Utter rubbish! Our order was placed at 20:05 it arrived 21:35. My burger was in a literal packet. What bull is this? Since when do we put a double chicken burger into a little PACKET that was partially torn. HOW DID A BURGER LEAVE THE STORE IN A CHIP PACKET ! I requested for EXTRA hot and received lemon and herb! HOW DOES ONE EVEN CONFUSE THE COLORS OF LEMON & HERB and Extra hot????!!!! We requested for extra sauce and recieved NONE. Never in my life have I ever been this disgusted with such poor standards! Where was the management team in the midst of this? How poorly is this place run in order for a BURGER to leave the store in a CHIP PACKET. The entire burger was completely soaked in sauce and messed up due to it being forced into a packet. What is up with this Nandos? I dont care HOW busy this store gets, if a customer has paid for a service, you deliver!!!! Our hard earned moneys deserves far better than poor service delivery!

So so disappointed. We ordered a full chicken which when it arrived was a fraction of the size at a exorbitant price. To their credit they exchanged it for another who h was equally tiny and the usual Nandos flovoursome chicken was not onky absent but we felt cheated in that the store still expects us to pay full amount for an anorexic looking chicken. We are not ones to complain but when yiur chicken piecv is as small as the salt n pepper shaker its not a pleasure to have parted with ones money. If Nandos wants us to eat such minicule chickens then they better be prepared to provide us with better pricing options or at least warn us that the chicken is smaller than usual. I lodged a complaint and there call center did call. Me about 2 or 3 days later and said the store will contact me.. When the store contacts me the call center gave them the wrong store details and to date noone else from Nandos has bothered to CALL me back. So so disappointing!!!

The best 1/2 chicken I have eaten so far in the past 2 years in Cape Town. The service is great, too. And hot means hot here, order slaw as a side to cool the mouth down a bit :) they have also different levels of spiciness, so dont worry. I had a delicious lunch here today and will come back soon. Food was good and service was nice except for one lady who was cheeky ,bossy and demanding me to stand certain places and walk to her to get her food. Instead of just pass it to me after waiting quiet a while, and checking 3 times if the food is done already

Total bunch of buffoons. Placed an order on Uber eats at 18:50. Driver arrived at 19:10. He waited for 10 minutes and then I called them to check what was happening. Was assured that my food would be done in the next 5 minutes. Waited 10 more minutes then called them. Once again assured it was coming out of the kitchen. At 20:00 - when all restaurants have to close due to lockdown they cancelled my order leaving me hungry for the night with nowhere else to get food. What a bunch of morons

Terrible service. Ordered for delivery online, didn’t receive extra pulled chicken in my wrap and could see the clear difference. Called in and was told I’m incorrect, as the chef denied getting an order wrong. There was a 100g (274g vs 378g) difference between the two same order wraps, and I was told I was wrong as they rather believe the chef.They sent a new wrap over that did have extra chicken, but the delivery guy had an attitude. Very disappointing as this is the second time this has happened at this branch.

Worst experience I have ever had. The call center is so unhelpful. I placed an order and made the payment, but the address was my previous apartment. I realized it immediately after placing the order, and I tried to call the shop to inform them about it. The call center told me that I can only inform the driver when he picks up the order. I found it hard to believe that they couldn’t put a note or have any communication with their driver. Then the driver didn’t pick up our call or message until he went to the wrong address. After an hour and half from placing the order, the driver called and asked for the new address. The driver arrived with bad attitude that he went to the wrong address and I need to pay him more if I want the food. I told him I don’t want the food anymore as the food is old. The paper bag was already soaked, and it broke when I picked it up from the driver. The food fell on the floor. The chicken has another bag so it was still eatable after falling to the floor, but the sides fell all over the floor.I don’t blame the driver for being rude as he was also a victim from the irresponsible call center. I find it hard to believe the call center or the shop cannot inform the driver about the alternate address before the driver picks up the food.

HI havent been to Nandi Kloof street in ages, I must say the new management has made all the difference in Service Levels, the franchisee Mr Allie Rawoot very friendly and checked up on us at start and on finishing our meal. The Food superb and Stellar service which I havent experienced in a Nandos in many a year.

Visited on a very hot Cape Town day. Sun was blazing and I was waiting for friend. Wasnt sure what to order but the cashier was so friendly and suggested the special. The place is clean, well looked after, decor on point and the aircon was so great on this particular day. I even went back for a berry milkshake and it was awesome. Staff welcome and greet when you leave.

The runner guy was very good cleaning tables and bringing the food. The learner girl taking orders at the till was impatient. The manager was quite helpful. Good delicious food and refreshing drinks.

Operating hours on the entrance door states it closes 22h00 on a Thursday . Arrived at 21h37 and was told by staff behind the till that they are closed and only open until 22h00 on weekends. They wouldnt even take my takeaway order. Was sent packing. Poor show

The food was exceptionally good. Fresh and tasty.I certainly will recommend this restaurant as a top notch Nandos. Above the rest I have been to.Manager is really good. Chatted to us. Made jokes. Even assisted with bringing things to our table. Im very impressed.

I just ordered some winglets and chips from this restaurant and they send me raw chicken with blood inside. The bag and chips insidesmell like pure raw chicken meat before being prepared which is so damn dangerous to edible. The person that send this to me as a client should be fired.

I often order online and Nandos Gardens is simply the best of all the branches from which I have taken delivery. Orders always arrive on time or ahead of schedule and they always have items in stock that you order. I have had issues with other branches where either they do not have what you order, send you incorrect items or orders arrive extremely late. Not at Nandos Gardens, simply amazing service!

Was not happy that they could not give me one hot and one mild portion. As a result I had to settle for one flavour. I feel they could have done that for me
