cold. no plates was given we had to ask. The garlic rolls was served when we were almost finished eating.

Positioning could be better but then again many stores are in the streets of town, quick service though.

Located in a very nice place of the city and the setting is good. The presentation of the food wasnt impressive although it tasted very nice. I got a lemon and herb chicken with a side of chips. Over I liked it.

Always been the Best Nandos to me as classified in the country haven had the opportunity to travel around from the North, South, East and West of South Africa in the past 10 years. Nandos Lower Long Street Cape Town has always been the best. The kitchen staff has always got it right and the service on the seatdown exceptional. Thanks for the consistency.

I am Really disappoiented On their services. My friend and I had to wait more than 30mins without receiving our order. After seeing people who arrived after us being serviced, my friend went to the check whats happening and she seemed to be confused herself. After like 10min our order arrived but we were still not satisfied because why would a bowl of spicy chips and 2 BarOne milkshakes take so long ? On top of that the restaurant was not even busy and some staff members were just standing and socialising.

Everytime I specify extra sauce on Uber Eats, it comes without it. And the chicken comes near to being burnt and not necessarily fresh. It hurts me to give this low rating as Nandos is absolutely delicious but this is just too frustrating and repetitive and I hope it gets addressed.

Nandos is always a tasty and healthy alternative if you need a quick bite and do not want to go for the usual fast food.Their grilled chicken is amazing and they do have great variety of sides besides fries

The customer service was not up to standard. As we waited quite long to be served (with no one else in the line) , ordered a full chicken with one half mild and the other half extra hot. When we took the order and got home, the full chicken was never cut and the one side was mild but the other side had an extra mild sticker. Both sides mild. Staff require more training to take orders correctly and serve patrons more efficiently.

I could have accepted the delay on my order, because private school chicken needs the best education. Waited almost a hour for my meal, even Crawford releases it students earlier.Disappointed

The food was awful I ordered a pita the chicken was over cooked i.e. dry and not tasty at all, the avocado was still frozen almost had a brian freeze.

Very disturbed about the level of service we got...cashier got our order wrong... Then she tried to convince us that the side that was brought only comes with the special we ordered.. The manager rectified by bringing an extra side which only came long after most of us ate already.. To top it all no one apologised but staff were more annoyed by our complaint esp after we complained about the raw chicken as well...I did not even want to complain that there were too much ice in my milkshake I just left it.. well we still celebrated the rest of my sons birthday despite lunch gone bad.. Ordered food online through uber eats but my rolls I ordered were missing in my meal and didnt get them.. Totolly disappointing. Meaning one person didnt do their job correctly and get to check the order properly quit disappointing

Worst service ever. Plus the cashier didnt even greet us. The manager had to help us at a later stage. No sauce were given and we wanted the chicken cut into pieces but none of that happened. There was no sorry, nothing. And they werent even busy.

Just purchased a full chicken, tangy tomato from this establishment and my word, my taste buds went to heaven and have been there since! A definite Nandos that stands out for me, there chicken is well cooked and the flavor is more intense than other Nandos, and oh they do not skimp on the sauce!

Food was great as always. In terms of quality food cooked well, this is one of the better Nandos outlets in the city. The service however is average at best and they also fail on cleanliness. I have on several occasions noticed tables go uncleaned for lengthy periods when the outlet is not busy.On this occasion I came in ordered some food, ate, stayed for a while and then left but the table next to me (pictured) was never cleaned.

I ordered Nandos from Long Street via Uber Eats. The first issue was that they delivered the wrong order with different items to what I requested. Despite this, I was hungry, so I started eating the chicken wrap that they sent. I got about half way through before realising that the chicken was completely undercooked - I was had already ingested multiple pieces before realising that the chicken pieces were pink and raw inside. This poses a major health threat and is not what you expect from Nandos.

Nandos is the only place you should eat....... Food is exelent

Will never go back here, terrible service. Asked for full chicken, but wanted 3 leg quarters and 1 breast, the lady in front taking my order said this is not allowed. When asked why not cause I get this from other branches, she insisted this is not allowed. I pay for it, so I want it the way I want it, youre not giving it to me for free. Will never go to this branch again, useless!

Tops...food is fresh as usual

Originally had Nandos for the first time in the U.K. and can honestly say it was better from where it originated. The extra hot was really spicy with an excellent kick! The spicy spinach tasted fresh and flavourful! Overall a great dining experience!

If you love chicken. Good place to go too.

Nice chicken

This is a chain, but I really liked it. I had the Peri Peri half chicken. It was juicy and flavorful. I got some kind of potato salad as the side. It was like potato wedges covered in sauce. Very tasty. I found out Mandos is in the US, but only the East coast. Please come to California!
