Firstly.... Wow! What a horrible food experience I just had with your Legendary burger meal. I ordered two burgers via Mr. D (one beef and one chicken).I will list the issues below:1. To start off the meal - I did not receive my onion rings.2. I ordered a side of Hot veg and it was very stale. Tasted reheated.3. The Beef burger tastes off and doesnt taste like beef at all.The chicken burger wasnt bad though.Its extremely sad to see this level of service from Spur :(

They have really upd their game! Im not sure what has changed but everything was soooooo good! The nachos were the best I ever had our steaks, ribs and schnitzels were perfectly cooked! 10/10 from me.

If you have kids.. play area is perfect to entertain the little ones, while you eat. My service experience has been very good and consistent every time I have visited. Thank you and keep it up!

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AND MY MEAL TODAY....at around 3:30pm Not sure why our waitress was so irritable with us we could feel her unhappiness. I can say hand on heart we were trying to be nice and friendly and apologized when the children changed their meal. We were a big party of 14 and as expected ordering can be a bit hectic. But we got our orders correct and it did not take too long. My brothers daughter wanted her birthday party there. So I had to restrain myself from expressing my dissatisfaction with the waitress poor service and my meal was horrible. I ordered the rib special but there was loads of fat on it and the meat was tough. So on my brothers expense he insisted I ordered another meal the chicken burger. Everyone enjoyed their meal but I will certainly not be back. The place was not full BUT to top it off the waitress without announcing brings the birthday girl sparkle light without checking that the birthday girl is at the table. She was playing in the play area and then the waitress AGAIN was visibly annoyed with us. The manager viewed the whole incident but made no attempt to come over and check if everyone was ok. I showed my displeasure. BUT i can see that your whole team DONT CARE ABOUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would appreciate that someone give me a call as I really was very shocked at the POOR SERVICE ALL AROUND AT EAGLE EYE SPUR STEAK RANCH....

Cold food the waiter never mentioned his name he had to ask so many questions to the tall african lady Zim manager whilst we could hear them conversing and we were pushed to order with other different coloured lady manager as if we were not paying after ordering the food came within 10min 7different dishes all cold and the steak sauce watery taste like yesterdays... they didnt bother to check if its hot... the shop state it uses entertainer....the waiter knows completely nothing evrything he ask loud to the manager... The other manager mopping around us maybe because we looked poor... I gave the guy more than 10% just because i am a Manager in some restaurant too...and i worked at spur restaurant for 4years It was my first time to go there it was bad service 100% i will never go there again

Loved the new spur birthday song. This spur seems obliged offering customer specific experiences. Food was good with the chicken schnitzel big enough to share for 2 people. Food arrived very quickly but it could be due to the fact that we beat the supper hour rush.

I enjoyed my meal,staff was very friendly and helpful even though there was a glitch with my Spur card..

Aside of the great food I keep having issues with waiters either not swiping my spur rewards card for points and if they do swipe they dont swipe for the full bill amount and then I have to end up calling again for rectification.

Food was awesome as usual and it was hubbies birthday so we enjoyed it as there is no halaal spur in stellenbosch

The well done cheddarmelt steak was very tough and the onion rings were not fresh. i sent my order back and was offered a medium instead. It was better, but by that time we needed to leave.

This Spur is strictly halaal and their food is amazing, especially the steaks here. Its a great place to come out to with friends and family

Amazing service received from all the staff this evening. Restaurant is well sanitized every few minutes and safety protocols are adhered too. The play area was pleasant too. Kids feet were sanitized pre-entry and play area wiped down often as well. The food was delicious and service really fast. Our waiter was very delightful and rendered service with a smile. The front desk staff were also very professional and friendly. Well done to team Eagle Eye Spur.

Nice atmosphere. Super friendly staff. My car door did get hit while i was inside and car guard did not say anything. Spur however was great

Wonderful experience.Salaah facilities available.Friendly staff and great play area for the kids.They also have a video feed of the play area on mounted TV screen so you can keep an eye on the kids while enjoying the meal.Would definitely go again

They observed covid-19 protocols during lockdown. I also noticed that they did quite a lot of delivery orders as MrD guys came to pickup orders from the site. You may want to order online and have your food delivered to your home, unless if you really want to enjoy the food at the restaurant. All in all great service.

Good waiter, 600g of cold ribs initially but returned better. Dont recommend the waffle though - not for that price.

Food was tasty, but portions have become considerably smaller and prices considerably higher. Not value for money.

