Worst experience ever from any fast food restuarant. I used the drive thru and it took more than 10mins to get my salad ready. On top of that i was expected to eat it with my hands since there were no cutlery and that did not seem to bother the staff. They just didnt care. Instead they gave me an ice cream spoon. As if thats not bad enough, i was given a chilli dip instead of a salad dresser and that triggered some medical conditions. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Not the first time they got my order incorrect. Request delivery and got items not delivered. Manager not reachable after hours. Floor manager is requesting that I collect the items not delivered, this after I paid for delivery, this tells you they are not willing to sort out their mistakes. Items not delivered costs me R100, not sure whether I will be refunded. My kids did not want me order from other franchises because of them looking forward for the toys with their Happy Meals. The toys were also no delivered. I dont think I will order from them again.

Nothing exceptional, but everything you can expect from a drive thru. They have happy meals and ask you beforehand what gender the child is. Only to give the same toy to both genders because that is all they have in stock. There are plenty other branches close by, youd expect them to trade stock as needed to ensure they have something for both genders.

Their service went from bad to worse I have ever experienced such bad service from any fast food restaurant in my hole life

Have no complaints, except the mounted card machine holder almost hanging on the floor. Where is that maintenance guy? 😂

Service is pathetic at this place and its not the 1st time. Had to wait probably about 7min standing alone at the tills before someone helped me. I even played with a stapler for a couple of seconds that made a noise but nobody even flinched. After a while someone had to be begged to come and assist me!!! And to think I only came in for 2 cones🤯🤯

I received great customer service at this McDonalds. Was helped nicely by the lady in front. Honestly, one of the cleanest McDonalds Ive ever seen. I can see that the staff are dedicated to maintaining cleanliness and customer service. 🙌💯Oh, and the food was great! I am very impressed!😁

Lowering my 5 stars from last week to 2 stars. Why?Received wrong order at the drive through. Went inside to get it sorted. Waiting for someone to help and when someone eventually got to help us, he told us that he saw the order was wrong. If he saw it was wrong, why didnt he fixed it in the first place? Wont stop us from returning. Hopefully next time would be more pleasant again.

This is a very Nice Macdonalds..more modern and smart looking than the other Macdonalds..service is not to bad.

Ive never been so disappointed with a McDonald. I ordered a South African breakfast, the burger was dry with no mayo, and the onion looked like it was boiled and the size of the egg. I dont think I will ever go back to this McDonald total let down.

Never had a bad experience at this MacDs. Quick service as well, just stay away from the drive through on the weekends during supper time, or if you have to go, wear pants so that you can order inside. Otherwise expect to wait 30 minutes in your car.

Used the drive thru. Quick and easy service,was less than 5minutes in and out. Highly recommended. Burgers quality was gud.

Very slow drive through, wouldve gotten my food faster if i were to go inside. Funny thing on their receipt paper, when you receive it, it smells heavily like a HB pencil that your whole car smells like it😂✏️

I have never had any problems from Mccafe or Mcdonalds but when i buy something thats on a menu and a driver comes here without it and has the audacity to ask for the money and dont want to give the money back to me then i have a serioys problem.

They rob you from time to time.Over the last few months of going to them I will list the issues I have had:1. Ordered Combo 5 ( 2x Cheese burger meal)1.1 Received 1 burger in the meal2. Ordered triple cheese burger2.1 Received double cheese burger3. Ordered triple cheese burger3.1 Received burger with missing cheese slice.4. Ordered a large double cheese burger meal4.1 Received half full chips.This place is a disgrace to any McDonalds.Not sure if the staff is drunk, high or just plan incompetent but at this point the Restaurant is saving HUGE amounts on money by not preparing the meals correctly. Not everyone has time to turn around and go back to complain especially those taking the drive through.The turn around times are also a joke. Drive through on average, even on a day with around 3 cars in front of you, you can expect to wait 10 min if you lucky.Tip: DO NOT GO INSIDE IF YOU ARE IN A RUSHThats anywhere from 10-30 mins even if you only order a simple burger.If you have time to wait the food is actually ok and the special drinks like milkshakes and ice-creams are well made, which is the worst part.This place just needs head office to visit anonymously a few times over the course of a month.

