Very unhappy and disappointed with my meal. The burger had a piece of plastic glove on top of it. I almost ate that part of the burger. I am so disgusted. I wont be buying McDonalds anymore. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!

Again me and a McDonalds. What has happened to your service delivery??This time I had to shout and hoot at the drive through just to get service and then they ignored me when I complained.

Just placed an order through Uber eats. My chips was ice cold and old. The burgers were wrong and the drinks were half. Pathetic service. Dont recommend to anyone!! This is not the first time

About two weeks prior to the publication date on this review, I ordered a boerie and Egg burger, along with a Mega Mcmuffin. The Boerie & Egg had eggshells in it. I initially reported this to their twitter CS, I was contacted by the manager at Paarl 2, and I declined having them compensate me, as I just wanted to let it be known to the managers whats happening, in order for them to fix it.Today I ordered the same again, and was this time met with even MORE eggshells in my burger.It honestly worries me that such a simple step isnt being followed when making the orders, what else could be hiding in between their burgers if they cant even make sure eggshells arent in there.

Worst customer service bad quality ,after waiting 15min in the parking lot for a mocha frappe they gave me water and milk in a cup went back for them to fix it they told me it is like that

The Oreo Mcflurry looked and tasted like fabric softener with dirt in it. I estimate about 1/8 of an oreo was used in it. The ice cream was vile. Estimated cost - R3. Price - R30 - ripoff!. McDonalds as a company is much like their food - absolute garbage.

I marvel at the efficiency of fast food. Minimal waste, hot food, crackly voice service and all in the space of 5 minutes. For a moment one forgets the possibility of a near or long term cardiac event, the cellular resistance to insulin, the risk of obesity and the destruction of the family banter around the table dinner. But in that moment ravenous children are satiated, parental ratings improve and the bank busting option of Woolworths is avoided. Ah fast food instant gratification bliss....

The workers have good skills of communicating with customers & the place is always very smart. You will never regret being there😗...!!!

Website states that they close at 10pm, I drove all the way there and got there at 09:05 and guess what.... CLOSED! NOT HAPPY

Im not happy. Ive been there twice and Im regretting going back there. The first time they almost forgot two of my burgers but one of the kitchen staff reminded who gave me the order. This time the person who gave me my order listed everything that was supposed to be in the packet and I didnt bother to check because she said everything. I get home in Wellington to find that my stuff is not all there. Always check your bags!!!!

Being an african myself(black)my people embarrass me sometimes, they can be rude at times, more especially when they are serving their own, its a shame, the lady who was helping us was so rude to the point where my 13yr old was sooo taken aback by her conduct. It really was a shame