Just been there this past Monday, service was awesome, food was speedy so myself and a friend thought wed try the new promotion burger and oh man how disappointing it was I mean it tasted good but the buns were old, when it was put on the table I could see that it was old already but Im not one of those guys who make a scene I sat there and managed, I must say it is filling I couldnt finish it lol.. But yes fresh buns are very vital when it comes to a burger especially one that you guys are advertising as the one thats supporting the national Rugby team oh yes and the milkshake was good too, fries were good aswell as the onion rings.

I have been in again for lunch must say my previous review was not accurate. Not sure what I was thinking. Lunch was great and the seating was also as good as the other stores. Staff also very helpful and welcoming. Service great. Keep up the good work.

It was good. The other say, my brother told me an astounding story about a waitress who knew him by name when he came in and remembers his beverage orders. Last night Ashlin had also popped over for few seconds to say hi during our meal. Thats customer service. At end of our evening I felt inclined to tip her as well even though she was not our waitress.

Ordered a burger to go which I had to wait about 20 min for while people who ordered after me were served first. When I got my order I found later it was the wrong one... salt-less fried chips and onions. Definitely no recommendation from me.

Today the waitress was so aloof, she even threw my receipt on the table. The milkshake was so off. The Manager did not give a smile and wave us goodbye like she did the 3 white ladies before us. Will go again sometime only to see if there are changes in their attitude. I will not recommend this restuarant at all.

Went for breakfast, had the usual unreal option. Food was good and service friendly and efficient. For a family of 4, its a very affordable option.

Server was nice. Soooo was the manager. Just the ribs tasted weird and they looked funny from ribs we usually get at other spurs.

Googling for a halaal spur and came across this spur on NIHT website. A bit of a distance to drive for the spur Neat store friendly waiters. Awesome play area and friendly staff for the kids. Food was a bit disappointing. Lazy age steak was pretty thick and fatty. Crumbed onion was rather oily and not fried to well but waiters changed it for a chips. One waffle was rather undone and dough. They also didnt have that much of Barone sauce nevertheless kids enjoyed it. Salaah rooms were clean and convenient. Just up the standards of the food.

Horrible. The waitress didnt introduce herself and had a crappy attitude throughout the evening. She came to check on us once and had a just so by the way attitude.. The kids food looked horribly dry and the fries tasted old as though it was reheated. Been there before and loved it but this time around was horribly. #bland

The food was amazing and the service too. The only thing i didnt like was that there was no alcohol beverages and i feel like when you enter the place, the waiters waiting on the doors should say that there is no alcohol. I wont be going back because i like my food with a glass of wine or cocktail but the overall service was amazing.

Went there for Sunday lunch. The place was packed but there were way too few waiters on duty. We had to request a waiter twice before we were served by a very tired, unhappy waitress. The kids meals came quite quickly but we waited long for ours. The food doesnt taste at all like other Spur branches. The onion rings were soggy. The chips half raw and drenched in oil. Chicken wings tasted like they were cooked ahead and had just been warmed for us. My second and last time there. Waste of money.

I ordered meals for me and my family. The lady who answered the call was very polite and explained that they were very busy, should there be any delay for delivery. Had one of the best steaks among the Spurs where I have ate, and steaks in general. Also asked for an extra item with delivery and it was delivered. Happy Customer.

Always a delicious dining experience

I love Spur s burgers and their sticky wings. I mean who doesnt! This here in Obz, is a nice cozy and quiet corner you can rush to for a nice and juicy meal or snack. Some of the staff is quite friendly too. And they will do their best to make sure you eat as much as you can. Oh, they have Monday specials too(at least the last time I was there).

Poor service, bad quality food, a combination of everything thatll make you rather opt for another venue in future...i have previously rated this restaurant 4 stars.... if it was possible to give a zero star rating... thats what i would give this place now.... we sent our did back multiple times only to get it coming back incorrectly again... eventually one rather just gives up...I dont recommend this place to anyone

Very different to any other Spur.

Okay this is a bit of a tough one. In terms of food quality and quantity this place is one of the best spurs I have been to and I have been to around 10 or so across the country. The downside is, its hot. And when I say hot I mean hot. They dont seem to have an air on. Or something like that. And where the place is located (on the top floor of a pick n pay building) it really gets warm up there. But if the heat doesnt bother you its a great place to get a load of good quality food.

Ive been a constant regular at this particular Spur for the past 10 years...and prior to that to other Spurs as well. As a result the staff know our family and vice versa....however since this Spur has changed more than 50% of their staff the service gets worse every time. Im not against change however I expect decent service and decent food within a reasonable time period. And tonights hake that I ordered left much to be desired. As well as the ice cold butternut. Very disappointed.

Bought spur ribs for take away,when open it at home they burn the ribs forgot to take pic and post it I was mad about it
