Worst drive through service ever.. Too long queues and staff dnt know how to process sales using McDonalds app.. 30mins ridiculous

Food always fresh, friendly service. We use them regularly for breakfast. Great value for money

They very busy, yet we didnt stay in the queue for long. Even with a custom order. Their food was also very delicious. Somehow they had almost like a flame-grilled taste to their patties that was just super awesome.

Service is always great here but today it wasnt that good. We waited to long just for some coffee. Some people came and even left because the waiting time was too long. But we were ordering inside and outside just to check out the vibe and they were mostly concentrated on the drive thru. But the service here is always great

Service was good. Food was fresh and tasty. No self service terminals though so ordering takes just a tad longer a little less convenient. But friendly staff makes up for it.

2 weeks back had the worst experience of my life in the shop whereby I had huge argument with the store manager. Shop was busy and full as always but only one till open so of the people started to walk out and complaining so I called him and asked him but why are there only one cashier at the till and lots of people queuing half of the people already walked out so his response was covid 🤦‍♂️ so I ask him so if its because you want to keep social distance why only one till open and his response was what must he do so I told him that your job not mine to make a plan so while we went up and down and he forget about his customer skills me and my family left and so did some of the customers.

Our food was piping hot delivered and super fresh. Well done. Had such a lovely lunch!

The lady operating the drive thru on Saturday doesnt listen clearly and got my order wrong, I would suggest assigning someone who understands English nicely as well as knows how the app deals work

Great place to lounge in...welcoming staff, plenty of parking space and easily accessible.

A complete chaos.No one respect the queue mainly in Uber and Mr D delivery side.

Ice-cream machine is always broken on warm days... So dont even try go here..Rather try Steers down the road and you can get great burgers with your ice-cream there too...

Took my girl for a meal, spent R135 for two milkshakes a veggie burger and a chicken burger, was so excited to finally eat MC Donalds, its a treat for us. The staff dont mind making the worst burger and serving it to you. That food was dry, the patties disgusting, buns stale. Very very disappointed. Never go there is you want quality . Milkshakes are fine.

Shocking service. Used the drive through as was in a hurry. Waited nearly 10 mins for a Big breakfast which honestly looked like someones left overs. No milk either had to have black coffee.

Shocking service. Every time I go there. I go to the drive through for obvious reasons, and st the pick window I ask Every time is everything in the bag. Yes I slways get told. But I go to the parking and check and everytime there is something I must go inside for. It is so frustrating.

We ordered via the drive-thru and unfortunately the drive-thru assistant was unable to hear us, and we had to repeat the order 3 times. Upon receiving our food, we saw cockroaches in the kitchen. Im not comfortable eating my food, and dont plan on going back to this branch

I went to the drive through getting ready to order my meal.The lady couldnt hear me.. I was getting annoyed and to clarify it wasnt her fault. It seems MCDS Is not checking up on their equipment.The food. The roll was stale and crumbled are the burgers with out the roll. The chips half of them were cold and hard.But on a good note despite the equipment joy working. The staff was smiling and friendly. They apologized for intercom system not working correctly. Good job on training up your staff.

Waited over half an hour for food that was getting cold. Terrible burger quality, over cooked and dried out. Went back three times, for toys, straws, condiments. Hygiene incredibly appalling. Urinals full of urine and urinal pads mouldy, shows no cleaning what so ever. Incompetency and terrible attitude of staff serving us, no care for customers. No feedback from Mc Donalds complaints on terrible service. I would rather go to another Mc Donalds in the area.

Service is ok, but it sucks that everytime I go through this drive through, Im asked to wait in the parking lot for my food and then its extremely difficult to get out of the parking as the drive through line goes through there as well.

Drive-thru used to be so quick and easy. Sunday night we sat in the drive-thru more than 30min and the q wasnt even that long. I even ask the lady over the ordering machine what is the hold up? she couldnt respond to me.

The tables were clean, but the service was not good. When we collected our order it started with the server throwing the toy onto the tray as if she was irritated. When I asked for trays, it was slimy so we put it one side. The cold drinks had no gas in and when we returned it they said their machines were faulty and they offered milkshakes, but I dont like milk. So it was a bad experience. Doubt I will go to that branch again.

Website says opens at 7:00am, only opened at 7:30am, was the first customer, waited 5mins at the the counter for service, asked for a medium fries, got a small, ordered 3 breakfast muffins, got 3 boerie burgers. When I pointed the mistakes out, I got lip from the cashier. Could not change order, alreadylate for work due to late opening and delayed service time. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NEVER AGAIN. Stay away fro Bay Side McDs......

Very rude. They always moody as if u r not going to pay for the meal. Am not from Cape Town, i stay at Mpumalanga (Witbank) so the service i got there is was bad.

The store states that they open at 7 yet the staff pitches at 655. Then ur told that the hvnt run a bi and cant open of that is not completed. Well maybe if your staff is on time then you Wil open on time.

Worst experience at a fast food restaurant. We kept having to correct the order and still didnt get the right food(asked for double quarter pounder, received a quarter pounder). Then they also do nothing about people parking their cars to show off and blocking customers in the parking lot. Their speakers dont work properly either. Disgusting service. Never coming here again.

Nonsense service! We ordered via Uber eats, the food came sealed only to find that a Mcfeast burger is missing and instead of the ordered Chilli cheese double we got a kiddie cheese burger! When phoning McDonalds to complain I get told its not their problem I must phone Uber eats🙄😳.Im very disappointed in McDonalds Table view and I would like my refund on the missing burger and the wrong burger received

Waited too long as it seems that the drive through gets top priority with the Uber drivers.When we opened the cheese burgers, they had no gherkins on them. My daughter ordered a Coke Zero and she got a Coke. They are very disorganized at this McDonalds.

I didnt like my visit to this place because all I wanted to do was get something to chow on my way home, there wasnt an option for me to go through a drive through and when I did get inside all these mr. delivery guys were bombarding the till with their requests, I ended up waiting close to an hour for my food. Nothing wrong with the food, just the way it operates makes me never want to visit this location again.

Its setting is nice inside however they do take a little long to place orders which means that you usually have to stand in a queue for a while but the drive through is okay, else they good.

Just wasted more than half an hour in the drive-through queue. The icecream machine was broken but there was no warning before getting in the queue. We ended up ordering nothing but we were stuck in the queue as there was no sliplane. We then asked the lady at the first window why they didnt warn customers before hand and she answered with a attitude that shell mention it to the manager. Pathetic!
