Always order from here on uber eats or the kfc app. They are just simply the best. They prepare the orders fast. The oreo sundae treat is very lovely. The chicken always taste freshly prepared and is very crispy. Keep it up guys!

Check your orders. Their is always something short that blows my sisters top on a gereelde basis. But a biiiig plus they are neat, friendly and helpful. Although KFC throughout the country are buzy going down the dumps quality wise.

What you see on the menu and what you get is totally different. I see a nice looking burger on the board and when I get home it looks like the mini version. No more value for money.

Nice kfc. Looked clean inside. Plenty of space to sit around. No drive thru. Will be visiting more often for sure.

Poor service and slow. Could barely understand English... Sorry 🙏🏽 but it you have customer facing staff at least have people that are trained to help customers.... And not anyone that is available... Poor customer experience is not something one can afford these days..

The service was good. But the food was not fresh.The hot chips were like rubber, not enough seasoning on the chips as well as no seasoning in the packet.The wrapsta chicken was dry and felt like I was eating cardboard,The garnish was nice and fresh, fresh lettuce and tomato.Drum stick was nicely done.Also when I asked for my receipt I was told they needed it which makes no sense. Wasnt in mood to argue with them.

Service was mediocre. Portions are a joke! My 2 pieces of chicken was more like 1 and a 1/4 piece. Chips tasted like it was reheated. But maybe it was a blessing in disguise because both my wife (had a twister) and I became sick of the food with terrible cramping and upset stomach. I would give this KFC a VERY WIDE pass!

I dont usually rate KFCs as I always have this you get what you pay for vibe but WOW... I have never received such amazing service from the ladies and manager. At 8pm at night and their energy was amazing. Best KFC experience for me... EVER

Good chicken, good service. Centrally located in the Middle of Welgemoed in Bellville. Yet to have a less than satisfactory experience at this Kentucky.

The Staff were friendly and very efficient and one of the best tasting KFC streetwise we had. Well Done Welgemoed.

Good clean store. The only issue I encountered was that after payment was made the cashier said we will have to 11 minutes for the chicken. This should have been done before hand.

The wings are so so so bad. I bought 30 wings, What must I do with all this old chicken now. Worst of money.

Staff should follow Covid protocols; allowing someone to lower a mask and lowering your mask behind the screen whilst speaking is unacceptable, defeat the purpose and potentially exposes your customers to infection. If that is what is happening upfront in plain sight; what happens at the back where food is being prepared?

The staff are helpful enough. It is a standard KFC. Good for take-aways. No special experience on offer.

Staff is very very loud behind the counter a lot of shouting.It is really not nice standing there waiting for your order and all this shouting goes on and to top it all is the chicken over cooked and dry. This happend twice to me

This is the second order made from this Welgemoed Kentucky branch... once order at the counter...this evening through OrderIn.... received short of items both times.... 1) 2x short Sprite drinks...2) then second items were 2x Large chips... delivery driver collected the 2x Sprites... but once opened the sealed bag at the table, we had the frustration of not receiving the large chips x2...??? Poor service...??

It was closed ..due to covid..not sure why they are closed on level 2.but its a hygienic place. Love it.

Best kfc except for one thing. A few days ago i had breakfast there and i noticed a new cashier who was extremely unhygienic. She had unkept hair with visible dirt particles stuck in her hair. her face was covered in sores. She was constantly scratching underneath her t-shirt close to her bra area. Her t-shirt was visibly dirty with marks as if it was not washed.It definitely grossed me out especially considering that i frequent the place without issues.

I really wish I could comment positively on this branch. Its so convenient to come here because its right down the road. BUT. The quality of the food. 9 times out of 10 its disgusting. Either just a bag of oil or over cooked hard chicken. Poorly prepaired. And get this many times the order is wrong or missing items ordered. This branch needs new management or change of the entire staff. Its bad from front to back.

Meh. Its OK. Just OK. They dont have full menus. You see only a subset of whats available on the monitors behind the counter. Crunch burger was terribly disappointing. Small and soggy (ie not crunchy). Streetwise is better. Location is probably their best feature.

My main reason is to use the garage Engen. They provide an ATM. Toilets are provided and a shop is at on the premises.I saw an advert for car wash.Staff are polite and respectful.

I visited the shop last night at 20:48.And they was out of chicken!!!!!The very friendly assistant told me that they will maybe have in 20 minutes time but it will be to close to closing time to help me.Did you hear about a Kfc without chicken?They laugh wen a said Steers will be a better option. There were others in the que with me who also turned aroud.

The food at KFC Welgemoed is always guaranteed to be a DISAPPOINTMENT! I have ordered from many KFC branches and this store is by far the worst! My most recent order was two Colonel burgers. Both were extremely cold, the bun tasted bitter from being over toasted and not a single ingredient tasted freshly made. Disgusting!!!!! The service is also below average in Welgemoed.

The shop is close to our home and conveniently situated at the petrol station and other shops.But please dont order any food.Their chicken never taste the same as any other Kentuckys, the large potato mash does not have more than a spoons worth of potatoes - the rest is sauce, and to top that I ordered some chicken and zinger wings last Wednesday and only got out of bed on Saturday because of food poisoning.I said that before but this was the last time that shop will see me.Bad Bad Bad

Worst KFC Ive been to. Unpleasant staff who look away while taking your order . Actually just talking to one another , packed half our order in another customers bag. Literally ran out the shop to chase down the people before they left to get the food back. All round bad experience.
