When did the Mc Donalds BIG MAC become a SMALL MAC? Havent bought mc donalds in quite some time, and now will never again.. Making the burger box smaller, wont hide the fact youve made the product smaller.

The shop is the ipityamy of bad customer service. Employees speaking to other employees whilst the customer must wait to be served. Utter pathetic customer service. Empty cash points is what greets you at this store. Workers nonchalant taking in the kitchen.

Poor poor poor customer service, i feel so sick as i write this review. You put these fancy machines for orders, and when you request assistance, they actually tell youim watching you what a fine chick.

I was told, you cant place your order at the counter. You must use the dirty machines everyone else uses. Not cool. Im out of here.

The food is always good but the service is horrendous. Theres only ever 1 cashier and none of the staff are friendly or helpful. It is a nice setting, but the staff need training on friendliness.

Unsanitary.None of the workers wear gloves when handling the food. It was so gross. One of the workers almost dropped a serving of fries and caught it with her bare hands right before handing it over to the customer. Stick to ordering drinks at this one.

The assistance at the Coffee section today was very good.

Problematic, how can the store close at 4pm everyday?

Waited 40 minutes for my food, people who ordered long after me got there food before me before... Pethetic customer service wouldnt advise going to this Mc dz

Very poor service. Wouldnt recommend it. Bad management. I used the McDonalds app and asked for assistance. The person helping me said to activate the meal and wait aside so they can help the rest of the clients. The time ran out and they said that they cant do anything about it. I asked for a manager and she was so rude to me. They didnt do their job right and shouldnt be in a management position if they dont understand the consumer act. Wouldnt eat there again.

Downloaded the mc donalds app. Waited in line, asked the lady at the till how the redeem option works. She told us to press redeem and then activate. The activation took too long. She said shes going to help others while we have to wait. The redeem time was only a minute. The time expired and she told us theres nothing she can do about it. Absently outrageous. Called the manager, she was completely rude. Never eating there again.

My daughter waited 30 minutes for her order, then a staff member behind the counter, no badge accused her of lying insisting that she got her order. Then went to check the cameras. This is pathetic. How do you accuse customers? Bad service.

Great work ethic well done to Asanda for racing to get the snapscan just in time after having trouble infront of till so we search for signal and found signal with the app. She help me in less then 1 minute to scan it. Well done

Why does the staff look and act like zombies, they dont speak, they dont greet and they seem to be in some kind of sleep mode. Also there seems to be no cashiers everytime I arrive. Food also takes way longer than your average mcdonalds. Wouldnt recommend. Bad experiences every time.PS: Get better staff

Possibly the worst McDonalds around, rather go to Burger King. The lady that helped us at the McCafe was good but when getting you order it was like I was invisible super bad service. Now I know why there are kiosks to make your orders at. Just wish you could collect your order at one aswell, atleast a computer will not ignore you.

Service is appalling!! Been waiting for food for more than half an hour, ordered using self help. Kitchen is so unorganized. Cannot believe they are still in business !!Received the burgers with no lettuce or sauces. Dry bread. Had to send it back. They cannot refund you in the year 2018, how backwards!!!

Date of event: 6 June 2019Very bad service from the McCafe section in the McDonalds in Tygervalley.A request was made for coffee and to drink it at the branch.The Front-of-House staff member just refused to make coffee in any McDonalds cup. Her response to any request was take-away cup and couldnt give any reason as to why she didnt want to make it in a cup.Her approach was very unfriendly and unwelcoming at the branch. She also took off her badge and her colleague who worked at the McDonalds counter also refused to give her name.The Manager on-duty also couldnt resolve the issue and it appeared as it the Manager didnt have any issue with the unfriendly approach of the staff member from McCafe.By far, one of the worst experiences at McDonalds...and just because of a coffee. Really glad that I didnt order food.Complaint Reference: CB 893 - 080 FC3I received a SMS on the 11th of June from McDonalds to inform me that the incident has been closed, but have received no feedback from their head office regarding the matter.

Waited 15 min at McCafe for no one to even take my order and be ignored. And another woman waited 35 min for a single drink (she mentiond it to us). Something about this branch has gone wrong ,because the service has suddenly become terrible.( have had bad experience before) .Went to another food place and ordered their instead. The main problem from what Ive seen in other reviews ,seems to be the management of the cafe area and the staff.

Im actually very upset. My son went to McDonalds Tygervally mall. Bought the Sharing meal. Where you are supposed to get 4 burgers in the order. However he was in a. hurry and did not check. He got home and there was only 3 burgers in the order. No bigmac. And its not like you can just go back and complain. He dont stay nearby. So upset its not nice. Now one of the family had to go without s burger.