Slow service at the best of days unfortunately..

They were supposed to open at 07:00, I was standing in the drivethru from 07:00 till 07:10. The manager was inside but did not open. They looked at me and I asked if they are open, no answer, they just turned around and walked away. I went to the door that was still locked. They just looked at me, again I asked if they were open, no response. Most of the staff only arrived from 07:05. Absolutely pathetic. No consideration towards the customers. I left without anything.

Quite possible one of the best McDonalds I’ve been to! McDonalds usually has a pretty good standard of service across all their stores, but at this one, when going through the drive though, service was quite quick, each staff member that addressed me was very polite and welcoming, and the gentleman at the last wonder even allowed me time to finish tying up my hair before handing me my food! It’s definitely not the hugest gesture but it made my experience there very memorable. Their sanitation standards are also excellent, and I was offered sanitizer at every window.

Door closed befoe 8 and was only drive through service that took 15mins

For almost 3 yrs just about every morning i buy coffee but seriasly service is getting bad . You guys need serias training on how to service your customers.

My experience here almost each and every time is not the best. Most of the time the wait is way too long for a ‘fast food’ restaurant even though I order the common meals and there are barely other people in store, this goes mainly for take out not drive through. I also found hair in my chilli cheese fries one time which completely ruined my willingness to come back here.

Can improve here & there but overall not bad

Made effort to accomodate when ice cream machine waa not cold enough

Visited Friday 26th March and used the drive through. Queue was extremely slow and took long. Placed my order and then the flow to the paypoint became another long wait. Finally paid after switching off my motor twice with a long wait in between each time. Drove home 1 kilometer and immediately opened my food to eat. WHAT A DISAPOINTMENT!!! My food was so cold it was unpleasant to eat. Totally disillusioned with the service time delivery. My order was no 1859 paid time on your till slip 19:25:35. Check when the order was cancelled/ expidited, the one star I gave should be a minus five stars.

This McDonalds is literally only serving drive thru customs. Why is it them so pathetically slow. Its so such a small McDonalds but you wait forever for 1 burger.

Usually good service and good dood at this McDonalds. The drivethrough is always busy, but relatively quick. The only chalange is the poor planning of the layout of the drivethrough.

During our Stay in Eerste River in Cape Town, we drove all the way to get ourselves a bite to eat and order Mcafe Mango, Micha and Caramel Frappes. Wow that is all I can Say. It was worth the Drive and Time. Try out the new Big Mac Special and dont forget to try out their Mcafe Frappes. They are all favorites. I specifically love their Mango Frappe.Have a McDay

This McDonalds looks clean and neat outside...drive thru not the fastest...but the reason for my review, is never in my live have I ordered food at a McDonalds and they forgot to give me condiments for my fries, they forgot to give me a serviettes and a straw for my colddrink...and please ask your cashier to atless sanitizer the hand of your clients before using the card machine/speed point or invest in machine that allows clients to tap, as I was told you cant tap, we are living in different times. #McDonalds #wecare #?

It was okay, they could improve the walk in service as the Lady at the door today was very impersonal. You tend to wait long on the inside and drive thru.

Ordered food through Mr D, McDonalds did not complete the order properly. I phoned them and was told its not their problem. I have to sort it out with Mr D.

We have been going to McDonalds Haasandal for a while now and each time we where there the SERVICE WAS TOP NOTCH EXCELLENCE. From the singing waiter...The loving Manageresses ...The drive through Mr Barry White Voice. ..He really needs to be a singer...even at the collection point awesome friendly staff... ...inside too staff is just so friendly...its like the manager literally handpicked each one with beautiful fruits.

The food at this branch is always top quality, fries are always fresh. Not once in the many times I bought here did I receive the wrong order. The drive-through is also one of the faster ones I have encountered and the staff is always friendly, not like some branches where they almost dont even want to acknowledge your presence.

Very disappointed in service. Entered store at 10:15 and person who had to scan us in were busy playing on his phone. Very unprofessional with service also.. Need to change their attitude towards work if they dont want to lose clients.
